Today we are back with another episode of the Clever Angle Mini Series and this week's episode will be released in two parts. Our guest is my long time friend Justin Thompson, and we break down what it was like for him as a Black male growing up in Arkansas. Justin discusses at what age he discovered that the color of his skin mattered to other people, what it was like transferring from a majority African American school to a majority white one, and much more. Make sure you stay tuned for the 2nd part of our conversation as Justin breaks down raising black kids, and his time as a police officer and his thoughts for changing the relationship between the police and the black community.
