2. Description of Service

PodSearch.io provides AI-powered podcast search and transcription services. We index publicly available podcast feeds, transcribe episode audio using speech recognition technology, and provide full-text search across transcribed content.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Use the Service to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code

5. Intellectual Property

The PodSearch.io platform, including its design, code, and functionality, is owned by PodSearch.io Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Podcast content indexed by PodSearch.io remains the property of its respective creators and publishers. PodSearch.io does not claim ownership of any podcast content. Transcriptions are provided for search and reference purposes only.

6. Subscription & Billing

PodSearch.io offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that transcriptions will be 100% accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will be free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodSearch.io Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
