Life could feel overwhelming, but you don't have to go through it alone.
On my podcast, From the Heart with Rachel Braythan,
I share openly and vulnerably about everything life brings us,
and what we can learn by living with our hearts a little bit more open.
Every Friday, a new episode brings you a new story with topics on self-care,
motherhood, healing, and more.
You are enough, just the way you are.
This podcast is a reminder of that.

If I had to give you a chance to talk after a win, where are you going to talk at the other time?
So, why did you guys win that game?
Why did you guys get off to such a fast start and be able to get out to a foreign-nothing lead?
I don't know why, but we came out really hot.
We made the right place.
I think we played the right way, even though we made small little dink plays here and there,
and we played so fast, I don't know.
They maybe weren't ready, or we just took it to another level, which was unreal.
It was fun.
I know you guys were furious with what happened here earlier this month,
the first time you were here.
How significant is it for you guys to bounce back?
You're going to see them twice more at home and just send that kind of message in this game.
Yeah, we knew coming into this game, this was going to be like a playoff-type hockey division game,
and it was two really important points here.
So, yeah, we know we're going to play them two more times, and hopefully it can keep doing what we're doing.
And your goal was at the speed of which power got, I mean, he forces the turn over at the blue line,
but he got you that puck in no time.
Was it the speed he got at Tia to get in transition that made that goal?
Yeah, I mean, great vision by him.
He made the right play.
They won and changed, so yeah, great, great hockey IQ from him.
It was fun.
What do you guys do about the way you guys handled this road trip as a whole?
Let me see big games.
I'll be right back.
Yeah, I mean, we don't get too high, we don't get too low, we just stick with it and work really hard.
You see, there was a lot of goals today, but we, a lot of block shots, a lot of good boxouts.
We're playing the right way, and it's hard to play against us right now.
Well, the last couple of months, I mean, you guys have been so dominant on the road,
compared early in the year, you're not chasing games at all.
You're always playing from in front of me.
What's been the recipe on the road here for a while?
Great question.
I feel like we would just try to play our game anywhere we are.
We're just, we're so talented, and we just know if we play the right way,
good things will happen.
And I think we've, we really understood that now, and then good things happens.
When you had the five goal, you know they're coming after you, and they did.
I mean, they try to go do you guys into things, and you guys kept your cool.
How important was it to keep your cool and not engage with them?
Yeah, we knew it was going to happen, it's a part of it, and really, really big,
big effort for us not to get into that, so it was good, really good.
