030. The Power of Algae: Spirulina & Chlorella - Catharine Arnston

In this week’s podcast I had the pleasure of interviewing the founder and creator of Energybits, Catharine Arnston. Energybits is a brand of algae, specifically spirulina and chlorella. You might be wondering why on earth I’d talk about something like algae, a green plant found at the bottom of oceans and swamps. Well, Catharine has been fascinated with algae for over 10 years, since her sister was first diagnosed with cancer and the doctor told her she needed to eat more alkaline foods. Catharine geeked out on alkaline types of foods and stumbled upon algae and all the amazing health benefits.
