This week, I'm talking to a dude who manages to be extremely positive while not being in the world of bypassing or ignoring uncomfortable shit in his life.

Brandon Collinsworth is a man who has been through a ton of shit, and we talk about a lot of that in this episode. From growing up in the projects and poverty in East Las Vegas to having some pretty fucking terrible, like, holy-shit-your-life-is-potentially-gonna-spiral habits to some realizations at a pretty significant age. To becoming the man he is today and how he has mastered Positive Psychology.

Branden Collinsworth is an internationally renowned human performance coach, Master Trainer for Nike, and works exclusively with several of the most impactful people in sports, music, and business. Branden is 500-hour RYT certified and has completed over 1000 hours of yoga training in different disciplines including Yin yoga and therapeutic modalities.He has been endorsed and worked with brands like Nike, Netflix, SUMMIT, Lululemon, Redbull, MTV, SUCCESS Magazine and more. In 2020 Branden became one of the Founding Experts for Mined - the first digital emotional platform that is rooted in amplifying emotional wellbeing and human pathos.
