Matt Morrell is a seasoned financial advisor and loan broker in Idaho. There is a large concern about housing affordability in the state with issues ranging from down payments to credit to housing prices. I asked Matt to help with a series around affording a home, and for the first episode, we focused on first time and young homebuyers as there are many clear paths forward if buying a home is something you want.
