Hello and welcome,
My name is Paulius. I’m an online Lithuanian and English tutor, and I created this podcast for learners who want to level up their Lithuanian through regular, meaningful listening practice.
Although the podcast is primarily aimed at intermediate learners, beginners can also benefit, as I speak relatively slowly and try to keep my language clear and natural.

Even if the podcast feels difficult to follow at first, don’t worry—this is completely normal. Listening comprehension takes time, and the more exposure you get to the language, the easier it becomes to understand and remember new words and structures.
I recommend listening to the podcast every other day for about 5–10 minutes at a time and revisiting the same episodes again after a few weeks or months. As you become more familiar with Lithuanian pronunciation, grammar, and sentence patterns, you’ll naturally start understanding more—and wanting to listen longer.
If you’d like access to the full transcript of this episode, you can find it on my Patreon. There you’ll also find transcripts for all episodes, longer-form recordings, and additional Lithuanian learning materials.
