Y'all. You are really in for a treat this week, if I do say so myself. I was so honored to host Chef Tierra Josey and her wife, Lena Josey, to the studio this week! We talked about Chef's ghost kitchen, SZN, and what the path looked like that led her to launch it. We discussed not letting other people's labels for you stop you from believing that you are capable of your dreams. We talked about the inspiration for one of their newest menu items - a peach cobbler egg roll, and consequently how it almost resulted in Chef Josey wearing sweatpants to their wedding.
