Grockbot is all the new hotness right now. People are using it for cool use cases, but I want to talk about how you can use it to make more revenue, how you can use remarketing, how you can use for business, how you can use for work. So you can generate more results from AI. A lot of people like to talk about, oh, you know, I use it to book this, like, you know, I use it to call this to make a reservation all that. That's fine, but at the end of the day, we want to talk about real productivity here. That's what we're here for, and that's what we're going to cover in this video. And by the way, if you stay to the end of this video, the Grockbot team personally told me a few things that are coming down the pipeline that I will reveal to you, but you're going to have to stay until the end. So let's get into it. Let's get into a couple of use cases that I'm actively using right now, and hopefully this will give you a couple of ideas, and we'll probably share even a few links that you can use because now with Grockbot, you can actually share these bots. So I'll share some of these bots with you. The cool thing is that I have all these different bots on the left. I'm actually asking about how our setup is unique versus the other setups. Everyone has a chief of staff right now. That's the one that can manage other bots. You can talk to other bots as well. That is kind of your manager bot that you're going to have, right? Now, the other thing that I have over here is the last 30 days bot. There is a guy that I know named Van Horn, very smart guy,

and he has this last 30 days skill. And I love using that skill because it can pull whatever topic that you're trying to pull from the last 30 days, whether it's from X or YouTube and Reddit. The cool thing is I made this into a bot and I actually stole his bot and that he shared publicly. Some of the other ones that I'm interested in trial reals. So I love testing trial reals on Instagram right now. That to me, that's just AB testing your videos. You want to be testing different overlays, different edits, and sometimes sometimes you just tweak one word and video can completely blow up, right? Short form scaler. This one pulls from overlap API, which I'll show you in a little bit. We have this AEO SEO bot. And I'm actually now calling it autonomous engine optimization. I'll show you how that works. And so if you want to make your SEO AEO autonomous, I'm going to show you how that looks as well. By the way, share this with people that you think need us to because I think Grock bot is great because it makes autonomous agents more accessible to the everyday person. You don't have to worry about hermys or open class setups. They are making it a lot easier. We have some that handles my sponsorship. We have something called first mate here that will handle looking through my GitHub and figuring out how we can make it more secure or make things more accessible for other people on the team. We have an X long form writers, well pre-call intelligence.

We have stuff that handles outreach, whether it's warm or cold. I'm trying to approach this all from a business standpoint, right? From a marketing standpoint, so you can all grow faster because that's what we do, right? This is what we help companies with right now. It would be shameless if someone doesn't cover this stuff. So let's first cover some of the things that are unique to our setup because I think you need to think about these when you are running a business where you're helping other people with this stuff for their businesses, right? So we help people with marketing. We help people with AI transformation. That's what we do. So the unique thing is we treat Gropbot like an agency that is not allowed to ship not like a life OS that books Costco, right? So this is kind of talking about Matt Van Hor. The way we have things set up, we don't have it automatically send or publish, right? We, and that's on purpose because if you have something send automatically 100 emails that are completely off brand, well, you're going to get in trouble there, right? That that's going to be negative for your business. I just set like an overall like, hey, like get it to draft, but you shouldn't be able to send. One exception being our our deal desk, right? The deal desk is actually where someone reaches out to me for sponsorship. They just responds to them within the first 60 seconds saying, hey, it's going to be 15 grand. Sometimes even 25 grand or so. And it's like, that's all we're going to accept. And most people are going to say no, but that's okay. It just handles that piece for me, right? We basically have different bots. Okay. So we're not trying to have one bot do a bunch of different things.

And that's one mistake that I made with my open call agent initially or my Hermes. I tried to have one super agent, right? It's also easier for your mind. It's easier for the AI as well. Just when it has one job to focus on, right? Channel split a megabot with smear. So email, look, a likes out reach here, cap 20, right? What it's saying here is sometimes it's hard to read this AI slot. Basically splitting up is kind of how we do things, right? And we have a safety bar. Basically, like, you do want to set some type of criteria. And then you want to have some evals in place too, right? Evals is basically what the definition of success looks like. And you do want to have a safety bar too. And so our whole thing is like, no reads, no rights, sensitive information should be covered up. You don't want to just let it yellow and do whatever it wants, right? So this one, I think, is unique too. We have this pick and piece, right? What that means is like for short form content, for example, if I want to scale that out, it'll give me four candidates. I can pick a couple and then it'll lock and load them and they'll schedule them. They'll measure the success of these seven days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days out. Same thing for SEO too. So for that autonomous engine optimization piece, I was just talking about, you know, we'll have 40 candidates per week. I'll pick 20 and it'll publish 20 per week. Clickflow, which is the content generator that we have, which has an API and an MCP. They'll write those, WordPress will push it to draft for WordPress.

They'll never edit a line, live page, right? Same thing for warm outreach when it comes to looking through our CRM. So 20 cent per, uh, ready per day, shortfall is fine. Did not lower the bar, right? And LinkedIn, you know, 10 per day and only with verified funding 12 month or higher. So this is the outbound piece, right? But all these things like LinkedIn, for example, you can't easily just connect to an API. And so WordPress, you do need like an MCP for it. What we're looking for each day is like, okay, you still need a human in the loop here. You, you basically need an agent and verify your here at the end of the day. Once you get this working for yourself, once you get the graph bots working for yourself, you want to then share it with other people. And if you want to share it with other people, by the way, share as template. That's it over here, right? Share as template ends up, by the way, again, stay till the end because I have some cool graph bot stuff that I'll announce that's coming straight from the team because I DM this guy like, I don't know, every other day or so. I believe his name is Josh Kim. So anyway, this is kind of how we've set that set up the rules here. So one conflict, conflict stop, COS out of the room. So command center, compiles worker handouts, not source, not execute caps that 10. So you can see we have rules for each of these, right? Let's just kind of go down the list over here, right? Last 30 days over here. So I just took Matt's post because Matt is the originator of the last 30 day skill. I'll say, hey, how is this different?

So I've created this for what? Like, I think I was on the go at this point, right? No X read it YouTube. Okay. So this one does. And I said, okay, so let's go ahead and upgrade it. So upgrade complete. Okay, great. This is done. One hack for you is when you see people sharing cool stuff on X. And if you're not hanging on X, I'd highly recommend that you go there. Because that's where the action is. You can see people sharing their bots. You can see people sharing skills. If you want to just make a new skill or like a new bot, I'll just hit new bot and type in the X link because they crawl off of X, right? Literally just say, hey, like, should we make this into skill or should just fold it to one of the other bots? Like, what do you think overall? And you can fold it into the chief of staff and it'll decide for you, right? That allows you to just take action a lot faster instead of having to wait for all this stuff. Take a look at the trial rules. Okay. Let's just see how this looks. Actually, I haven't even seen this yet. So this pulled nine new real trial rules from the August 20th, a Grock bot episode, all true to 916 drafted, Eric goes to not publish. Okay. And I'm going to play one for you. And let's just see how it goes. I have no idea. But I'm just looking at the headlines over here. I'm like, okay, Grock bot builds a 23 section SEO services page. Okay. All right. AI content radar finds winning ideas automatically. Okay. All right. Turns working data into keep cut spend decisions.

AI commands that are handles 3D sponsorship requests per week. Okay. Great. Similar just kind of some just stuff that we're talking about. Okay. Four horizontal drafts. Okay. These would go to short form like TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Facebook, Reels, YouTube shorts, right, for the 9 by 16s. And then the 16 by 9s over here, these might go to LinkedIn or these might go to X and they might have a caption that's included with it. But then what you would do is you might make a new bot and then you can have it handle that. And you can fork it. Right. So let's just play one of these for fun. Let's see what this is. So it's telling me what can be done here. And it's saying what the blockers are. Then I can just tell it to you to let's do it. Right. Well, I do. I'm going to show you some of the other bonds that I have just so you can give these points. But I want to show you the output that comes from this, this, this, this, this, this, right. This took from one of the templates that we had already. So don't I'm going to use whisper flow to dictate this out. Hey, I actually think this is a really good start right now. And the titles are, are pretty good. But I'm just looking at some of the short form videos. It's missing an overlay that will hook people in to stop the scroll. And we're also missing captions as well. And you also need to tighten up the edits where you need to be able to retain a user. Because there's a lot of empty space and a lot of me not getting to the point and me kind of rambling. You just need to make sure that you tighten the edits up.

And so it can keep people retained. And we have a good retention graph throughout the entire video. I think the titles that you have are good. I think you're picking the right moments. I think you just need to tighten up the editing. So, okay, boom, right. We kicked that out. And we just continue on here. Okay, what else do I like? Okay, I like this AEO SEO bot. Okay, so here's how I've been working with it back and forth. So just keep in mind like a lot of these people are talking about this stuff. Oh my god, I just built it. It's so easy, right? No, you're going to have to work with it quite a bit. Again, pull in some skills that you have already. Okay, whatever API keys you have, whatever MCPs you have, define what the definition of done looks like. You got to have some good e-vows. e-vows will help define the definition to have done for the agents to pull in. And then now I'm just like, okay, are you even reliable at this point where this can be autonomous and in-genialization? So this is me being cheeky with it, right? Not fully yet. Okay, in the stack, are you a bit 20 click flow drafts, 714, 30 day on clicks, J4 free consultation submit and AI share voice. Okay, keep in mind, if you're going to do this, right? If there's going to be one bot that I'll share, I'll probably share this one. You have to make sure that it aligns with your goals. Me as a business owner, okay? Me thinking about ROI traffic matter. Sure, share voice matter, sure. But I care about, is this actually generating more leads, right?

By the way, if you're leading marketing at a company and you speak that language, you're going to be better than 99% of marketers. Okay, so this is not auto publish. Keep that loop tight e-vows. So the next zip does not ship CTA or stats fail. Only change if you want me to draft 20 minute. Let's do one, then show me one preview. Okay, look, I'm continuing to work with it. Then that's, that's why I probably recommend that you only build a couple of these at a time. Don't try to just go for 30 and, you know, out the gate, because that's going to be difficult to manage. Okay, this one's working right now. How about this outreach agent right now? So let's see what this is. I saw a really good post on X. I was like, okay, hey, should we just build this into our outreach, right? Not this spot. Here's some things that we should steal for this one. I'm like, okay, let's steal that part. But should we make a new one for LinkedIn? And then it made one a new one for LinkedIn, right? And so what does this do over here exactly? It uses hay reach, which can do LinkedIn outreach, GojiBerry, I think, which can do LinkedIn outreach as well. But we pay for hay reach. And we also have LinkedIn recruiter too. And for me, I'm like, I'm paying for all this stuff and we should roll out all these bots for other people on the team. And they should just keep this running all day when they're doing the regular work. And that's basically it. From this, I've spawned a new bot over here.

Tell me the next steps here. I want to preview immediately. So we can just start running this today. Like why even wait till Monday? Let's just run this every single day. We cheeky as you want with this stuff. Okay, I'm gonna go with a few more. Short form scaler. Okay, this one seems pretty good for marketing. Overlapped is a great tool I use. I think it's overlapped.ai. It's great at finding clips. And it has an API and it has an MCP as well. And it'll also caption the clips. You'll find the right moments for midform and long form and short form as well. And that's good. And by the way, if you imagine you just publish a webinar to it, it'll do a good job of finding the right moments ultimately and you can just continue to tweak it, right? And I think that's good. I think X, the Grock bot itself, like running these trial reels, it's kind of just doing it itself. And honestly, I probably should have just told it to use the overlapped API to run this. But I'm actually curious to see what it comes up with, right? So short form scaler, the way this one works, at least I want to have four short forms published per day or at least four candidates and then I can approve. And that way, I'm not just letting it kind of do its thing, right? But again, the cool thing is once you start getting a going, you had it off to someone on your team and everyone on your team should become an agent manager. You might get it working, but you can't manage these things, right?

You need to hand these off to other people and that's how it works. And so the short form scaler, we'll kind of get more short forms out. The trial would reels one is important because it will test out different overlays and it will test out different editing as well. And then it's just going to keep testing. I don't know, let's say I want to test four a day. Trial reels are great because you're testing against people that don't follow you. And if it performs well on those, if you made like a little tweak and then one does like 10,000 views in trial reels, the other ones I'll do like 100 views, then you know from the 10,000 one, you can go ahead and make it a little tighter, publish a net new one and it'll get a lot more views for you. And that's how you can start to really compound your views. But you do need someone that's managing social for you. And that's why everyone that's joining my company you need to be super AI-pilled so you know how to manage this stuff, right? And by the way, we are hiring right now, so if you know how to do this stuff, let me know you can reach out. There's a little small questionnaire that we'll send over to you to see if it's a good fit. So there's that. If you want to get access to the best go-to-market skills, we have the skills Dojo, which is completely free. So if you go to skillsdojo.com, literally you can find an entire directory, you can fork the skills, you can download the skills, you can make a profile as well. And we want to make skill sharing more social.

So you can, again, you can share the best things, you can find the best things, you can fork the best things, and you can get skills that we have that I put out there around like CFL skills that I've had for AEO skills or content skills that I use to help us generate real results and we use for our clients as well. So just go to skillsdojo.com and we'll see you on the other side. The next one that I'd really like is the Talent bot. The Talent bot is cool because it will look through my Apple Contracting system, like a year CRM for your recruiting. We use an agentic recruiting platform called JuiceBox and JuiceBox has agents that reach out to people. So you can see with that too. You can also use LinkedIn Recruiter too. So you can use all the things because Gropbot does a pretty good job with computer use. This guy over here, Mike, he reached out for an SEO role and basically what we do now for everyone that applies we just send these questions. Hey, thanks for applying. Just a few questions to be respectful of your time. Since we're looking for a certain type of individual, 1% of your tactical work is done by AI today. And then what is your daily AI driver how are you using this specifically? And what are you spending out of pocket on AI in terms of dollars? Actually, we have like three more questions and like what's the coolest thing you built with AI? Can you screen share what's the workflow

that you stopped using? So we've actually upgraded it a little bit. This is getting better and better to the point where I can let it just operate semi-autonomously. And then once I feel really good about it that I can hand it off to recruiters or people that know how to use this stuff, right? And I would just say this, like in some case, I'd rather prefer hiring someone that's coming out of high school or someone that's coming out of college and knows how to use this stuff already because they don't have any preconceived notions on how to work. Someone we had recently that they're getting bogged down there's so many emails to review. How am I supposed to work when I'm not working on the weekends and blah, blah, blah. I'm like, dude, you just run workflows and then you have stuff that reviews your emails for you. But the fact that you're talking like that means you don't know how to work in a new world and that's gonna be more of a mental block that might be more pain than it's worth, right? And so I believe that mindset is not something that you can train someone else on. It's something that they need to go on a journey on for themselves, right? When you are trying to get better, you're stuck in the mud right now, you have to embrace the suck, you have to get through the suck, you have to change your habits, you have to read a lot more, you have to get mentors, right? You have to just adjust how you do this. Sometimes you have to throw away how you did things in the past. That is how you actually get better.

But most people don't go through that journey. And that's why most people are most people. And then you don't wanna be like that. So the next one I got from you is something that I took from X. Someone had this first mate bought. I like how it calls me Captain all the time because it's first mate, right? This is a software factory with a front desk, okay? So first mate is a front desk, especially if it's through the work for code. We investigate before we change anything, we don't merge until I say so. And I stayed the only person the company has to breathe. That's how I scale without becoming the bottom end. A lot of the stuff that you're creating, maybe you're using a GitHub repo, maybe your team's using a team repo as well. You need something that's monitoring this stuff, especially for someone like me that's not on top of the details as much as I should be. You need something like this, right? And I've even handed this off to other people on the team and they have their own first mate bots. Because if you want to scale, you need to make sure that you have the foundation, right? Otherwise what happens is if there's no discipline in terms of how you go about creating things, then it can become a mess very quickly. So for example, like let's just say we, you have like a team repo, right? And with a team repo, everyone can write, everyone can do whatever they want. Everyone can push to production without reviewing and well, then what happens? Well, you're gonna have a lot of bloat.

We're gonna have a lot of security issues that compound. So that's what it is. But ultimately, I've given you a sense of how to use this. I mean, we have this revenue signal where it gives outreach command center where it shows like daily, how the outreach is going, how it's getting better over time, with a short form scaler, with this company AI as well, we have the X long form writer skill that takes the skill that I've created from my X articles and it just makes this into a bot. Pre-call intelligence, I'll just show you who you're about to talk to and also how the previous conversations have gone and how you should approach this conversation potentially and also what not to talk about too. So last week we talked to a private equity firm and it specifically said, hey, here's what the private equity firm wants to hear about. Here's what they don't want to hear about. They don't want to hear about VCs. They don't want to hear about Sequoia. They don't want to hear about Andrew St. Horowitz. They just want to hear about private equity. So that's what it is, right? I'm gonna continue to make this better. Eventually what's gonna happen is yeah, you're gonna have a lot of bots. You're gonna have to park these bots too, right? You're gonna have to park them because it's hard for you to be managing so many bots at the same time. You're gonna have to get better at managing agents. I think Grocbot is one of the best ways to get started with it. And I promised you, if you stayed till the end, it has coming down the pipeline, okay?

So I was like, this is cool, but we have a Hermes that lives inside of our slack at Talks to the team and it's really good. It has a lot of contacts. We connected through our API gateway, which is secured, there's all these things, right? So I'm like, look, when you have the slack integration coming out, they're like very soon, right? When I mean slack integration, I mean the Groc bots are actually living inside of your slack, okay? That makes it a lot more powerful. So that is coming down in the pipeline. How do you make it multiplayer inside of Grocbot? How do you make it where you could talk to other people on your team? That is coming as well. You want other people to make use of your leverage because there's nothing more I want than other people to be able to use my templates, my bots, and then make them even better. And then we can just upgrade to that version if it's truly better, right? It's the mastermind that helps everything get better, ultimately, those things are coming down the line. Like talk about permissioning, security, governments, all those things, they've considered that and they have a lot of these things and they have the cursor team that's working on this now, we can keep in mind they bought cursor, right? There's a lot more that's coming down the pipeline. I think it's worth paying for this. And now I think you can get it on one of the lower versions of cursor, whatever. I happen to be on a $300 version but for the 300 version you get cursor Ultra

which is $200 a month and that's included. You get very generous usage and I'm just gonna stay on that for right now and see how that goes. In fact, you know what, let's just look at my usage over here. My usage is at 0%, I think they just keep resetting me. Apparently I'm not using this enough, so maybe I can downgrade, right? But I think this is a really good deal that they're offering. I think Grock bot from a marketing, from a business standpoint, amazing. Let me know what you think in the comments. Let me know what bots that you're excited that you're actually using right now, what's actually helpful. Hope you enjoyed this video and we will catch you in the next one.
