I found, I found, I found 10 deals this week that'll blow your mind and something just come
out from Rio.
I think I want to buy.
We got to check this out.
Welcome to live edge episode number next time, Matt.
I'm Amy and this is Charlie.
Welcome to show.
We're going to jump into this and I don't know if we're streaming on Facebook.
If we are, just let me know, just comment and say, yes, we're here.
We're trying to dual stream here lately and so we're going to try to get that going.
So all right.
Let's just jump right into this.
If you ever want to check out any of these deals, all you got to do is scan that QR code
with your phone.
It's going to take you over to my website and or you can just go over to 731moverse.com and
check out all the deals.
I'm going to jump into these deals.
Then we'll talk about their Riobee brand new tool that was announced yesterday.
It was announced yesterday.
Right now, this, you can save 27% off on VIVOR clamp, so I couldn't get it out.
Bar clamps.
This is a two pack for $20, a 36 inch clamp.
It's $10 a piece.
This don't happen.
This is the lowest price ever on these clamps.
If you need to stock up on some, I'm going to tell you, these look a whole lot like a whole
lot like Jorgensen clamps.
I don't know if they're coming out of the same factory or not.
Maybe not, but these are VIVOR clamps and they are 36 inches solid solid size there for
only $20.
$10 a piece.
These went on sale this morning and we sent this out in our daily two deals email.
If you're not a part of that, I'll tell you how to get that in a minute.
Next up, climb.
Right now, you can save 33% off this climb, 32 piece bit set.
This is the lowest price this has ever been as well on Amazon there and you can check
this out.
It's only, or you're saving $10 off, it's only $19.99.
Right now, 23% off of the WALT concealer safety goggles.
These are anti fog safety goggles.
Several of these were sold yesterday.
If you want to check these out, it's a good eye protection, especially if they're always
fogging up on you.
This might be a good way to go.
This is insane right here.
This is only while supplies last 73% off the shop fox oscillating drill press.
The retail regular price, $878, right now on sale for $319.91 and the shipping is free.
This is a crazy deal.
If you need a drill press, this is a four stand model.
I believe it also converts to an oscillating sander.
If you want this, I would grab it because this won't last long at all.
All of these deals are linked in the description of this video.
If you're watching on replay, they'll be in the pinned comment.
Before we get to the rest of the deals, if you ever want to check out any of these or sign
up for my email list, just head over to 731bomberworks.com.
Click on the Tools button and what you're going to land on is this page.
What we've done over the last couple of days is totally revamp our display and the deals
to you to help you find them easier and save more money.
Right now, you're going to see the cards across the top or if you own mobile, they'll
be stacked on top each other, Home Depot lows, Amazon and Rockler deals.
Right now, we have these four.
We may add another one or two later, but right now, this is our main focus.
Then all of the other deals we post every single day will be down here.
The individual deals are down here still.
You can just scroll and find those like those VVOR clamps or anything else.
When you click into these, the Home Depot deals are going to show up like this and they're
sorted in order.
If you want Milwaukee deals, you click Milwaukee or the Wall or Reobee.
Whatever your platform is, you can click and go straight to that deal.
Reobee is just going to bring up the Reobee deals.
If you do all, though, you can just scroll through the deals and see what's on sale.
We're changing these out every day.
So if something goes off sale or especially if something's new, that's going to be added,
you'll be able to know that by seeing a tag on there.
Let me get down to the new deals we posted today.
You see that new ribbon right there that'll show up every time we post a new one and tomorrow
that'll be gone off of this one.
So every 24 hours, we're updating these deals.
And as far as Home Depot deals go, there's some fantastic deals here we need to talk about.
First and foremost, you can get this two pack of batteries for $48.48.
That's $41 off less than $25 of battery.
It's a really good deal.
This M18 deal is two six amp-hour batteries plus you get a free six amp-hour battery so
you're getting three for $299 and you're saving $140 off.
If you scroll down, the installation driver is $179 and comes with a battery.
That's one of my favorite installation drivers there is.
And there's several other Milwaukee deals that you can check out.
The good to walk deal that I think is here, this is a four amp-hour power stack battery,
one of the newer style batteries plus a six amp-hour battery for not mistaking.
And then also the table saw is on a $100 off.
I'm not thinking, I don't think that's a great deal.
It can go and sell to $549.
So if you can wait, you can save $50 on that probably pretty soon or at least later.
The real B deal is fantastic.
If you're in the real B platform and you need a router, just grab this router.
This is the OnePlus HP, the new router plus you get a battery.
Or if you just want one, this is a brushless router.
This is the brush router and it's only $79.
So it just depends on your budget and what you'd want to spend on that.
Bridget has some very good deals going as well with a router and their track saw and a
few others if you're in the rigid platform.
Makita has a few, this one is on sale for the two-pack of batteries and a charger.
And then this router, don't buy it from here.
I would buy it from Amazon because it's cheaper on Amazon by about $10 or so.
So just check out these deals and these are the Home Depot.
If you're looking for low deals, we got you covered there too because there's a lot of
the wall tool deals going right now.
This Bosch deal is very good.
You get a free tool.
This Bosch router is the same as it is on Home Depot currently and again, cheaper on Amazon.
And there's several other tool deals, outdoor power tools, bits, blades, storage, all that
are in these.
And one of the best deals smoking right now is this Amazon deal with the Dewalt DW735X.
It is on sale for $277 off.
This is better than Black Friday.
It's down to $522 and it's been that way for about a week.
I don't know how much longer it's going to hang on at that price, but we do have a bunch
of Amazon deals.
There's that router right there for $159.
So $10 less on Amazon versus the other two big box stores.
We do have welding equipment in here as well.
There's a lot going on.
Oh, it's a screaming good deal here.
This is the Irwin Quick Clamps that you get two of those for $20 off all the way down
to $1999.
This is a hot deal right now.
A lot of people are grabbing that again.
Go check all these out.
They're on the website 731Words.com and then Rockware has some dust collection deals going
on hoses, dust extractor as well as dust collectors and a whole bunch more as far as that
goes.
And there's several jigs on sale right now at Rockware.
And then if you need messy parallel clamps, those are on deal as well.
I think we talked about those last week.
And then there's two more deals to feature here right now or for this week, Home Depot
has their pro special buys of the week and they're all power tools and hand tools.
I've got this link down below so you can go check it out in the description.
But there's all kinds of deals here.
A lot of these are featured on the website and the Home Depot tab on my website.
But there are a bunch of one week only.
These go all the way until Monday.
I think the 22nd or 23rd, whatever the date Monday is.
And I like to see there's a lot here.
But today only these are 24 hour deals at Home Depot currently.
There are a bunch of tools on sale at Home Depot that will expire midnight tonight on March
17th St. Patrick's Day.
So if you are watching this before midnight, these could be our stood be still on sale.
And the link to get to this page is in the description below.
They do that for Saint Patrick's day.
Maybe.
possible.
Just wondering, just wondering.
All right.
Now, so before we get to what, let's go check the comments.
Make sure I missed up before you get to what Riobee has announced.
Let's look at the comments.
Make sure I missed no questions or anything.
There are some questions in there.
Looks like I'm going to catch my first live show.
Well, welcome.
Rare Fox.
The table saw is at 549 at lows.
I've checked that out.
Is that the, is it the 36, 725?
I believe it's the number on that one.
Can you tell me what camera you use for your shop videos?
It is a Sony a.
Yeah, it's a Sony a7 4.
I believe it's the number of it fail.
I'm not mistaken.
That's what it is.
Stuart's has a question.
How's Matt name me?
We're doing good, sirs.
Thank you, man.
We're doing really good.
Need a free tool, purchase FlareTech.
That is a good idea, Kergan.
Thank you very much.
I will try to get that added tomorrow.
Oh, that is a good idea.
That is a good idea.
There should be a lot of springs.
Hey, what says, hey, from down the road and hot springs,
will you?
What?
I was trying to see if there was a way to take it.
So I'll look at getting that free tool with with purchase.
That is a very good idea for.
Thank you.
Oh, the DeWalb got also good friends, Colin Jeff.
Well, Jeff, thank you.
Thank you for asking.
DeWalb got goes any good if you wear glasses.
I'm not sure.
I haven't tried that actual one.
The one I had some bigger ones that went over glasses.
I'm not sure if those do actually.
The Francis Thompson says it's my first love also,
all the way in the Bahamas.
Well, that's cool.
That sounds nice.
Welcome.
I hope you're enjoying the Bahamas.
I have a question I have made a bench.
I sanded and used pre-stained conditioner stain
and all come out blotchy.
Any tips?
So sometimes it depends on how much pre-stained you put on there
and how quickly you stain afterward.
So what I would used to do when I was staining my stove covers
a lot that they were all pined,
I would put this pre-stained on there lightly, very lightly.
I didn't want it to pull.
I didn't want to like streaks of it.
Anything like it's light.
You're just rubbing it on real quick.
And 30 minutes later, stain it because what I found out was
that if I pre-stained on it and waited an hour or two
or overnight and come back to staining,
it didn't do any good.
I would have blotches everywhere.
So you need to try to make sure that you're doing it.
Luckiest moms ever, for none and none says,
they are good over glasses.
And I love the names.
Luckiest moms ever.
Did you ever review the Crashing Router
and how do you feel about the real B versus Crashing?
So I saw a video you posted.
So I haven't actually reviewed the Crashing Router
but I have used it a decent amount in the shop.
It's a notch, right?
For the price, those things are crazy.
How do I feel about the real B Crashing Circus saw video?
Well, I wasn't operating the saw,
so I'm not sure exactly what was going on.
He was using the edge battery.
He was using, I don't know if it was the actual Gen 2
Circus saw, it didn't look like it.
And then there was the Crashing, was it Crashing?
Yeah, Crashing saw that they had with their new battery.
And so I would like to actually be the one
who was using that but was at a demo thing
so they were doing their own demos.
I'm not sure why the saw was shutting off for Ryobi.
I think it was probably, I don't know if the battery is low
but I'm more certain he showed the battery was fully charged.
I'm wondering though if he wasn't pushing too hard on that.
Can there really be?
Chuck Kelly says the DeWalt goggles don't fit over his glasses.
So it may be something to where,
depends on the glasses you wear.
Yes, sand it down and on the pre-stain,
it needs to be stained within two hours
and if you don't then sand it down and reapply.
Yes, good advice.
Have you been able to test the KM countersink bit yet?
No, I haven't checked those out.
Any opinions on the Woodpecker Ultra Shear
cross-cut ripping blades?
I haven't used those actually, $119 on the website,
solid price actually, for if it's a top tier saw blade
but I haven't had a chance to check those out.
I've used Ridge Carbide, I've used Wood,
it just left me right there.
Yeah, the Force, that's it.
Forrest, I like CMT orange chrome blades,
I think they're a really good value for what you're getting.
All right, so what did Ryobi announce this week
that I'm probably going to get?
Right.
They just announced a poll saw.
This is a 40 volt HP brush, just 10 inch poll saw kit.
She's looking at me like, why do you need a poll saw?
Exactly.
Because the limbs on that tree right there
are growing into our house.
Have you seen it?
I gotta cut those off.
We need a poll saw.
So this 10 inch poll saw has a 10 foot extension
provides longer reach for overhead branches.
This is a 40 volt.
It says 60 cuts per charge.
That's on a two amp hour battery though, if you look.
So you get all this in this package
and it's coming with either a kit or tool only,
it up to eight inches.
You don't need that.
I need that.
I need this in my life.
Two and a half times faster cutting performance.
And again, the 60 cuts per charge
are on that two amp hour battery.
If you look at the actual one time,
we have six amp hour batteries here.
So 202 cuts per charge as well, there's claiming.
So this is a solid option here.
If you're in the realbie platform,
there are also available replacement chain
and bar and chain old already have bar and chain old
for the realbie chain saw that we have.
And so this is just a natural progression that I need
because I have the chain saw
and now I need the poll chain saw
to trim those limbs that are up high.
Keep all this stuff knocked down.
So it's not growing onto the house.
Let me think about what natural progression thing
I need, right?
Let's see.
You can use the poll saw.
I'll let you kind of leave with something.
Yeah, yeah, that's what happens.
I'm good with that.
If money is no object is the default 10 inch table saw,
a better saw than the skill.
What was that?
I was still left.
If money is no object is the default 10 inch table saw
a better saw than the skill.
I would go with the with the wall.
If if budget's not a concern,
the wall's just a little bit beefier.
It's a little bit, I mean, it's not drastic,
but it is there.
I would go with the wall.
Another vote for CMT Croll.
STL says my favorite blade
is that the woodpecker or the other?
John Blanchett, welcome back, man.
Let's see.
Totally underrated to our totally underrated to your life.
But you inspired me to get my shape cocoa.
I just got my 5.10 pro put together.
The other way, congratulations.
I hope you like it.
I'm still trying to figure out why in the world
do you think you need that pole saw?
Do you want to go look at these limbs?
We can take the crew outside
and we can look at it.
You don't even cut the grass.
Well, Dylan could use the pole saw to cut the limbs.
Dylan is not going to use the pole saw to cut that.
Well, who's going to cut?
Do you want me climbing a ladder?
Exactly, Michael.
Do you want me climbing a ladder?
Michael.
You're not helping me here.
Where's male?
You do not need that.
I seem to as teal says.
So yeah, same people.
Seventy is really good.
You already have some of the 40 vote batter.
So you need this.
So what I'm saying is what we need next.
That's okay.
I know something I need to.
If I buy my lumber for projects from Home Depot,
what is the use for a planer or jointer?
So a jointer for one is going to get the edges
or even the faces of those flats.
So sometimes you'll see a little cup in a board.
You may want to take out.
And on the face of it, on the edges,
you can edge joint with the jointer.
And when you put them together,
so if you're building table tops,
cutting boards, that sort of thing,
everything fits together tight.
There's no gaps in there.
As far as the planer goes,
it just thicknesses down whatever you're using.
So there was a lot of times I would get
build a table out of even a ladder.
So there was a lot of times I would get
build a table out of even common pine
two baits or whatever.
And the boards were slightly different thicknesses
all the way down the board,
even the single, the one board was.
And then when you put them together,
you got hills and, you know,
they're like this all the way down,
even if you have a perfect joint.
And then you start trying to start trying to sand that off.
And you wind up with like dips and valleys and stuff like that.
So I mean,
if it's not saying it's necessary to have those,
it just makes life easier.
Okay, Patrick,
you're not helping either.
We don't bounce as well as we did 30 years ago.
Exactly.
Because team math this week.
It's for my health and sake.
You don't understand.
He does not need something like that.
Wow, what would happen?
I would just cut down limbs and watch balls.
You should not say that.
You know that.
Why would they make it if people didn't need it?
That's what you got to ask yourself.
They make it for normal people to use it.
It's a big chainsaw.
It's only like 10 inches or something.
Like it's only an eight inch cut capacity.
It's ideal for pruning and light limb.
You can even read it.
What's tiny print this way away from me?
It comes equipped with an automatic aller
to keep the chain constantly and lubricated.
You're all again Kevin.
Rapha farks all of you.
All of you against me tonight.
I'm ordering something tonight.
Well, I didn't say I bought it yet.
You can't buy until April.
I put that out there.
The Rio B chain pole saw is available coming April.
No, you didn't say that.
I'll wait till April to order mine.
Well, there's me an easy birthday present.
The pole saw.
I mean.
I mean.
Well, he says love your content.
I'm a Florida.
L.A.O.
I love your wood.
Woodworking, but still maybe.
Well, welcome.
And thank you for your service to.
Better than buying a thousand dollar steel.
How much is the pole saw?
It doesn't say is this coming soon.
It doesn't even say how much it's going to be.
If you have to ask that thing, you know.
No, it'll be in real.
We price line.
It doesn't say what the pricing is on these.
There is a link to this page on the in the description.
If you want to go check this out and see if it's right for you.
I think they even have a video on here.
Weird.
They don't have the price already.
No, they never do until it's actually.
Yeah.
Until it's actually live on the website.
There's an action shop for you.
See, it's got a strap to keep you hung over your thing.
So you don't get into nothing.
Look at him.
Treminate tree.
So far away.
He's got real big gloves on too.
So that's pretty cool.
Real.
Real.
There it goes.
I'll get me some deor gloves to put on.
Right in my order.
Nice one.
I can say look at those gloves.
That's nice.
That is so nice.
Look at the very expensive gloves.
This curious how they compare.
Sorry, it's him for finished.
So what you said.
Oh, I need.
I do need to give away another domino.
Dona.
What crap says.
What crap has the wood river parallel clamps.
Eight piece sets.
Have you.
You seen their clamps.
I have not.
Did you know if they're any good?
I do not.
I happened to get a couple.
Wind sets for a great price.
I haven't used the wood.
Woodcraft ones at all.
The wood river one parallel clamps.
So.
Michael.
Five dollars to put towards the pole saw.
I'm going to hit that.
Oh.
Super.
Okay.
I just looked it up.
How much those gloves are?
They're $950.
I'm not getting that.
Huh.
I'm not getting that.
I'm not getting that.
I'm not getting that.
I'm not getting that.
I'm not getting that.
I'm not getting that.
I'm not getting that.
I'm not getting that.
I'm not getting those.
That poll saw is not going to.
There's no way I've had $1,000 for gloves.
I just was curious.
Those gloves have 50 horsepower.
I like my.
I like my gloves from Amazon.
Curled up.
Oh, look, Becca's on team Amy.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Thank you, Becca.
Been a while since she's been able to catch a live stream.
Welcome back.
Thank you.
They were doing well.
So funny.
That will keep you safe.
A safe distance from the falling branches.
Safety thing.
Exactly.
It's all for our safety.
Right.
There is seriously.
Thank you, David Corlis.
Says for the pulse off on.
The next one coming.
There should be for the deor fund.
You should review the glass.
I hope to when it is released.
It's releasing in June.
The new one is.
I've got a video coming out tomorrow.
Actually two for nation channel members.
We'll see that or it's already out for you guys to check out.
It's on the members tab in the community tab.
Or Patreon.
You've seen that too.
But there is a video on that.
Bosh Glide saw coming tomorrow.
That I filmed.
Kind of the behind the scene.
Not behind the scenes.
But it was a lows creator event.
And they only allowed certain amount of people come in there.
And we were able to come in and make videos.
And so there's some new tools coming that are pretty cool
from a tabo.
Bosh.
And a few others that are actually in that video.
Are you able to see those too?
As I come through.
Oh, and Facebook.
Yeah.
Yeah.
No, they show up up here.
Okay.
Yeah.
Just making sure.
See that it's got the Facebook tag.
Oh.
Like.
Yeah.
Matt named me.
Please share the story.
We did.
Okay.
So we did.
We forgot about that last week.
And you asked about that after the show was over.
We're like, we never told the story.
So the story on my car.
That was God listening and rewarding your faith.
That's.
So when.
Well, I already tell the story.
You got to have the whole thing now.
I was.
Okay.
When Matt and I were in a financial crisis.
Crisis.
Crisis.
It was so bad.
It was so bad.
We were months behind on our house.
And we were.
We were.
We were.
We were.
We were.
And we were.
It was just bad.
My dial was gone.
And we.
We were taking on all his.
It was just a bunch.
And we ended up having a foul bankruptcy and it was devastating.
But in the bankruptcy.
One of our biggest things was we didn't want to our creditors
to be left.
Out.
You know,
so.
One of something that was really important to us was making sure
our creditors got back as much as.
where you pay back and we tried to take care of every creditor possible and through that there
was no way possible that we were going to be able to keep his truck and my car at the time and so
we had to look and at the time my car was worth more and the creditor on my car were they would have
gotten back their money whereas if we had let them take the truck it was so upside down it just
it wouldn't have been good for the creditor and we were trying to think okay what are we gonna what's
going to be more useful to us as a family and the truck made more sense so you can go from there
yeah so we agreed to give up the car without them having to come like looking for us or hiding
and all that stuff so they repo the car so the guy that came in you know he didn't know you know
that we weren't even trouble you know because you don't ever know I guess the repo guys they
get a lot of trouble and so when he showed up I was outside with the keys friendly you know he's
a real nice guy and it was went like that but it made it broke my heart because I had to watch her
give up her vehicle for the family to make it and I told the story on that video where I was like I
just I felt like such a failure because I couldn't make enough money to make you know keep the family
you know everything in the family so he was not a failure that's why you feel that when everything's
kind of crashing down so she we shared a vehicle thankfully I was a trooper then so I had a
state police vehicle that I drove at work off work we just shared a vehicle and so if she was
gone in the truck then I was just here at the house I couldn't you it's with a state police GPS
track car like you're not like you can go run grocery errands you know and so we just shared a
vehicle and I know that's not in the grand scheme of things it's not a massive bad thing but it's
one of those it's inconvenient right when she's at work and I'm stuck at home I can't go or do
but for years she did without her own personal vehicle we just shared one she drove my truck and it
was just ours you know and once things started getting better and we kind of got outside that
bankruptcy and was able to get her feet back on her it was able to catch the house up we didn't
lose the house and we started doing better then we was able to get her a vehicle and there's a it
was all it was all god driven to it was through the channel oh oh thank you James need no
scissors for that Amy fun so the god was it was all in his time and right and
we got online and it just so happened at the time that when covid and all that stuff hit
we found this car and it just so happened that we were able to have enough money to buy this car
because it was at a much lower price because of all the stuff that was going on it's like every
it's like a perfect storm had come together and created the situation where we could get this car
and it was honestly I had a lot of people give me grief and say if that was really you know
a dream car why didn't you get some whatever I loved this car it was a special edition
Nissan and it was like the sporty one it had things on it that I had never had in a car and so I
felt so I don't know blessed to get it but it was brand new it had like 10 miles on it
Carvana brought it and when the time came to get rid of it um we actually got back twice our money
on it because it was a special edition one there was only so many of them made and it was still
immaculate when I sold it so it was it was just all in god's time but I loved it
eight years we shared a vehicle she didn't have her own vehicle for eight years and so it was a
it was a big deal like she gave up a lot I think and I was very happy when she was able to get the
car and she was very happy with it like she was very proud to be able to get it and so I loved
that car get a turbo engine which is one of the reasons I got rid of it it would move it was red
and so that color red in a sportier looking car with the turbo engine
hmm I was about to get myself in trouble so I had I was like you know I think it I I kept it for
a few years and and it served its purpose and I decided to get something a little bit more mom
like for you know potential grand babies come in one day um yeah insurance loved you
it was you know the insurance on that was more than the insurance I drove a high
a Toyota Highlander that I bought for any and the insurance on that car was way more than the
insurance of my Highlander is so crazy but they said one thing was the color it was a special
edition color that color was only put on that model and there was only so many of those models
like a thousand oh there's a low number I forget it was a very low number of those cars it's a
weird it's a very special edition thing no other vehicle had that particular we didn't really
know it until we got the car like we bought it on Carvana because she liked it and we didn't know
it was one of those super cool the best miter gauge for the money one two three go for budget
miter gauge I would look at if you don't need a fence on it we end makes a really good one
it's like 60 bucks um if you need a fence on one the Vivo or does really good job for under $100
if you want like best of the best I'd probably look at the soft stop one it is pretty crazy
or the Harvey and we're talking like ed jessa makes a really good one too so those are all
$500 plus but if you're under $100 Vivo or win sneak a freak says love the name I knew you
is gonna I knew you was gonna like that one says you're making me cry I got hurt at work and stuck
at home not working for over eight years my wife works her behind off keeping the house going
filling of being a failure is real now he is more than they know yeah and and just so you know
I promise you she doesn't feel like you're a failure and just like I've always tried to tell him
that and I know it's hard for you know when being the person that you see yourself as the person
that's supposed to take care of everything um if you've got a good person behind you
whether it's the man or the woman I'm you know I don't need some people don't believe in traditional
roles but whatever it is I promise that she's not seeing you as a failure
I never saw Matt as a failure I've never seen him as a failure of only anything
and I know he's often felt that way he you know the whole time that um we went through that
but that bankrupt so yeah I know it it may not seem like a whole lot to some people but for us
that that hurt it was it was very hard because we live in a small area and a lot of our creditors
were people that we know people who we graduate with the kids like the guy you borrowed money
from the bank you probably gonna go church with him or something like it's very small then you
know it's one of those things and um I'd never I'd never want through any of that looked at
Matt as a failure to anything I looked at it as though it was something where we were being
you know we had to work our butts off to kind of get through it but we were being given a chance
to get there and it took a long time to get there it's probably one of the best decisions
financially we ever made honestly I'm not saying this for everybody and we I struggled before we
filed bankruptcy yeah I fought against that for months and months until he got to the point
where like we're either going to have a place to live or we're not and so it was I had to book
it was really bad because she was like new ahead of time like this is not gonna work out
well my dad had got really sick um my dad had cancer and he was he was done and
um he was on hospice for nine months which is kind of it's a very long time to be on hospice
but we had to take his house and once his house because he had to move in with us and I literally
had to take care of my dad here for a long time I had to bathe him every part of him so it was a
humiliating thing in every aspect that you could imagine but once my dad moved into our house
insurance on his house what caught crawl droop over something while they call it um empty
residents it was something and it made the insurance like skyrocket and we were paying his mortgage
he had no income um because his income was going to his medical care and it wasn't covering it so
and he was in and out of the hospital people coming in out of our house sticking tubes in him
in our house had a tube stuck in a one-time in my car in a parking lot because I mean it was just
as long as kept going it was all like um and so we took all of that well you know what time it is
power tip time power to if he is if you find yourself in a situation that's really really
difficult and you don't know where to turn maybe consider stop and for a minute re-evaluating
and thinking and not considering yourself a failure and thinking thinking of it from a different
point of view you know this is a test that we're being put I mean it it was hard I don't think anybody
escapes this life if you live any length of time without trials why it's just going to happen
so I heard somebody say um dance moms I love dance moms and one of the ones on there one of the
moms one day told her daughter she said you can't have a testimony without having a test
and that's stuck with me and so that's kind of the way I feel about it I think that I don't think
it had anything to do with the car I think the car was a symbol for us it was a huge symbol for us
it was I think for Matt it felt like he was giving me giving me back something that I had lost
you know finding something that was lost years before but and notice it was eight years it wasn't
like it was just a year with you know that we did this like it was eight years it was a it was a good
stretch there but some of our hardest times that we've had in our marriage literally the hardest
times that we've had have been some of our favorite some of my fondest memories are us with no money
eating ramen with our three kids sitting at it one of the cheapest tables that you had you would
ever find for a dollar store and those are some of the greatest memories in the world and I don't
think you have to have the best of best of everything and this you know us well I think it's been
proven throughout history time and time and time and time and time again money cannot buy happiness
no it can't now can it make things easier for you of course can it buy you a cool tool yeah but
you're happiness your joy is not going to come from things it's going to come from people the
people that you love and they're around us so yeah you guys and so that literally y'all make our
our Tuesday night yeah fun it's why we do it it's why we do it all right storm king says how is it
buying from Carvana and then you know that okay good it's so easy our daughter did it after I did it
she when she was ready to buy her first car on her own she got on their family when she won it
they brought it to her fun fact the person who brought my car from way off somewhere it was his
first delivery ever when he brought me mine he's super nice and when he when my daughter got hers
a couple years yeah two or three years later the delivery driver brought it and we were looking at
and we were like you look familiar if you've been here before and he was like yeah y'all were
my first delivery and so super cool because hers came from a different state that's very easy
than mine did but it's like buying some on Amazon you're buying a car ladies bring it to you it is
so easy uh bossman says I finally got the track saw any cool accessories go to TSO products
they have a track saw square that it's very handy and if you need parallel guides
in other words you can hook parallel guides one on each end of your track and make repeatable cuts
so if you're ripping down say 24 inch pieces of plywood over and over and over and over you
can just set those guides on there and then pretty good that's the two out regimen
water buck says I bought from Carvana and overall it was a really good experience better than
any dealer the only here's the only drawback that we found with Carvana you don't have a salesperson
if you need assistance with something but that would not have been such a big deal for me had we had
a Nissan dealer close to where we are but we're non-emiles from a Nissan dealer so it made it kind
of difficult so when I bought my next vehicle I made sure it was from one of the brands that we
had local what kind of truck did you share for eight years how many miles did you put on it's a
Ford F-150 and not as many as you think because her job is about a mile and a half that way
was was yeah it was was a mile and a half that way so basically three miles round trip
and I of course I stayed true bright and have to drive anywhere so it had very few miles
money to travel so yeah we know when you go anywhere so it was a Ford F-150 I bought it brand new
in 2008 no 12 no eight no no I wouldn't hate because I graduate troops going on eight oh and when
the the first new trooper car I got I got the new trooper car that they issued me in the brand new
one it's a 20t on them it must have it has a 20t on because I bought the I bought the truck a month
later I remember that specifically something is a 20t is a 2010 Ford F-150 and yeah when I think
when we passed it on to my son whenever I got a different truck a couple of years ago and I it
had about 50 something thousand miles or 60 thousand miles it was it was a crazy low amount of
it has around 60 now my truck now is three years old my new truck is three years old turns three
in April to me three to me and it has 10 thousand miles on or something like it's very low
so I just don't go anywhere we're upset that was quick I mean yep you store what do you think of
the V-vor pocket hole jig versus the Craig I haven't used the V-vor actually
George says watching you on YouTube really motivated me to start being creative again
awesome good there it's an actual car and that cannot be true
go ahead and on this is where did you get the jig to make the dovetail grooves on the workbench
it's called a micro jig um grid router guide yeah you can just search that you'll find it
or if you go to that video there's a link down there to it Kergan says I just paid off my Jeep
yay that's awesome that's a great feeling I swooned after a Jeep for years how would it
one so bad three years after buying it and I just filled it up for the third time yes it works
working from home as wild third time that's crazy in three years that's insane that's awesome
that says they say you don't get out much
sneaker freak says but seriously thank you guys from the bottom of my heart because you guys
are one of the first channels I found and woodworking has basically saved my life we hear that
I was on the edge many times before I found it well that's I'm glad you found it glad I've gotten
multiple messages over the years emails direct messages about how woodworking has was was
basically therapy for somebody who was in a very dark place like you're not alone just know that
that this has happened for a lot of people they get into it and it's something they enjoy it's a
passion and it just takes your mind off everything else you get out there and just be creative so
it's pretty cool yeah I think a lot of people are scared to admit when they're having a hard time
to but what's so bad is that so many people are scared to admit it because of judgments and stuff
but we've all had moments that have been bad you know I suffered my whole teenage life I suffered
with severe anorexia and being hospitalized and lots and lots of things and going through you know
a lot in my 20s with it and slowly starting to figure it out a little bit in my early 30s and
mid 30s and even now I'll be 50 next year and there are still moments that are that you
struggle with it so there's you know we all have what we all have our crosses there yeah right
James says what was your impression of the updated Bosch Meyer saw worth the weight to buy a
saw when it comes out in June I think so it's a really nice saw now let's see how actual use you know
is is in actual use case and not in a set up demos area but fantastic saw
they're also lower in the price by $100 I talked about that earlier which is rare when a brand new
saw comes out I've got a video a full video coming out tomorrow where I feature this saw plus a
bunch of other brand new tools that are coming soon now so if you want to see more detail about
that saw it will be out tomorrow 1 p.m. central time as when the video launches Bob Smith says I would
wait on the saw because it has a shadow line but they didn't move some of the controls to the back
so if you do a lot of bevel cuts the controls are moving from the front to the back I don't know why
they didn't tell me why but it's going to be back there if you don't do a lot of bevel cuts it's a
mon issue Brad you're right we're all figuring life out those who say they have it figured out
don't that's that's true Raf said best feeling ever paying off a vehicle you know my daughter
to our daughter she she'll be 20 27 this year she's the one that bought from Carvana and next year
she pays that car off and she's so excited she just keeps talking about it over and over and over
and she's the one that I'll know some of y'all saw on Facebook were Matt made a post
but she's the one that somebody just pulled out in the road a couple a month or so ago and
side swiped her and scratched the whole side down from the the trunk all the way down to the
window on the mirror on the passenger side and took off and we never found them and so I was heart
broken for her she had just had a small brick and we had it fixed for her and then this happened
but she's still so excited I was trying to look on the app and see if I can see how many miles my
car I'll trick it on it it should tell you I don't know where it would tell me it tells me how many miles
it is to empty but I paid off our house five years ago I'd love to pay off ours actually that would be nice
it just says everything looks good let's see yeah I wanted a Jeep for so long I used to
literally when I was a trooper I would pull up to the Jeep dealership here in town and I would
just get out and we'll look at them like there's many nights I would drive by and see one out there
but I pull in there the Rubikon's the Ford or Rubicon not the truck one but the regular Jeep one
your phone don't work so man I would like to I want to want to know so bad and now I'm like
yeah I'm good I would really like to pay our house off I think that I mean we don't owe a lot on
it um but we bought it back when the housing market was kind of crashed and oh you're fine
and no I mean like the first one yeah yeah and then we refinanced when the rates
bottomed out and so our interest rates 2% on this house and they said we want you to refinance
constantly now hey don't you want to refund no I do not leave me alone hey human math hey
you know how you know man good to see in here glad you bet well I think that's going
about do it this week so I hope you have a good week if you don't check out any of the deals we
talked about or the new saw from Riobee everything's linked in the description or you hit over
to the website 731 would work that kind I like the truck geeks but every time I see one I think
a vomination Brad said every time I hear that word I think of the trunk trucks the middle the
middle trunk trucks is trunk trucks he said you're driving trunk trucks what does a trunk truck
need a trunk for you got to watch that show that or you want to say what we're talking about
so that's okay yeah good week have a good week back
