#103: Rebecca Lennon on marathon swimming and training for the English Channel

Trafford Metro's Rebecca Lennon has had quite the journey in swimming. From a top-level 200m backstroker in her formative years, to a marathon swimmer in her adult life, she is currently training to swim the English Channel. 

Rebecca talks to host Helen Gorman.
