Hart Lambur is Co-Founder of UMA, a decentralized financial contracts platform where he leads a team of financial contract and oracle design researchers. He is also Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Risk Labs, the entity behind the UMA protocol. 

Prior to this, Lambur served as the Chief Executive Officer of Openfolio, a personal finance tracking platform he co-founded in 2013. He also worked for Goldman Sachs, where he provided liquidity in US Treasuries for a diverse range of clients, including central banks, money managers, and hedge funds.
