In this episode I have a very special guest, Jessie Inchauspé, also known as the Glucose Goddess. Jessie is a French biochemist whose life took a dramatic turn after a severe accident at the age of 19, leading her to an impassioned journey into health science. Today, she's a New York Times bestselling author behind the book “Glucose Revolution: the life-changing power of balancing your blood sugar”, a book I love (called Glukoserevolusjonen for my Norwegian listeners). She has now released her second book, "The Glucose Goddess Method- Your four-week guide to cutting cravings, getting your energy back, and feeling amazing.”

Before writing her latest book she recruited over 2000 volunteers to test her program. 70% reported better energy, 90% reduced craving, 40% of the participants reported better metrics and a staggering 99% of those who took part were impressed enough that they would continue their habits for life.
