#14. Protect your peace and your close friendships with Lauren Turner and Raeann Materise

This week we've got TWO guests! I asked my friend Lauren Turner if they would join me in the studio, and they brought along their friend, Raeann Materise! Lauren, Raeann and I talked about navigating friendships as adults with busy schedules and little time. We talked about knowing when it's time to walk away from a friendship and whether to let it be or have a breakup. We also talked about the role that intrinsic values play in choosing our long-term friends.
