Here's the thing though in like these court cases when the jury Like the jury is not deciding whether she's guilty of murdering Yeah, the the children the jury is deciding on very one or more very very specific criteria that the judges set And we don't know what those criteria are, but it's very like legal ease So it's it's very possible that based on the way that the judge based on that judge is understanding of the law phrased it to the jury
