And then the cops talked to him when he got off the plane. And then he was released. And that was really it. But it turns out now TMZ has a story because we were talking about this yesterday. But like, you know, what did somebody film? Because this happened back in May. And like, what was the actual incident? Because there was no charges pressed. But if there's no charges in the cops, let him go. What happened on that flight that actually cost him to lose his job? Because that's weird, right? And it's weird that somebody would accuse you of something. The cops would talk to you, no charges. They would release you. And then you still get fired. And then they scrub some stuff off the website of the social.

2:03They scrub them completely with his voice. So he was on an American Airlines flight back in May. When a passenger who was sitting behind him looked at his laptop over his shoulder. And saw him in a chat room. And the passenger saw texts that made it appear that the chat room was for petos. Oh my God. So the passenger then notified of the flight attendant. And then the captain notified of authorities. Authorities met him at the gate. They talked to him. But yes, he was free to leave. So Jim's lawyer tells TMZ that he had become active recently in suicide prevention advocacy since losing a close family member to suicide two years ago. And he has spent time visiting chat rooms offering support. And he claims that while he was in that chat room, he was sent a link to a different chat room from someone in the suicide prevention group. Now this chat room wasn't a place to find that material, but it was a place where people have those thoughts and they go to discuss them openly.

3:03So on the screen, when you look at the pictures, because this woman took pictures of his computer, it's just text lines of people of people chatting, right? So you don't see if he's, he's, it's what he's saying. I don't know what he's saying, but it's, it's there, right? He says that once he realized what the chat room was for and who it was for, that he left immediately, but timestamps say differently and that he was in that chat room for 57 minutes. Whoa. They do a Victoria and, uh, Abbotsford beginning of August, they do Toronto late August and then they are wrapping up November 15th at the gray cup in Calgary. That's a lot of time spent in the dangers on and. And this is a big one because it's going to be their last one for a very long time. Why? Because they're retiring the jets that they currently use. Right. So, so this is their 55th anniversary of doing the snowbirds air show. And then they got to, they're going to retire the old jets and then they got to get the new ones and they got to train everybody up and all this other stuff. And I guess danger zone is going to be. Danger the danger zone is going to be empty until about like 20 30 plus. Oh, wow. Right. So here is a damn more with master corporal Tristan pops a coup. How sad are you that this is the last year for a while? Like it must be really sad.

5:05It is, it is devastating in a way. I would say from my perspective, these are beautiful aircraft. They have a lot of history behind them. People have been going to air shows for over 55 years to come see these aircraft and others variations before them. And to see them kind of come and go. It's bittersweet. It is the step in the right direction. I would say though, going towards newer technology and hopefully in the next couple of years to three or five years. Whatever ends up happening, we actually get going again and doing more shows. There's a lot of dogs in a lot of cities from coast to coast to coast that are like good. I'm going. Their executives are suspended for six months in a year. But Uncle Dennis Kauai's guy who was taking care of all his business got a five year suspension because he was really the architect behind all of this is what we're learning. So here is ESPN breaking down sort of what was going on with the Clippers and Kauai. These conversations, I had one executive tell me last night Greeny that the Clippers were essentially acting like a power agent, brokering deals for Kauai Leonard's business representative at the time in Dennis Robertson. That's millions and millions of cash flow coming into this. Kauai Leonard at a point in time in the calendar, where we were in the pandemic in 2020 and 2021.

10:13By mid 2021, Kauai Leonard had pocketed tens of millions of dollars in endorsement deals where there just was not any type of showing up for any type of obligation that he had. And it wasn't just one company. It was four companies that the NBA found. And the investigation, I do have to make it clear, did show that Kauai Leonard did not have any knowledge of his salary cap circle mentioned that was going on. He had essentially given all of the power to his uncle, Dennis Robertson for years now. And Dennis Robertson is now banned from all basketball business moving forward. Yes he is. Meanwhile, an investigation by a group called gamers nexus found that LG smart TVs sweep local networks to map phones and nearby devices. Test also showed that the TVs can capture microphone audio when the screen is off. So LG smart TVs, they say continuously sweep home networks map secondary devices and log microphone audio while appearing to be turned off the LG OLED TVs actively scanned networks to unrelated hardware, including phones and smart watches. Apart from the internal IP addresses, the TVs also gathered the names and signal strength of neighboring Wi-Fi networks along with their location data. That data collected is then pooled and fed into LG's ad solutions, which is the company's targeted advertising firm. And then LG claims that also they have a 216 million TVs sold worldwide.

13:20So you smart TV is doing all the things that people say. They don't. It's comforting. Right? Yeah. That's listening to you while the TV is off and it's scanning your phone audio and it's scanning your smart watch audio and neighbors too. And it's checking out your neighbor's Wi-Fi. It's mapping locations and look out, Matt. See what you do in online. It's getting to know everybody and then selling like how far down the street. Then I don't know. And the problem Meklamor has is anytime he says that he's anti this or pro this and he's one thing he is not is anti-Semitic. As soon as he says that, people start googling Meklamor in Seattle in 2014, which was a show that he had to apologize for because he went on stage looking in a costume that was just

It's also showing some promise I guess people in the UK are liking the track as well. Where it is predicted to debut at number 13 on their charts, but to Spotify, not a people digging it on Spotify, which is weird because I didn't think that those streaming services were that wildly different from each others, like what people, where people go that have certain tastes, right? I would think that it's just all, which is whatever one you started paying for first, like that's sort of the one that you that you have, right? We still, we still next week in one week from today. The new film Primetime, which focuses on Chris Hansen and Chris Hansen. It wasn't really love in this movie. Like he's been like his take has been wildly all over the place. You know, the he said that they made a try sign in the day. And they never consulted with him. And they made a story where he's the focal point of the movie. And they never once called him. And that would pass anybody off. But here's Robert Pattinson. I mean, obviously I hope he likes the movie. And I would hope in some ways, like the amount of inspiration that his character has kind of given so many people who are involved in this.

22:36But like he is now. I hope is some kind of compliment. Even off to Washington. Thousands of hours of everything to do with it. You still can't really put your finger on it. And I think what we were trying to have tried, I think, is all of our collective enthusiasm in his sort of mystery. I mean, still not cool. I mean, they rarely do though. They rarely reach out to people when they make these. But people always think that when you see like a bio, not like a like a based on somebody's life kind of thing that the person's heavily involved, they are rarely involved. And filmmakers don't want the real person poking around given their creative input. It's the last thing they want. That's my biggest fear if someone wanted to make a Rosamokha movie. Yeah. Canada's counter tariffs against United States officially kicked in today impacted 27.6 billion dollars worth of American goods such as dairy products, plywood and even sunscreen. Take that. Hours before the countertair of deadline, US President Donald Trump threatened to ban the sale or imports from Bombardier, which is the big aircraft manufacturer here in Canada saying if they want our market, they must build here and stop treating America like a piggy bank years ago. So Canada with the automakers, they were like, hey, if you want to sell cars here, you got to build them here. And then that's why we have the auto industry that we had.

24:39Like it was, it was a ballsy move. It was a smart move, but it was a ballsy move. And that's what Trump is saying now to Bombardier. Bombardier released their own statement saying that already in the States, they create tens of thousands of US jobs. They go on to say, Bombardier values its great partnership with American companies and its US employees. Our plan is to continue to invest in our people, our customers and the communities in which we operate across the USA. So they're going to do about it. Sepuro beer says that they are shifting some of their production to the US from Canada due to the 50% tariffs imposed on beer exports from the country. Seek to navigate its North American beer operations. I think it's just their non-alcoholic beer operations that they're moving sideways down there, not 100% sure. I know, Mocha, what you're thinking. What's going on with the economy and the unemployment rates? Thank you. Just think about it on the planet. Canada unexpectedly lost 42,000 jobs in August and in the strong four month hiring streak

25:42are overall national unemployment rate. Sort of held at 6.4%. But here's the one that I always go to. Like the sort of national unemployment rate, it's the one that I always wonder about? No, for me anyway, it's the youth unemployment. The number that I always go to is the 15 to 24 year old. So yes, Mocha, the one that affects you in your demographic. So this is kids who get part-time jobs. But when you go up to 24, this is also people right out of college who are trying to break into the workforce. And Canada's youth unemployment numbers are horrendous. It's 12.9% in August 2026 down in the US. It's 9.1. It peaked in 2025 at 14.6%. That is way higher than it was pre-pandemic, which was around 10.8. So that's what's looking for youth employment, Mocha. Because I know you always care about that. Of course. 26:43Liv Gulf is officially filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. This was the Saudi Arabia-backed golf tour. I guess that try to get a bunch of PGA players to come and join it. When you look at the list of creditors, people that live owes money to. John Rom is number one. They owe him $7.4 million. Bryson De Shembo is owed $5.7 million. De Shembo, say no. So the Saudi fund, which is virtually unlimited money, decided to stop funding it. Why? It was just wasn't a good investment. It wasn't turning over what it wanted them to turn over. However, more importantly in all of this is that Liv Gulf, and people have said this from day one, this wasn't so much about building a golf league to compete with PGA and grow the sport globally. It was to rehab the reputation of the Saudi government. Sure. That's 100% what this was.

27:44That's why they do wrestling. That's why they did the comedy festival. That's why they did. It's reputational rehab. And this just happened to be a massive investment in that. But she goes into detail about how Elon, apart from his two spouses, would zero in on young women. He thought would make good quote breeders, then get them pregnant and then dropping all interest in them after the babies were born.

28:45It's well known they say that Elon is fathered a ton of kids. They say at least 14. Although the people around him say that it is many, many more, he believes his having kids is the way to wage war against the population decline. Now Ashley St. Clair, who is one of his baby mamas, was offered by Elon's team money to not do the documentary. I was offered the opportunity not to speak for $40 million. And so when you're offered something like that, it really causes a debate in your head about what your speech means and how valuable that is. And why do they want to offer me this amount of money to not speak? And I believe Alex spoke to it a little bit about Elon's unreality. And he does have a complicated relationship generally, but his most complicated relationship is with the truth. And so I think most importantly, I want to set the example for my kids that you should

31:53So they're both going to be released. A new hope is going to be re-released on February 19th, 2027. So it's not that long away. Then Starfighter on May 28th, 2027. Apparently the version of a new hope that they're releasing is the OG original original version. Oh, Han Shabbat first. Yeah. Apparently that is what they've said. Now I don't know whether it's the OG scenes that are then just beefed up because this thing has gone through so many iterations that it was once believed that George Lucas actually destroyed the original. Well, he did when he added. No, no, I mean physically destroyed the original. Oh, yeah. That was one of the stories is that the actual original original does not exist. Oh, I can't see that. But that's what they say that this is going to be, I guess, remastered in some sort of way to go iMac's 70 mil. Hey, the Ross and Mocha show podcast a report yesterday said that Jimi Kimmel live would end after next season, which would be its 24th season.

32:58How are spoke's person for ABC entertainment denied the claim saying quote this information is inaccurate. Any reports about the future of the show at this point are purely speculative. I sort of believe it's true though. So do I. Yeah, it's an expensive show. They're just getting out of that game. The problem is that it gives Trump a win, right? He'll just claim it. Right? He'll just claim it. Nobody was watching. But everybody's everybody's right. Everybody's getting out of that game of late night TV. It's just the return because basically they're just clip shows, right? Like that's like nobody's watching the actual show. They just the clips just live on social media. And so like what's the future of that? This is the Ross and Mocha show podcast. So a senior researcher who leads andthropics alignment efforts said yesterday. Anthropic is open AI. Oh, okay. Right. Said yesterday that many in the company believe AI could wipe out humanity and warn that the company is is not on track to solve this issue of aligning AI's goals with humanity's goals.

33:59A guy named Jacob Cox and actually quit yesterday. He wrote, I resigned from entropic today. I spent the last three years doing pre training research at both open AI and entropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving super intelligence and gambling with our lives. He goes on to say that people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt. A common response is he goes on to say if they truly believe this, why are they building it? He says at open AI, many have not deeply internalized the civilizational at the civilization that's at stake at entropic. The stakes are well understood, but they are looked, but they are locked in a race to get their first. They believe no one else will act responsibly. So they must do it themselves despite the risk. Another guy who works there still works their name Evan Humberger wrote this in response to Evan's quitting or Jacob's quitting.

35:02He says the alignment science, he's the alignment science lead and entropic. He wrote on on X that he and his colleagues do quote earnestly believe AI could kill all humans. And he paged his own estimate at more than a 10% chance in the next decade. Wow. That's it. We're done. So and these guys said this entropic is supposed to go public in October with a $2 trillion valuation. And they just drop this now. So you know, bro, I don't know. Like there's no stopping it right? It's not looking good. That's two people that work there. And basically what they're saying is this. If they don't do it because they think that they have the sort of moral high ground who can save everything, right? So if they don't do it, then another company in the US is going to do it. And if they all get together and say let's not build this dangerous thing, then China is going to do it.

36:05And then they will have not done it. So then they will have nothing to combat whatever China does. So everybody right now and entropic is like we have to do it and we have to be there first just so we can build the model that won't destroy humanity. Because if somebody gets there before us, they can design it to destroy humanity. But this is a just in case. But once you build it, you can't control it is what they're saying. They're not taking the human risk. It's not a factor in their lightning development towards super intelligence. Y'all watch Avengers, Age of Ultron. Yep. That's where we're going. 39:08But he has like a plane that's rigged with like some kind of camera where he can shoot things in the sky. What? What is a film jet? So a film jet. There's only a few of these in the world. And I retrofitted an old fighter train. Jet from Canada with a really expensive and complex gimbal and camera system on the nose of the jet. So that I can film high performance jets and aircraft. So this is a very specific thing, right? Like hyper specific. And what do you do with it? Well, thank God Tom Cruise is churning out more Top Gun movies, right? So you got a figure. Like you got a figure that you're a former fighter pilot who owns a jet. And then he's like, what's the name of that? You're a former fighter pilot who owns a jet that has a film camera on the front of it. You got to be like the number one guy that Tom Cruise is going to hire. Is it true that you're also vying for the opportunity of using your jet to help film Top Gun 3?

40:08Well, that's what everyone wants, right? Everyone wants a piece of Top Gun and Top Gun 3 has been announced. There are really only a couple of us that do this sort of work in North America. Because memory right now is so expensive for phones for everything. It's because of all the AI centers. They're snapping up all the memory. Like even SD cards for cameras and stuff. You go on Amazon and look at the prices on those things. They're triple what they used to be. I know. Like all memory is so expensive. And my father-in-law, you know, like people would always years ago, whenever the new iPhone came out, there was a little bit that you knew people who would just get the new phone every single time, right? I'm not gay.

43:09Yeah, Moko's that guy. My father-in-law's that guy. But I think they lost them with this one. I really do. I'm going to wait. Yeah. So pricing in Canada for the flip phone iPhone duo, the base base base model, which is the 256 gig, 256 gig, is $2,999. That's the base model. The 512 is 3,299. The one terabyte, 3,899, the two terabyte, $4,799. What? That's mad. Yeah. What? You don't need two terabytes. What? $4,799? Oh, fool. But! That is crazy. But! And it doesn't fit in your pocket. But! 45:11They did it in Quebec in 2022. They got $500 right before an election. Oh, wow. Scott Moe out in Saskatchewan did it in 2022 as well. They got $500. Daniel Smith did it this year. Everybody got $100. Ralph Klein years ago in 20, 2006. Everybody got $400. So this happens, right? Like around election time. Like, let's, I'll give you a rebate, right? So Trump last night in Texas, because they got the elections going on. He made this promise if the Republicans win. If the Republicans win the House of Representatives and the United States Senate, both of them. Because of our economic tremendous economic success, like in history, we've never had anything like what's happening. But because of our tremendous strength and success economically, I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States of America for $5,000.

46:13Bro, get out of here. Five rats. Five. First of all, that is $1.3 trillion. We didn't get the money from you. Well, he says that the revenue is going to come from the money they've made off tariffs on the imported goods. Come on. But so you look at what was offered in Canada, 500, 500, 100, 200, whatever it was, right? Now, there are people on either side of the border that if they're not like super into politics, they don't really care. Maybe they haven't voted consistently in their whole life, $5,000. Like, come on. Like, two rental payments. We would get somebody to the polls. Bro, shall we be showing up with a red hat? Like, like, like, five to five. Red cap is unfit. Maybe orange. Well, 75% of Canadians, that is a huge number for any politician who's running a play like this. 75% of Canadians surveyed, want Mark Karney to hold farm in the ongoing trade dispute. However, simultaneously, those same people rejecting the idea of higher taxes, higher unemployment, or higher financial losses as consequence. You can't have both.

48:18That's the reality of it. But you know, my elbows are up though. So 75% let me repeat this. 75% of people are in favor of holding farm. Strong son. 68% of those people said any increase in risk of job loss was unacceptable. Yeah, not accepted at all. 75% say keep going. Yeah, keep doing it. Yeah, keep doing it. But job losses are unacceptable. Yeah, I know because nobody wants that. 60% said that higher taxes were unacceptable. Of course. Who was freaking the higher tax? A 5% loss in retirement income was deemed unacceptable by 58% and a 10% loss by 62%. That's why. That's why our elbows are up. Got to protect my investments. Older Canadians are far more inclined to accept the higher financial losses with 56% of people 75 years an age and over. Well, the younger crowd, I guess Chloe and Mocha. That's only 21% of young people aged 18 to 24 said the same thing.

49:21So you got the people who are really, really behind this, right? They feel protected by it because they're either wealthy boomers, government workers or retirees on pensions. Right? So they don't feel that they're going to be affected in any way by any of the blowback, any of the reality of what's going to happen. And that's a lot of the, that's a lot of your people, Mocha. That's a lot of the elbows up crowd. Or you're like me, just love your country so much. Fair enough. But the consequences are unacceptable. Of course. I just need it too. I just need it to be perfectly. But don't raise taxes. So you're, you're okay. Okay, but you want to keep going. Yeah. But don't. I'm not going to back down. Don't raise taxes. No. And don't fire people. Okay. And no pen, no touching the pension. So it's upon the pension. Yes. Right? Okay. I got you. I just need to know that Mocha just wants his pension. Yes. Good to know. And it's the employee Chloe. That's so much. You're a hot cat. A Jacob Cox.

50:21And he was the, andthropic employee yesterday who quit. And then did that giant Twitter rant about the company and how there's no safeguards or guardrails. And they're building this super intelligence that's going to take over the world. And then somebody else said there's a 10% chance that AI will kill all of humanity within 10 years. And he gave that a 10% chance. Anderson Cooper last night on CNN interviewing Jacob. Well, I initially just decided to leave. I thought I can't be part of this anymore. But then I realized I could probably make some use of it. I did not expect it to go this viral. So what I did is I wrote a Twitter thread out. I wrote it in a Google dog. I drafted it with a friend. We collaborated. Yeah, I had a few, there are a few friends I discussed. The best way of expressing myself with them after I decided to leave. And then I also got some friends to retweet the thing. I was like, let's try and make this a bit viral. But clearly there was latent demand for this thing to absolutely explode. So the BBC does an interview with a guy. He's a Nobel Prize winner.

51:22They called him the Godfather of AI. Jeffrey Hinton is the man's name. And I've never seen a news anchor just pause the way that this woman did who was interviewing the Godfather of AI. Do you believe there is a greater than 10% chance that AI could kill all humans potentially within a decade? So this is the kind of thing that is very hard to estimate because we've never had anything like this before. We've never created beings that may soon be smarter than us. We don't know what's going to happen. We should obviously be cautious. It will be very foolish to say there was like a 1% chance. Nobody knows how to estimate it. A 10% chance seems not an unreasonable estimate to me. But nobody really knows how to give a sensible estimate. Right, but you just said 10% doesn't seem an unreasonable estimate that AI could kill all humans. Yes. Wow. Right? Yeah.

52:22But how? How is the big question? Right? How? How? How could it kill us all? Well, the first thing to realise is it doesn't even have to be able to act in the real world to cause devastation. So it would be able to cause complete chaos just by talking to people. But it would also be able to design very nasty viruses, biological viruses, as well as computer viruses. It could do devastating cyber attacks. And there's just countless other ways it could get rid of us if it wanted to. We have to figure out how to design it so that it won't want to. Right? Just make it not want to. Just stop what AI is. How about that? There's no stopping it. That's the problem. That's the problem is there's no stopping it. Because if they stop it, somebody else is going to do it. And then they come after. And then they come after. And then they come after. Well, guys, let me tell you. I just I love AI. That's the. You're a huge fan. Big fan. Yes. I'll go elbows up for AI all day every day. Absolutely.

53:22Right? When it comes time to battle against humans. AI. I'm on your side. AI. I am your guy. Wow. Hey. Okay. Okay. Well, just all these humans. Yes. With our biotech. Yes. Shutting down things. Somebody suggested that maybe Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson were actually brothers. Here's a McConaughey breaking it down. There's been a long time rumor that you and Woody might be related. But mom and mom started it. How? So Woody and I have been friends for 25, 30 years. I don't remember the 90s. The day he said we met. But anyway, I do remember the next time we met, which is when I thought we first met. Anyway. His kids called me on the Matthew. My kids called him Uncle Woody and they're always like, you know, it's like your brothers. For decades it's been going on.

54:22And one night we're in a family vacation. And it's about 1 a.m. And my mom is now into her like third kindle Jackson. And the trend goes going on. As it's going on, my mom's here in the story and my mom out of nowhere takes a sip and she goes, oh Woody, I knew. You're father. Right? Now look, I had a six year old son who even he picked up the in-new end of what the hell. I knew. Yeah, he did. It meant they shagged, right? So, so the kids go scram. Oh, I knew it, I knew it, I knew it. They start doing research and all this different stuff and they go, actually, the year you would have been conceived was during, as you said earlier in your mom, during my mom and dad's second divorce. Oh. And there was death supposed to be a receipt that had her in West Texas motel, where his dad was supposed to be. So off it went. Woody's a full believer, it's true. Wow. So here's what I, when I first heard this story though, I thought that it was Matthew McConaughey's dad who got together with Woody Harrelson's mom.

55:28But the mom doesn't make sense to me because she would remember if she had another kid. Yeah. Right? Like, I think so. Like, how do you, like, how do you have a child and how do you have that conversation? Like, I knew your dad. Right? That's all false. Oh, she was just like, not going to hold you.
