163 - Idaho Wine Month Kicks Off and We’re Veering in the Right Direction!

In today’s episode, Shelley and Phil kick off Idaho Wine Month with a bang, tasting through two wines from the Veer Wine Project. Veer Wine Project is a small, family-owned winery located in Boise, Idaho and was founded in 2017 by Will Wetmore, a young winemaker with a passion for making delicious, affordable wines.  The winery's name, Veer, is a Hindi word that means "to dare." The name reflects Will Wetmore's willingness to experiment and take risks in his winemaking.

Wild fermentation is a type of fermentation that uses naturally occurring bacteria and yeast to ferment food.
