福島で自主制作映画を、もっと盛り上げたい！――そんなことを考えた結果、なぜか「勝手にふくしま特撮上映会（仮）」を始めることに。福島ではこれまで、さまざまな映画祭や映像制作の活動がありました。でも、作品を観るために県内を移動するのは大変。そこで思いついたのがYouTubeを使った“自宅で観られる上映会”。Youtubeにすでにある福島で作られた特撮映像を集め、作品の魅力も紹介していきます。果たして本当に完成するのか。
