Room Meditation part 3
Feel your left energy field!
Feel your front energy field!
Feel your right energy field!
Feel your back energy field!
Take up some more space, similar to a balloon expand.
Feel the boundaries of your body on the left side!
Feel the limits of your body on the front side!
Feel the limits of your body on the right side!
Feel the limits of your body on the back side!
Left ear, left shoulder, left torso, left hip, left leg.
Nose and mouth, chin, chest, belly, hips and legs.
Right ear, right shoulder, right torso, right hip, right leg.
Back of head, neck, back, buttocks, hips and legs.
The energy flows, the body arrives at the gate to nirvana, clouds carry the body.
To the left, to the front, to the right, to the back.
To the left, to the front, to the right, to the back.
To the left, to the front, to the right, to the back.
To the left, to the front, to the right, to the back.
To the left, to the front, to the right, to the back.
To the left, to the front, to the right, to the back.
To the left, to the front, to the right, to the back.
Which parts of the body form the left boundaries, the front boundaries, the right boundaries and the back boundaries. Where does the energy flow?
Which parts of the body form the upper boundaries, the head, the shoulders and the arms. Where does the energy flow upward? Can you see it?
Can you feel the energy, the light, the flow of the universe? Continue to stretch, take in "your" space.
Now, with the whole body now connected to the I, we sense a part of the universe. The breath is our natural connection with Buddha nature.
Slowly you come back to your "normal" environment, eyes open, senses return, life goes on, meditation comes to an end.
The way is also the goal in meditation!
