176: State of Decay 2, Octopath Traveler and Achievement Hunting

This week Dane Batzel joins us from Game Night Dallas to talk video games and hunting achievements. In our games segment he shares his thoughts on State of Decay 2 from the Xbox Game Pass. Austin and Brett try the demo of Octopath Traveler which now has all 8 characters available which will transfer over into the full game release on July 13th. We also try Fortnite on the Switch and realize it may be best served on other platforms...

In the news, a dad and his son get in a fight over Pokemon GO with someone, Gamestop is considering a buyout, PUBG brings in their new map and From Software is super busy with new games.

In our discussion, we talk about achievement hunting. We explore the history briefly with how it got started on Xbox, what type of achievements exist and what some of the hardest achievements are for games.
