Disney and Universal are spearheading a landmark lawsuit against AI firm Midjourney, claiming unauthorized use of their iconic characters. This case could establish crucial legal precedents impacting copyright law in the evolving landscape of AI-generated content. 

 

Tensions between OpenAI and Microsoft are escalating, as both companies diverge on strategic priorities—OpenAI focusing on responsible AI development while Microsoft pushes for rapid commercialization.
