THE WORLD IS FILLED WITH BULLIES. The biggest bulky is life. I bet when you first saw this title, you were a little bit shocked. What? Are you calling for violence? Well in a way. Life is one big bully and that bully never stops. Always messing with you. So I have a recommendation for you. But first I want to share my bully story with you.
All bullies are the same you know. Business bullies, money, bullies, health bullies, and just general life bullies. But how
you deal with them, that’s the key. I have the answer to turnaround your entire life.
It’s time to level up and become the best version of yourself
You know, I rarely talk about this, but today I want to talk about my bully.
When I was a kid, I had the worst bully ever.
Well, it seems like it anyway.
You know how you're a nice person and you don't like to fight,
and you just don't like any trouble, and I always felt like if I got into trouble,
I'd have it worse when I got home, like when I got home,
my parents were especially that mean old stepdad of mine.
Man, if I got in trouble, oh, I'd get a beating when I get home.
So I was in between two crazy worlds where I was getting bullied at school
and getting beaten at home.
So here's the thing.
This bully just wouldn't let up every day.
Just messing with me, just messing with me,
taking my lunch money, slapping me in the back of the head,
you know, just walking me home, talking crazy to me,
making me do little things and errands and stuff like that
when I was at school and just, man,
just taking my school lunches and just anything you could do.
I don't know what the heck, man, was in his head,
but all I know is I was just terrified,
man, lived in fear every day.
So this went on for months, and then one day it was early in the morning,
you know how we play outside back in the day before school.
We had about 30 minutes to play outside and the school grounds and on the playground.
And we were by the swings and he just kept smacking me
and everybody was laughing and giggling and they thought it was so funny, right?
Until that day, I'm telling you, I got so mad.
My little skin turned red and all I know is I almost like blacked out
because I was so afraid, but I was mad at the same time.
And I said, that's enough.
I'm done.
And he started laughing like, oh, wait, what, you want to fight?
You think, oh, you bad now, you want to fight?
And I said, I'm sick of you.
You leave me alone.
He said, oh, well, come on, let's fight.
And all I remember is I had a little fight and everybody gathered around.
You know, this is in the back in the day when they just let people fight.
And I'll tell you, man, we got in a little fight and a little scrap.
And I don't know, I must have been fourth grade, fifth grade,
but I remember it like it was yesterday.
Man, I took my little fist and I balled it up and I just start swinging.
And I remember the moment that changed my life.
I don't know what happened in the fight.
All I remember is my little fist connected with his jaw just like halfway.
I didn't catch him clean, but I'm telling you I grazed him good like ping.
And I felt like something changed on the inside of me.
And I was no longer afraid.
I went from scared and mad to just, oh, that was it.
It's that easy.
And do you know what happened?
That guy never, ever messed with me ever again.
Never bullet me, bullet me not even one time.
I can't explain it.
I didn't like beat him, you know, to death.
I didn't, I can't say that I had him on the ground or I choked him out.
I can't, I can't say that.
But I will say that I grazed him.
I got him good, man.
And I'm just like, and I want it more.
And then he broke it up and all of that kind of stuff.
But I know he stopped messing with me.
Let me tell you something.
Life is a bully.
The reason I told you this story is because you've got a bully too.
Every single day life messes with you every day.
It's something.
It's something with your family.
It's a sickness.
It's a bill.
It's a debt.
Just when you think you got out, life pulls your back in.
Life just smacks your round.
Life laughs at you.
Life just does.
It just seems like it's something, right?
All the time, every time you look around,
life is throwing you a curve.
And it's almost like life is laughing at you.
As soon as you get a check,
takes, you know, something happens with your check
where you were old back, you know, some kind of back taxes.
Or every time you got a good check,
the tax man or your check was short, right?
Or by the time you finally got social security
or something, they took out something from Medicaid
or they took this out, it took that out.
It just seems like, man, you pay off one credit card
and you find out that these other credit cards
are charging you this crazy rate.
Listen, my friend, you've got a bully.
But there's only one thing as bad as a bully.
And that is a victim.
The person who allows it to happen,
the person who knows that it's happening,
the person who says, and they experience it,
but they don't say anything and they don't do anything
and they keep allowing it?
Well, sometimes you gotta hold yourself accountable too.
So I'm telling you, man, don't let this world
smack you around anymore.
Now, you may not hear anybody talk to you like this
and say something like as ridiculous as this,
but I'm gonna tell you something, man.
At some point, I want you to wake up
and I want you to slap life back.
I want you to smack the crap out of this world
and what do I mean by that?
I want you to change your attitude
and stop complaining and talking about
all the things that life is doing to you.
Because you know after a while,
people get tired of hearing about it?
Oh, man, and then they compare bully stories.
Oh, that happened to you?
Oh, you oughta hear what happened to me.
Man, you won't believe what happened to me.
Man, my car broke down.
Your car broke down.
My car broke down three times last week.
What?
Yeah, man, and then my daughter was acting a fool
and then my son did that and then my husband's so-and-so.
And then my dishwasher broke.
Oh, my gosh, really?
Well, let me tell you what happened to me.
And what happens is all of these victims
walking around talking about what life has done.
And I've got a question for you.
What are you gonna do about it?
Are you just going to allow it until you are dead?
Or are you gonna ball your little fist up
or open your hand and backhand life?
You got to smack life.
You got to say, I feel like one of those WWE wrestlers
right now, you got to smack that life, man.
You got to smack life back.
And what do I mean by that?
You got to first change your attitude.
You have to say, okay, that's enough.
Not write these words down right here.
This is good.
Not without a fight.
Okay, so what if my bully would have came back
the next day or the next day,
or if he would have came back next week or the week after?
What would I have done?
All I know is that the relationship we had before,
oh, that ain't gonna, that is not gonna be the same relationship.
From this day forward, you're gonna get a fight back.
And that's the attitude you have to have about life.
First, it's the attitude, right?
But then you got to say, oh yeah,
you might smack me around a little bit.
Life, you might mess up my credit.
Again, you might do this or do that,
but you know what, not without a fight.
Not without a fight.
You're gonna fight life back.
Don't be sitting here taking it every time your business
goes down and then you stop.
And then you start again.
And then you wait a couple of weeks and three weeks
and then you stop because life is just too hard
and life is just, no, man.
Saying, you know what, if I'm gonna fail that business,
if I'm gonna get smacked around by business,
I'm gonna smack life back.
I'm gonna give it my all.
I'm gonna try to do everything I can to market, to sale,
to come and get Coach CJ,
because you know Coach CJ will come help you fight now.
Yeah, yeah, come on.
If you haven't got financial fight,
I will get in that scrap with you now, man.
I will come along and stand beside you and say,
hey, do it like this.
Hey, you keep messing with my friend
and you're gonna have to mess with me.
I'm gonna give her all of the tools
that I have at my disposal
and I'm gonna show her or him exactly how to defeat you
and how to fight back my friend.
One of the greatest quotes I've ever heard
is a quote that went like this.
Do you think that life is going to hit you any less
if you don't fight back?
Now that's something to think about.
When I heard that, I said, you know, you're right.
Just because you're sick or you're mad that day
or you're broke or you're credit's bad,
I used to have this belief system that
if I fight less or if I just get into a little ball
and I just ball up for a couple of weeks,
life is just gonna take it easy on me
because by now, surely life is gonna give me a break.
And I'll tell you this right here,
life doesn't give you breaks.
Not on Thursday, not on Sunday, not on your angry days,
not on the days that you feel overwhelmed,
not on the days that it snows.
As a matter of fact, that's exactly when the car breaks down.
Those are the days that exactly the days
that you get disrespected by a relationship relative
and those are the exact days it seems like
that nobody's gonna buy or something like that.
Just when you're down and out, just seems like,
oh, you think, oh, I'm just gonna get a break.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Life doesn't give breaks.
It just keeps bullying you.
So I figure if you're gonna keep bullying me,
at least I can smack you back.
So my friends, you know,
I'm using these crazy analogies and these crazy stories,
that I'm really trying to encourage you
to not accept it laying down.
Just don't accept it.
Just standing there, just waiting for something to happen,
to you waiting for a pipe to break at your house,
waiting for the roof to cave in,
waiting for the carpet to go bad,
waiting for something to happen in your,
you know, to your dishwasher.
No, man, fight, life, back.
Try to make all the money you can.
Try to start three businesses if you can.
Try to get in the best shape of your life.
Stop waiting for the health problem to come back.
Go get into a gym.
Why?
Because you're fighting life back.
Start working out at home if you can't afford the gym.
Why?
Because I'm slapping life back.
I'm not gonna take it anymore.
I'm tired of these health issues.
I'm tired of this knee pain.
If your knees are bothering you, work your upper body.
If your upper body's bothering you, work your midsection.
If your midsection is bothering you,
then work your, do some squats.
Work on your legs.
Work on everything that doesn't hurt.
That's my whole thing.
Hey, if your calves are bothering you,
work on the thighs.
But for goodness sake,
don't be attacked by life.
Don't let life bully you without a fight.
My friend, at least if something is some things
are wrong with your house,
fight back, at least have a clean house.
At least have a clean bed and wash your sheets.
Do everything that you can.
And you know what'll happen?
Life will look at you and say,
Hey, that's too much to deal with.
Let me go and mess with somebody else.
I'm telling you, this works.
You can call it life.
You can call it the devil.
You can call it whatever you want.
You can call it the universe.
All I know is that something out there
tries to attack us every day.
And I'm done with it.
Got to fight back.
Got to smack them back.
Have a great day.
Bye.
