It’s currently July, a little over halfway through an incredible year, and we’re about to close on another MASSIVE real estate deal. The team is doing well, my family is doing well, so why do I feel so down and unmotivated?

In this episode, we discuss how our results can sometimes be the enemy of our progress. The way we look at success is different from person to person, but we need to make sure that no matter what, we’re celebrating our victories, no matter how big or small!
