When I hit “record” for the first time back in 2020, I had no idea this podcast would become the one thing that stayed steady while everything else in my business evolved.

Four years on, Goals With Soul sits in the top 2% of podcasts globally.

We’ve had over 30,000 downloads, seasons of change, and incredible guests like Caitlyn Batcher, Susie Ashworth, Lisa Johnson, Gemma Went and so many others who’ve shared wisdom that’s shaped people’s businesses and lives.

In this celebratory episode I’m looking back on the journey so far … from messy action and forest walks with birdsong in the background, to the consistency that’s built a show you can tune into on the school run, in the bath, or out walking your dog.

I also share a very personal story about a day that started badly, took an unexpected turn at a shopping mall (hint: it involved fire engines and a lot of black smoke), and what it taught me about my own spiritual and business practices.

From that story came two powerful themes I’m bringing back into my life and business right now - Decision and Discipline.

In this episode I talk about how those two values are elevating my energy, my mood and my results without hustle or compromise, and why they’re the same principles that have kept Goals With Soul going strong.
