1:00A very, very good morning to you and thank you for taking the time to speak to us because I would imagine if the Jewish areas in Johannesburg are a little bit frantic, I can only imagine what it must be like in Israel this morning. Yeah, it's crazy that the atmosphere of the harg of Rush Shunner is all over the place. Supermarkets are mayhem. It's as if the world's coming to the end and the Jews are just buying up all the food in the world. Yeah, it's like you never imagine it's like a two day holiday and that's it and life will go on on Monday. Is it in the meantime that seems everything is coming to an end? Yeah, it is, but there's something really, really, very special about it because it hasn't been an easy year and it hasn't been a very, very easy week. Netanyahu, of course, in Israel facing one diplomatic battle after another. Before we talk about what's happening at the United Nations,

2:05what is the feeling around the UK and the absurdity of those decisions? I think the general atmosphere is that the UK has made a decision based on local politics, local pressures from the very, very weak Labour Party, trying to struggle to hold on to power and making decisions which have very, very little impact and will have very little impact. They announced that they will be imposing sanctions, but it's going to take six to nine months until they draw up the legislation. It's just an absolute disgrace and Ed Miliband, the useful idiot, unfortunately, there is no other word for him. Describing the building in E1 as the obstacle to peace, it's 12 square kilometres out of 5,700 and that is not an obstacle to peace.

3:14It's an obstacle to peace, it's paying salaries to terrorists to murder Jews. But of course, Miliband in his great, oh, look at me, I'm Jewish speech, failed to notice any type of Palestinian rejectionism, Palestinian support for terrorism. It's only Jews building in their ancestral homeland that are the problem and I think that's very much how he's been perceived here. And obviously, Israel's diplomatic response came much quicker and their sanctions ever will do and closing the British consulate in Jerusalem will I think be a substantial move forward and good for generations. What do you think this means on a security front because Israel, of course, we know has had a very, very good relationship, especially in terms of intelligence sharing with the UK and with Britain. This has to put a strain on every aspect of this relationship, surely.

4:21Without question, I'm sure that the intelligence sharing will be now very much more limited. I think it's important to stress. British people will pay the price for Ed Miliband's folly and I don't think Israel would have really any problem with that. Unfortunately, this Labour government has chosen to try and placate the terrorists rather than fight them. And that will have serious consequences for them. I just keep wondering when he says I'm a proud Jew, what that actually means because it's not a proud Jew in terms of being a Zionist, it's not a proud Jew in terms of attending synagogue at any time. He says he doesn't, it's not the proud Jew for keeping any of Jewish laws, they're photos of him eating a ham sandwich. So what aspect of being Jewish makes him proud, I wonder? That's exactly the question, the fact that once upon a time he spent a few weeks on a keyboard, that's the entire expression of his proud Jewish identity.

5:32But at the same time he believes that his Jewish brother and our capable of committing a genocide and war crimes and just simply for defending themselves as the old saying goes Howard, with friends like that, who needs enemies? Absolutely right. Let's just talk about Netanyahu at the United Nations because that is meant to be happening when September the 24th. We've obviously got the matterings of Mhamdani calling for his arrest. It's very clear that that's not going to happen, he's acknowledged as such. But what can we anticipate? Well, so I think of what we're going to see in New York probably is mass demonstrations. Really, the statements on Mhamdani cannot be taken in any way seriously. Let's not forget that the United States in think in 2002, passed what's called commonly known as the Hague Invasion Act, which said that anyone who cooperates with any aspect of the international community,

6:41the international criminal court, the president is empowered to use all means necessary in order to push back. So Mhamdani is really shooting off of the mouth, populism of the lowest form, but obviously it does right up his crowd. And I would imagine there will be demonstrations on the streets to a certain degree. It's coming at a very volatile time. It's not only the generals assembly gathering, but rather this year specifically, there's the 25 year celebration of the Durban conference, which is on the 28th of September. That conference that was meant to be about fighting racism and became a focus only on how to hate the Jews. And for all of those events coming together, I think are very substantial, and they're going to cause a noise.

7:44So is there actually any value in him going there? I mean, the people that should hear his talk are likely going to walk out. There's no doubt in my mind, in fact, that they'll do that. He'll talk to a largely empty, but there'll be some people there. But a lot of people will walk out. You're going to have this spectacle that is can be used as a perfect excuse to showcase Jew hatred. What is actually the upside of all of this? It's a genuine question. I can't really see the value in it, and maybe I'm missing something. So as they say in poker terms, Howard, I'll raise the stakes a little bit. What is Israel doing in the U.N.? Like what value do we get from the U.N? Apart from being a punching bag, apart from being the subject of outrageous bias.

8:49Why do we need to be there? We don't need the U.N. for its legitimacy. We don't need them to recognize us. They give us no legitimacy whatsoever. It's an entire institution dedicated to hating the state of Israel. And they spend hundreds of millions of dollars every single year just on hatred. And if you were or any of the listeners saw the recent reports that came from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the U.N. bias and how much money they spend writing these ridiculous reports without outrageous conclusions, and over and over again whilst simultaneously ignoring the actual atrocities being committed around the world, why are we there? Why are we hosting all of these U.N. organizations? There's 21 different new organizations in Israel. There's the UNTSO, the UN Truths Supervision Organization. And so he asked us, well what truth are they supervising?

9:54So they're supervising the 1949 armistice agreements. How has that worked out for them? It's just an absolute utter disgrace. The whole Israel-U.N. relationship. And I think Israel would do well to reconsider all of its relationship with the U.N. including Prime Minister Netanyahu flying to New York to speak in that cesspit of hatred. I'd love the view of our listeners. Do you think that there's value in Netanyahu going to the United Nations just because it shows he can? Or is it a spectacle? Is it some kind of a peric victory? That's what I would like to hear from you. 0618951019. The war in Iran, I see comments that this conflict might continue for some time, even potentially into 2029.

11:00What is, are we being sort of socialized to accept that this conflict is going to go on for that kind of a period now? So I don't believe that that is an accurate assessment. I think that after the 4th of November President Trump will do everything in his power to end the war before the end of his term and using maximum force. I don't think he is going to allow a situation where he ends his presidency without having taken decisive action against the Iranian regime and without having taken decisive military action much more than what we've seen before. And that's all waiting for the 4th of November. If you're following the news at the moment exactly what's happening last night, Israel entered and destroyed the Ali Tahir, a ridge in Lebanon, the Iranians that said that if we did that, they would be firing at us.

12:17And so now the question is, are they actually going to do that? Because right now, President Trump are just waiting for the Iranians to give an excuse for a massive attack after yesterday they announced that the Iranians are trying to renew their nuclear activity and pickaxe mountains. And so are the Iranians going to respond or are they going to be again seen to be as these paper tigers threatening but never being able to carry through? I think that's something which is now at the moment could be a tremendous change. I think America wants to do anything until after the midterms, President Trump, I don't think Prime Minister Netanyahu would necessarily want to do something before the elections here. But I think if the Iranians do in any way respond to eliminating that Ali Tahir stronghold, then I think they are going to pay a very, very high price and very, very quickly.

13:20The reports that the from an internal perspective of Iran is very vulnerable, what's your sense of that, the legitimacy of those reports? Yeah, without question, you have inflation, which is skyrocketing in Iran, much of their food and much of their goods and supplies are brought in through the sea and they're under, under a blockade. And in general, they're in a very, very disastrous position, if you remember, even at the start of the conflict when they announced that the people should impose or self-impose restrictions on their electricity usage. And so now that's something which is commonplace, they have electricity outages for many hours of the day. Their energy situation is disastrous, their inflation is sky high.

14:22They cannot import anything, they cannot export anything, they've just lost three of their tankers, which are really millions and millions of dollars being destroyed. And so their situation is truly getting worse and worse all the time. There appear to be still supermarkets filled with food, but no one can actually afford to pay for anything.
