Disable taskoffload: 5:40
Start Cain: 6:04
Cain Settings: 6:47
Scan Network: 8:45
Capture OSPF passwords: 9:10
Capture Telnet passwords: 9:37

1) Disable all anti-virus on Windows 10
2) Download Cain & Abel from here:

3) Download WinPcap:

4) Install WinPcap
5) Install Cain & Abel
6) Set DNS settings on IPv4
7) Disable IPv6
8) open powershell and run the command: netsh int ip set global taskoffload=disable
8) Run Cain & Abel
9) Exit if needed and restart
10) Start sniffer
