In today's episode of the Smart Nutrition Made Simple show, I had the pleasure of chatting with my good friend Krystal Jackson. Krystal is a former professional volleyball play turned spiritual business coach who helps entrepreneurs create incredible results in both business and in life through a holistic self-knowledge system called Human Design.

Now, you might be wondering, what in the heck is Human Design? Well, it combines astronomy, I Ching, Kabbalah, Myer's-Briggs, quantum physics, and the chakra system to create a personalized energy blueprint that gives you insight into how you're naturally wired to make decisions, interact with others, and navigate life.

In this enlightening conversation, we really dive into Human Design and the different unique Energy Types. We talk about telltale signs we are out of alignment with our Energy Type and what we can do to fix it, as well as how to effectively leverage Human Design to revolutionize the way we live our lives.
