Kalyn Ponga showed shades of his NRL Supercoach best in the Newcastle Knights season opener in Las Vegas, but a host of other gun mid-range fullback options should have coaches wary of moving too early on the star No.1.
Former NRL Supercoach runner-up Tim Williams is joined by the SC Spy and former overall champion Dez Creek ahead of NRL Supercoach Round 2.
The boys recap the the NRL Round 2 team lists, with Wests Tigers boom rookie Heamasi Makasini set for a new role to kick off the new campaign.
They then analyse the new try-assist interpretations, the most traded in players headlined by Braydon Trindall and Tom Trbojevic, then reveal their trade and captaincy plans for Round 2.

Hello and welcome to the SC playbook podcast of NREL super coach round two.
Proudly brought to you by Morgan's choice.
SCW, I'm your host, Tim Williams,
guiding girls, ladies and gentlemen.
It is a return to 2021 super coach scoring,
points flying all over the shop.
Tommy Turbo, he's going to average 150 plus desi,
Reese while she's going to average about 34 for the stallions.
That started well.
It is all happening exciting times here to talk through it with me as always.
The SC spy, how I spy.
You know I'm buddy good.
I'll be legs back.
Yeah, a few 2020 mum vibes, but I mean,
there's also some of the most God awful defense of ever seen for three or four teens.
I'm like, maybe they just didn't show up, so they really didn't.
And, um, yeah, they've been a weirdo round, but it's good to have it back.
Pony going on and things may well settle this round.
All they want, we'll roll with it.
We'll wind out as we know and super coach spy after one week.
We've learned everything we need to know.
Blah up your teams, panic trade, rage trade, do all these things because we have a one
game sample size and it gives us everything we need to know.
Form a super coach champion, Dezi Creek, how are you mate?
Good. I'm good.
A relatively good start, actually, for me, compared to previous years.
I think I got most things right.
But yeah, I scored about 13, 70 odd.
Nice.
So ranked around 13,000th.
Solid start.
Yeah, I was about 1240.
So I was probably 70, 80 off a good week, but I feel like I got nearly everything right in terms of my team
structure and I look, there's no one I need to really sell.
That Melbourne game pissed me off a bit because the parrots running out of gas gave them 400,000
super coach points that second half.
They're going to hold on a bit better than that, but these things happen.
Yeah, to be like that isn't it?
And we sort of say each have you to start the season?
I mean, I don't think I've ever been in the top 25,000 after round one.
No, or even pre-round two for that matter.
It is about getting your squad right, boys, and a very interesting start to the season
because I scored 1,270 to kick off the campaign.
Very happy with the vast majority of my squad outside of a Friday afternoon,
the last minute trade of Reese Walsh, which did not pan out well.
Not yet.
Other not yet, not yet.
Although Paramata did concede 50 the night before, which played into the hands of,
and why I made that trade with Paramata on this Thursday night.
So hopefully Walsh, he'll be answers back, but it is more about the makeup of his squad,
did get players right, but with all these points in round one,
it's almost a case of, I don't need to make any trades,
but there are players that I think I need.
It's an interesting start to be also with us today.
Well, not with us today, Maddie the Waterboy out of action this week.
Winston Neville, he's not on camera, but if you've got, if you've got Instagram,
you know who Winston is, if you follow Roblie, you know who Winston is,
jump on and follow him.
The biggest doggies flat fan on the planet fresh off the plane from Vegas last week.
But Winston is behind hitting the ones and twos over there as well.
So thank you to Winston for jumping on.
Go and follow him on Instagram as well.
I'll spy quick shout out to the moment of the weekend as like a 45 minute window there.
I actually like, I was very scattered.
I had like people visiting, I had kid stuff on, so I was trying to watch.
I finally got home, had to put the young one to bed.
So I was just watching the sharkies times on my phone.
And it had been between the end of the Parasaut Paravastorn game
into like Walsh the night before.
It hadn't been a great little period after Vegas, which I liked.
I was lying in bed, Rudy was nearly asleep.
And Kenny tipped on, no look better on to the new Titans winger.
I had no sound on.
So I still haven't heard his name called.
Hi, Manny.
Into the corner.
Unbelievable.
Then I went out, come and try and cast my supercatch arch rival,
came over to watch the Raiders game.
And about two minutes into it, now Martin crashes over.
So I think we said last week we weren't interested in Martin,
because he'd probably lose his spot to Nicholson.
The only reason I bought him in was because I didn't like any other back rowers
by the time I got to the weekend.
And I'm like, at least we know he can score, right?
Yeah.
Bag to double.
And then the next day, Nicholson, or that night,
came out that he'd heard his shoulder again.
I'm like, holy shit, I'm winning it.
I'm winning it all.
I'm 50,000.
But I'm winning it all.
Yeah.
It was a good hour.
Big, big moment.
Guys, before we get into the show, I've said it's one of the more fascinating
starts of the season, because round one is traditionally very, very low scoring.
But we had numerous 50 point blowouts.
It was crazy.
Two teams can't win the comp already, because they can see it at 50 points.
We know how that goes, but just the amount of points in round one.
And there are two things around the new start server that caught my eye.
And I think two things, and look, hopefully they do tidy things up a little bit.
Two of the big reasons that, to my understanding, why they made this move to the new start system,
one was for quicker and less rogue updates.
Blake Brailly, it was meant to be sort of done by Sunday night.
Lockout was still about once time on Monday.
Blake Brailly had a rogue 20 points added on Monday morning, so they kept chopping and
changing.
Did anything else change?
I don't know.
I think it was just a rogue Blake one.
It was just Blake Brailly.
So hopefully that was the one off, and we do indeed.
Imagine people would have lost their head to heads and drafts with that play anyway.
Anyway, that is what is, and hopefully that's not frequently.
The other one is, and this is a big one, amongst Supercote, socials and all that sort of stuff,
but they wanted to make it transparent about, you know, particularly triceps, last past
triceps, last past lines, this sort of thing.
I genuinely think it has become more subjective, just in a different way, because at least
we knew last year, Sweeper Goddard, this and that, whoever created space.
And we're getting into this inspired talk a little later on, but now it is up to the
discretion of the overlords in an old calm, the in an old start server, it's not actually
out in an old calm refair, they use the start system server to determine whether a player
has done enough to get a try assist, which then in turn becomes a line system 20 points.
So there's no doubting who it would go to.
It's whether they want to give it.
Yeah.
It's totally flipped.
Are they allowed to play Supercote?
No, I don't know.
Surely.
The previous score is 1 or 2.
No, they won't.
But now, it's a question.
I'm sure it not.
If they won't prove it.
It's a question that needs to be voiced.
Tim Foyle had out there.
Best he does.
He's got views already.
He can spears he does.
Anyway, it's just one to watch, but we'll go through it in a spot talk.
We will.
It's just a different form of frustration, I guess.
Yeah.
I do think I've got a bit of clarity around it in a spot talk, so we'll go through that.
Just when you thought spy that spy talk or interpretations were done, they're straight
back.
I've had to buy another work phone.
So, quickly before we move on as well, I checked last year's round one, just purely out
of interest.
There were two 50-point drawings as well last year, and last year was one of the best years
of footies I've seen in a long time.
It was a storm parrow and...
Stormward parrow 46 nil, about 35 minutes in, and shut up shop, and Brisbane Bay chooks
50 to 14.
They blew him out that night, but there was also like a chat round two and three, there's
like a 38-32, between I think panorath and the chooks in round two or three, so like...
Like suddenly, everything's changed, it just seemed a bit lopsided on the weekend, and
maybe it continues, maybe it doesn't, we'll see.
The key spy, despite my teasing at the top of the show, it is one week, guys.
Is it a return to 2021 scoring?
Maybe it is.
Maybe it's not.
We'll see.
It's one week, guys.
Let's just not freak out.
Also, two blokes.
I've checked this every year, but only two blokes averaged over 120-21 as well.
Clear as a 108 or something, for worry.
Teddy and all their boys were mid-80s or something, even Garrett kicking for Manly outside
turbo.
Turbo's 143.
Turbo's 143, whatever it was.
I'm like, take him out, it's pretty normal still, there's just a lot of points.
So, yeah.
Spy bringing ease to the people.
We'll figure out in round two, and if there's cause to panic, I'll set the alarm.
We can all panic.
Oh, we'll panic.
Don't you worry.
Two weeks of all panic.
Guys on today's show, team list Tuesday, point is Makacini named, but not where you'd
expect.
It was a center.
Spy talk.
Stuff you may have missed returns, and he's fired up the big failure, haven't worked
that one out just yet.
A major focus on the differences under the new start server, and how these interpretations
are coming about with try and assist, especially to a number of key halfbacks on the weekend.
Blowups galore.
Hot topics.
Which round one guns do we jump on?
Which players do we call the jet on, Atkinson to send us?
That is one of the big questions this week that will then drop our trades and skippers
for round two.
Guys, take us on in the SCP, but unlimited lead.
That is open for a month or two, we're not trying to rush you out, it's a long season.
If you think you knock off the SCP group, jump in for a chance to win $1,000.
The code there, 479-007, an SCP public experience.
If you're just tuning in at the start of the season, you've missed the preseason content,
SCP now covering NREL, cricket, NFL, NBA, EPL, and AFL, which starts back this week to
all the AFL superlates players out there.
For each of these sports, we have articles on our website, the podcast network, or under
their own banners on Spotify, Apple, YouTube, the social channels.
So if you follow those sports, go and follow those channels, like, subscribe, do all that
good stuff.
The AFL group, flying ahead of round one, they've got a red hot studio down there in Melbourne.
So if you're picking an AFL team, listen to that first with a team reveal tonight from
the former runner up on tonight's show, if you haven't a crack, wouldn't you spy out
and imagine?
I panic picked a team last Thursday, because I saw it was opening up, and then partly
it's around zero or something doesn't even count.
By the way, if you ever barbed out NREL, there's like,
four or five games of AFL last weekend, where everyone gets to watch the players and then
pick them round two for free.
That's insane.
I don't know.
I don't know.
Super coach.
I think the barbs were, then everyone's got the same side.
That would be annoying.
If you're on someone, then they killed you like, well, now I don't have it.
Yeah.
So hold your bars, because it could be worse.
We'll get you under the AFL podcast for a while there, spy.
We have also, of course, moved out community over to Discord.
We've got contributor-only discussions on their community chats, late-mail and team news.
I've been doing weekly Q and A's there for Wednesday evening.
That gets recorded as well if you missed the live, so get in and check that out.
If you're a subscriber, and you're not in there yet, if your subscription is active, go
to your account on the SCP website and click connect discord.
Lastly, before we get to TLT, you guys, our subscription, it gets you access to a ton
of extra premium articles on site, every round with in-depth analysis, subscribe
and podcast questions.
The unlimited lead prize money, the full extent of that that is, we'll also be expanding
this year, which we've already done with additional subscriber podcasts each and every
week.
Another beer and breakeven's coming out on Wednesday to subscribers, only via the SCP
website.
You can get all of that less than $2 per week, so if you've got cash, and you would like
the extra insight, support, SCP for the blood sweat and the tears that go into putting
it all together, do so with a subscription, to do so head to SCPable.com.au and head to
the menu.
All right, boys.
Enough out of me.
Let's talk team lists.
Other Broncos, as Rememble starts, Ben Hunter mentioned, named as per last week, we'll
see if that happens as per if there's the change as there was last week.
Good decision.
Got to get Ezra in the house there.
You were just for cohesion.
That might have made a kick up the bum type thing, I think.
Weird.
Surely.
Anyway, at the eels, Josh Adam Carr returns early from injury, Sean Russell descends
up Brian Kelly, the prized recruit dropped boys.
Oh my goodness.
I posted my annual pre-round one, message in the community chat, last week just for kick
off.
Good luck this year, guys.
Just remember, it's a game, there's highs, there's lows.
If you have a low, there'll be a high just around the corner.
That is the nature of it.
Do not let Supercote ruin your mood as best as you can, and I'll start there next to
two, Jermaine Hopkudonas.
You got to send me in one minute into the game, Desi.
Talk to us.
I was for you, me, because I came on a couple of weeks ago with my team reveal.
Hopkud was not in there.
Cameron Murray was in there, who had a blind eye.
And then I chucked in Hopkud last minute.
I don't know, I just crowd pressure, spy pressure.
You won't get it.
If you find.
No, you've got the devil on your left shoulder and an angel on your right shoulder telling
you different things.
You listen to the wrong bloke.
Unbelievable.
He says angels get it right.
Other than that, he looked okay.
He looks okay for 65 to 70 each week as does Murray.
So it's not the end of the world.
He scored 60 without the send bin and went off early because I was getting cooked and he
made 46 tackles on his own.
He missed none.
He missed none.
He also screwed up on off-low was just a little annoying because there's just a regulation.
I think he threw it into himself.
So it's minus six.
He found it.
Yeah, he found it.
He found it.
Is there any temptation due to no fault of Hopkud's own, but what I'm seeing this week,
boys, we'll get to our trade plans later on in the show and we're going to talk about
all the key players, of course, later on.
I'm looking to our F. I'm looking as a non-Nomat, no, another that we'll get to shortly
and going, I think I need him in my team.
I'd love to go some of that Nomat and this week just to free up.
I'd really want to be boosting using three trades next week when we get a two game sample
size before any price changes occur.
But I'm like, there's no one I want to trade in my partner now, they all went well
enough.
So I might have to trade like an Angus Crite and who was a bit underwhelming maybe
in Isaiah.
Yo, is there any part of you boys as owners of Opgood that goes, well, he wasn't barbed
but he suspended.
The rest of my boys went, well, could he get rid of Hopkud or is it just a safe hold?
There's going to be a lot of questions around that for a lot of times this week.
If you have to sell someone and there's no one else to sell for a Nomat and I think,
yeah, I'm okay with it.
And so now to do think based on what I'm saying, which is one game sample, I think Hopkud
could be 65, 70 average at 500K.
Minutes will be the question, but he looked pretty lean and looked pretty physical.
Also, quick boil up.
What the absolute F was at, he had a head clash.
I was watching it, didn't even think twice and then the ref did the old like, we're
having a look at this.
I was like, you're kidding me.
Absolutely kidding me.
Did I?
Was I too biased for memory?
For memory, I'd need to see it again, but there was contact with the head and I'm so
numb to it because I talk about this shit for four hours on a Monday on the white podcast
every week.
But I hate that this how it is, but you make contact with the head.
I just thought it was with Hopkud's own head and I was like, I thought that was
it.
I remember seeing it thinking there was, I thought I remember seeing I should say,
with contact to the head and it's just a straight bean.
Anyway, the week is harsh, absolutely, but the contact to the head, it's in the
beginning.
What's done he's done?
Sorry.
Carry on, but yeah, you could sell Hopkud or any of those top guys to a No Martin, get
ahead of next week.
Not because he's a muscle or a lot of these guys, like even in Angus Cry, and I don't want
to sell him, but anyway, we'll get some people going to have to go.
At the rate of speaking of and know up Martin, no changes, the big one there, boy, is
no Martin who scored a double, just looks superb, scored two tries in the way it's...
Jacob Preston, 2.0 by the way, just looked exactly like him.
There's also, no, there's a bit of Hudson Young 2.0 about him.
This boat just puts him in position, himself in position, for good things to happen.
Yeah.
Like, the second try that he scored, running that line, where Kaya Weeks was grabbing
Crossfield, grabbing Crossfield, looking for a runner and Martin just goes, I'll steam
onto it.
Weeks we need to contact Offline.
Let's go.
There he went.
He really had another one off in Offline as well, but what I was going to say, I didn't
tell one of the boys on Saturdays, I was like, no, Martin, I was going to be like, you
would tell me not to.
I'm like, yeah, we did, because I was going to get dropped next week, and I bought him
expecting to selling him in week two to a catch one or someone, now I'm like, oh my God,
I've struck gold.
I'll mate's hurt, Nicholson, so I wasn't doing the dirty on you guys.
I believe the male in the SSI discord was that, no Martin won the spot on Merritt.
Martin Nicholson is injured in getting minutes of return, Vine as well as Cup, but we'll
come back into the fray, Maddie Timoco, preseason, I think he heard his foot in the, my
name of foot injured, he was in a moon boot in the Pacific Championships final last year,
so he'd been limited, so he came out through the cup.
So again, like Timoco's named on the standard bench this week.
I think there's every chance he starts at Saturday, they might give him another week,
so saying goes back to the bench, but without Nicholson there, possibly for a bit longer
term now.
No, Martin, it's just a guard, Desi.
Absolutely, it must have.
As soon as he said that he won the spot on Merritt, and you boys both won't starting with
him.
Straight into my team.
Straight into the game.
That's the way you got to play.
Yeah, well, as I said, you'd have been decent by regard, well, to be honest, if Nicholson
was to come back in, even when that spot on Merritt, minutes were always going to be
the issue.
Regardless, there's no Nicholson issue there, so getting no Martin into team either this
week, or next, I am still very curious to see what minutes he plays.
I should sung a go to the bench, because we know Hudson Young and One edge is an 80-minute
man.
At the Rooster's Rob Toya returns at Centre, that butcher, he moves to the bench,
see along on the edge, at the Bunnies, Aston Ward, he's out into Jaden Sullivan, starts
at Halfback.
The Tigers, boys, are 1-17, and now I'll quickly read out this squad here, with big news
being, Hamasie Makasini, named at Centre, our resident kind of Tiger, the Spiral Throw
to you.
All at fullback, the Wings, Taruva and Luke Loughly, Taylormate, Centre, Hamasie, Makasini,
at Centre, as well, Louis, Loughly, Louis, Louis, Louis and Dooley, in the heart of Louis,
Rob Louis made a return to the Tigers heart.
Just on that before you get to the park, spy, but there's no staffer told to be seen, he's
not named in Isabelle's car, yeah, surprises me, but I suppose...
He's then hurt for a can of shoulder for a while, I think it's obviously he succumbed
as they say.
Yeah, Andrew Skelton is in 19, so, I mean, great news for Makasini, whichever way you
look at it.
At the front row, Terramé and Fnurbole, Alex Twilot, Lock, Abbey Kars out nine, Finer
and Pierce Paul on the edges of the bench, is the bench, including Royce the Choice Hunt.
All right.
Chad him in.
At the Cowboys, Braden Burns, he will go to the judiciary tonight to fight a charge
from Vegas, feels like an E on a go, if suspended, that will be good news for Tom Chester,
Zach Leibart coming back next week from Suspension, so we'll get at least a price rise, you would
think out of Tom Chester at a minimum, at the Dragons, no Jake, a little good news for
Damien Cook, but little not too far off, we believe, at the Storm, no boys, a very relevant
one, Daisy, because Shornblow has been named in the reserves to return from injury.
Alex McDonald is out due to a head knock, to become a commetha, at Lock, Lissartian Chan,
both exceptional last week, they're around about a 90 point slot.
I'm Lissartian, I'm very happy about it, Jo Chan looked very good, not a traditionally
great supergots scoring player.
I'm very happy with my Lissartian choice, but there was a part of me that when Jo Chan
went over for his try off the hip of Drome Hughes, I'm like, just pick the dude running
off Drome Hughes, what are your thoughts on these two?
Could you go on one of them this week?
Do you want both of them?
Do you want to see minutes with Trent Leuyer, back next week, it will start at Lock and
when Blur comes in, what are we doing?
I was happy to start with both and then, right before the game started, I've chucked
them both out of my team, along with Moses Leo as well, I don't know why, just something
came over me and yeah, I'm paying the price for it, but now I think it's just a wait and
see, you don't have to rush them in this week, it could go, yeah, it could go to Lissartian,
it could go to Chan, we don't know, better off just waiting and seeing, I think, that
game was just an anomaly, I don't think they're going to score that well going forward,
I think they strike me more as like 40 to 50 sort of scoring players, which you're still
going to get price rises, I guess, if they both play for the next month, but yeah, for
me, I'm just going to wait and see on those ones.
I think for me, spy with those pair, it's a very happy Lissartian, looking at Jo Chan
very closely this weekend and obviously Sean Blur, whether or not he comes into the
fold there, but there's a real reality that like Trent Leary is going to start at Locke
next week on a turn from suspension, Sean Blur, I would imagine he comes in and starts
on the edge at some point, but at the same time, those two were very good on the weekend.
Yeah, they were.
Nonetheless, let's assume Sean Blur edge back row in the grand final last year, long
time back home.
Trent Leary is at Locke and one of those two go to the bench, there's every chance that
one of those two boys, let's say they'd both score 40 this week, they could, or 30.
And then one of them gets benched the week after and what's very important to know guys,
if you're a bit new or a super coach, your price change is work on your break even,
which is calculated over three games.
The first game of the year, it's a little bit technical, but just you'll get the idea.
The first game of the year and that score, the big score that every play had on the weekend,
will only be impacting one price change.
If you ever play a score this week, which will be the second score, that will be in price
changes for two weeks.
So, for example, if these guys who went big in round one, when they have their first
chart, price changes in round three, if they score poorly in round two and three, that
break even will elevate and make it a lot harder to make cash, so the round one score drops
out pretty quickly, spy.
If I didn't own Lassati or Chan, it's a hundred percent of weight into round three.
I don't know either.
I ended up going with the look, if one of them is producing, I'll jump on round three
approach, which is fine.
And look, we've got No, Martin, we've got Ryan Catcher, we've got Helm Luke, and you're like,
there's so many options, and I want the guys that are really locked in.
The other thing is, there's so many good chapters, you don't have to have all of them.
Like, a hundred percent.
You don't have to panic, because I didn't get this guy, I'm like, look, they're actually
a squad.
Smash and the coins, I don't recall a better start of season for
the cheapest life.
It's insane.
I'm literally sitting there at one time, missed out.
Like, I don't have Leo, I'll be getting No, Martin, but there are a few of them there,
and I'm just like, like a Ryan Couchman.
I just might not be able to get them, but it's because my other cheapest is so far going
well.
Even like round three of ball starts, I'd say Lassati starts on the other end, draw
Chan does.
It might split minutes and play 48, like it just seems like very risky.
If you're new they're playing 80, especially Lassati who's a busy boy, that's awesome,
but there's a lot of flags there, so with the other options, I don't think you have to
jump on.
If you've owned them great, happy days, if you don't, don't panic, we'll see.
Yeah, it's so exciting.
I'll see if you are.
But I just wouldn't rush into buying either of them this weekend.
The pair, there's no Liam Martin or Isaac Tungo Tungo, did play Niswell's Cup on the
weekend.
No Teague Wilton at the Sharky Still, at the Manly Ring at Seagulls, Sarah C.
You are Takiyaho out.
Good boys for a bloke that I did start with in Tainela Paseca.
Went well.
Got through, as I throw to you, Desi, but you're already light on for middles at Manly.
You're now lose Takiyaho.
I'm not sure what the update is on how long he's out for, but yeah, good news for the
minutes of Paseca.
Yeah, Paseca looks very good.
Better than I thought he would.
I think he's, yeah, he probably excels a little bit more in wet weather though.
He just seems to slide off Takiyaho a bit.
He's just that sort of frame, kind of like Ola Kowato, I guess.
What I can do your favourite thing is when like slide off players in the wet.
It's the best.
Just like, if you just slip someone in the wet, Desi's like, that's what I've got him,
that's what I'm getting in.
But your favourite thing is when a fool back just realises how good they are and they
just pin the ears and go straight through the line, that's your buzz phrase.
Absolutely.
Just back yourself, mate.
He's always back himself.
Paul, straight through.
He's more of it.
Desi, Tony Opaseca on the weekend, 55 minutes on return from Achilles injury in the
wet, obviously a bit of extra time in that one as well.
63 points, boys, 18 runs, 30 tackles, two tackle breaks and offload, great numbers.
Because of the Takiyaho injury, maybe a few inflated minutes, but nonetheless, great
history.
Very good.
You brushed him spy?
And they're up brushing him.
I can't remember the team's here.
I can probably check.
I've made sure.
I've made sure.
I can't remember who I've brushed him for.
It was also OK.
It was just to play through options in there, so I didn't end up with him.
It's fine.
Who's your front rowers?
Well, I've made trades since, I don't know.
That was round one, gone.
He moved through.
Are you boosting, spy?
I might not even trade.
I was just playing around.
So my current side, it wasn't my round one side.
Alrighty.
One of Spy's boys.
Photoshop is out for, it sounds like only a week or two, so watch that space send and
Smith at 5.8 spy.
Fletcher sharp owners.
Hold or sell?
Hold.
I'm really buying this way.
Can I have an anticipation of next week?
I'm not keen on him.
Definitely hold.
What if he's out for two weeks?
If he's out again next week, I'll worry a little.
Because you just don't know them, but sure.
If you hold him in this is two weeks.
Like with so many great buyers on the horizon.
Let's say you've got a 5.8, you don't own Cody Walker.
Are you trading?
No, I'll be holding the fletch.
Maybe I'm biased, but he's a monster.
I would hold him next week.
If he's back next week.
You have someone that everyone is going to be trying to get to and you've got him.
No, wouldn't be.
Gosh, no.
At the Dolphins, Maxi Plath, NRA, Rock and Ray Stone, return.
I suspect that every chance Maxi Plath does start it.
He'll be returning from the lengthy injury layoff.
He did play Queen's Land Cup on the weekend.
No.
Talk about relief.
Very happy to see the old 1-17 at the goal.
A 1-19 at the Titans, because I just after that demolition in the Shire,
they look like an SG ball out for you at the under-19.
It's graceful.
I'm like, I end up with the Ramaha.
Obviously find money.
I mean, Kenny's not going anywhere.
I'm just like, you just waiting to see one of those because I was chopped.
Yeah.
But again, the whole team were awful.
It wasn't in the individual's fault.
So, yes.
Boys, spy talk.
Things you may have missed.
Returns.
Fenerles Supergates, 2026 on the SC Playbook podcast.
What we really want to get into here, spy, is the new start server.
And a few early takes again.
This is essentially, not essentially.
It's a 1 round sample size.
But there are a few conflicting ones.
They're like, I'm a Sammy Walker owner.
Not only did he sweep, as we, you know,
are accustomed to on the old system, but didn't get a try.
He's for a Billy Smith try, because we know that under the new start,
it's all about a half back.
Or whatever the player is.
Have they impacted the try?
Or has the player who scored it?
Essentially done it as a solo effort.
The Sammy Walker, instance, we don't pretty sure
was the Billy Smith try, was Dean that Sammy did nothing,
which I'm like, it harsh, but whatever.
On the flip side, I'm a Cody Walker owner.
He also got in for, I think it was a literal try,
and I was kind of like, okay, that's pretty generous.
I know Nathan Cleary, missed one, that people were up about there.
You've done a bit of, not only have you done a bit of digging,
but you've been talking to someone who is behind the start,
or falling behind the start.
What do you got for us?
Yeah, talking about fellow formerly worked at both Foxport stats.
So did last year's end NREL stats.
So that's handy.
But he's basically clarified,
which is something I already thought was the case,
and I've got five examples for round one,
and I'm happy with all of them.
And I have no affiliation to anyone, so whatever.
Stopping guys.
Just boil the kettle.
Just my thoughts.
Crack a tin.
Whatever you want to do, spies get warmed up.
All right, the Cleary one.
I own Cleary.
There's no way he deserved to try this is for that.
He went to the line, he passed out the back.
I'll make Deadset ran straight past Edwards and slipped over
and Edwards went, oh, thanks, I'll score.
It was.
She's that was bad.
That was a, that was not a try.
Not in a million years when I think they'll be a try assist.
So I love Cleary to go to 85, but it didn't.
Sam Walker.
On first viewing, I thought it was tight.
I was like, maybe 50-50.
Upon what I'm learning, and I'll get to this,
he did throw a little double pump,
but it was only a little bit more than Cleary.
And at the point of catching the ball,
Billy Smith was dead in line with Laird Tower.
So he essentially hasn't been put in any space
because I watch, if you go back and watch it,
the center Laird Tower doesn't bite in it all on Sammy Walker.
He stays.
He actually sits on the back row and slides out
and then gets absolutely ripped.
Again, just offensively it was an awful effort.
Really good from Billy Smith, though.
So Sam Walker hasn't put him in any space.
Okay.
So what we're looking for and what the overlords are looking for,
they basically want to see the person opposing the tri-scorer
at some point turn their hips in
or be attracted to the ball player, whatever that might be.
Exactly.
In some way.
And on both occasions, they didn't Laird Tower literally hit
everything right until the point of trying to tackle him.
So that's a no, both were a no, I agree with him.
Cody Walker's, this was interesting.
And I actually got it wrong on first view
because I'm a Cody owner.
I thought, oh, he might lose that in update.
Hopefully he keeps it.
It's been into my contact too.
I'll find if I can name him.
That's not sure.
I can ask him.
He's really good fellow.
If you have, we'll get again.
Cody does that literally at the back double pump
and the center actually comes in on the back rower.
So who are they playing?
Dolphins.
Right center.
Every like comes in on the back rower.
At the point of Lachelle catching the ball,
there is no one in front of him.
And it catches it.
Lachelle runs.
The winger actually makes first contact coming in.
That's absolutely in space.
Troll also gets first contact on him five metres out.
So I think that's a factor.
If it's 20 metres out and he's got to go through
and run 20 metres and bump someone, it's all him.
But five metres out, if you have a look at it,
they're not stopped on the trail five out.
So essentially, Avavila has bit in on the back rower.
Thanks to Cody who then went out the back.
So fair by on that one.
So while there's going to be a lot of factors
that are going to go into these interpretations,
all eyes are on the defender and where they are
when they're opposition catches the ball.
Did they get sucked in at all by the all player?
Or did they just stand there, man?
Yep.
I think it might just be as simple as well as
are they in front of their opposing player when he catches it?
Yeah.
So for Billy Smith one, he was for the Cleary one,
he was Cody one, he wasn't,
and I screen-shotted for the discord.
Got lucky.
It's very hard to screen-shotted on the phone.
Nailed it in one.
Thanks for coming.
Braille.
This was an interesting one.
Braille comes across the one that got added.
So I won't know how to look after.
Oh, yeah.
Because I actually, again, I missed that in the game,
which is a frustrating buddy.
Kid duties.
Anyway, that was not what happened to my mum.
Sure eyes were also absolutely flowing.
Yeah.
So Braille comes across.
He did really well to skiddle across a few defenders,
then straighten up and put Trindle in.
It is a bit of space when you go ahead and look at it.
Braille actually did quite well.
And the defence was a little bit at sixes and sevens
and just he comes flying across those dummy scores.
I do think it might have been a 50-51.
But if you go and have a look at the point of where Trindle catches it,
the back rolls and the players in the defence line
are in all sorts.
They got skiddle by Braille coming across.
So fair enough.
I didn't want Braille to get it.
I don't know how you grant it.
I'm happy with it.
If they're going to call that.
I also think Trindle going through so easily untouched helps.
Hustle done something.
Yes.
It's like, well, he's obviously done something there.
He's done something there because it's not easy to walk straight
through an NRL side.
They're getting touched.
They must have done something.
NRL side.
Yeah.
And finally, Luke Brooks to Turbo.
Someone raised in our discord.
Went and had a look at that one.
Same thing.
Luke Brooks sums across.
The defender, Ethan Strange,
I think comes in on the back row.
He hits Turbo.
At the point of Turbo catching it,
Ethan Strange is caught,
yeah, infield a little bit by our meter or two.
You're not stopping Turbo from there.
Hammer down.
Thanks for coming.
Turbo has done well,
but he does catch it on the outside of the,
yeah, yeah.
He's the opposing halfback.
So again, fair enough.
No one probably owns Brooks.
But that's a draft bar per version.
That's a draft bar.
Yeah.
The lesson is, and this is how I've written it today,
the big lesson I think is,
did the Triaskara catch it?
Square slash in front of their defender,
or were they on their outside of them?
Well, on the inside,
I'm in a bit of space.
I think that might be an essential
what it comes down to,
or anything,
which is pretty basic when you think of it.
So let's keep an eye on round two,
and we'll see if it's consistent.
That's all we ask for, as we know.
It is.
Some of your finest work early on in the season.
It's very good for you.
So keep an eye out on all of that.
Very, very good.
And again, it's just my thoughts.
It's based on absolutely nothing,
but it is based on a look.
And then,
give yourself some credit.
It's gospel.
It's gospel.
He told you the bloke you did start
to both Fox and for NREL,
the new server.
It's true.
But I mean,
we didn't break it down in extreme depth.
It was just like a couple of lines.
I said, does this right?
Is that the idea you bang on?
Well, watch this space.
And it was the wrong next week.
I'll weigh the barbs.
Right, really.
I'm too chewed out.
Yeah.
You guys can.
Any Dezi's up loud, man.
We know that.
I'll send it Dezi's way.
Anything else?
No.
Not on the triceps,
just as the final spy talk of the first of the year.
I've just written down half what he can be so unpredictable
at the best of times.
Let alone round one.
Things change, like consistency of the teams.
How they bounce back.
Refrain interpretations week to week sometimes.
Weather.
Round one's a good starting point to get a bit of a base.
But look, who's going to bounce back this weekend?
Sides will want to redeem themselves.
Sides who don't back bounce back.
We suddenly go, geez, they couldn't even back up a poor adding.
Put a little asterisk on them, someone to target.
But that doesn't matter.
And we'll talk about it.
You can't make preemptive strikes and make a few trades.
Because round three, there's going to be so many options.
And nearly everyone I imagine will be boosting this year.
There's just so much cash to make.
And it's just going to be all happening.
So yeah.
And the final one was ball and play a little bit.
So after the Brisbane game,
Haskell, like 68, is captain.
I'm like, wait 78 minutes.
But there were 33 errors.
Like, how are you going to base much more on anything?
Yo got 60 odd.
And I thought, yo, looked so good, especially ball in hand.
I wondered if you didn't get much more.
With 33 errors in a game of footy,
there's only so much ball and play.
That goes to reswalsh as well, who, like, how many opportunities
are you going to get against Penrose with 33 errors?
That should not be the standard we expect between those sides playing.
There were so many players like this around that point from the weekend
that there were so many point scored and stoppages.
They're just not going to score that well.
Like guys, the captain mind from my side was like a Jesse Cole,
who scored well enough.
But when there was what, 60 odd point scored in that game.
Like, there's only so much you can score.
A lot of stoppages.
And then, like, in the West, the Dolphin's of the 70 point score,
which is a very, very, very relevant game.
I looked at someone like Keon, who played 70 odd minutes and scored,
I think, 77 points.
I'm like, actually, if that was like a hundred on another day.
Yeah.
And to the Saints' dogs match, it was a back and forth in Kiana.
Dog's obviously very lucky to get away with it.
And getting any bites over there, not?
I'm trading the launch.
And there were huge base stats in that game,
because the ball was in play heaps.
Let's just see what happens this week and go from there.
Very good spot.
All righty guys.
I sat down with a chat with Paddy from all your Trace SCW.
And what we have done, I've teased it all preseason,
who sat down and we've put together a round two picked Super Coach side.
He brushed his team from round one.
The start of it is very, very good.
He's cost himself a bit of money already.
Wait for it.
But we've picked the team together from round two
that he'll be running throughout the entire season.
Naturally, it is red hot.
I wish it was my team.
I'm currently 1270 points ahead of him.
Check that one out.
A warm welcome back to the SC Playbook podcast.
A long time partner.
A long time sponsor, supporter of the podcast.
Coach of the week, gutted dogs.
Paddy from all your choice SCW.
Welcome back to the show, mate. How are you?
You forgot best friend as well.
Did you chuck that in there?
Good mate. How are you doing?
Good. I ran into you at a comedy gig last night.
I couldn't get away from you quick enough.
I know. I tried to avoid you.
I had my head down like this, but you couldn't get enough for me, mate.
Seek me out and found me.
But it was, yeah.
Good night.
Good to have you back.
As I said, do appreciate the sport of the podcast.
Let's us to expand and do all sorts of things.
You've been with us for about five or so years now.
So I say, when I say long term supporter, very long term,
but mate, more importantly, what the people want to hear with teams
of all pieces.
And you are doing something that I have wanted to do with my Super
Coach team for a very long time.
You have picked a team from round two.
So you're currently sitting in 142,879th.
I think there's a 155,000 team registration.
So that is code for your equal 155,000th.
Last.
Already doing better than last year, mate.
Yeah.
It's come at an early price for you, though, which you didn't expect.
Straight off the bat, anyone thinking about doing it?
Don't because I've been booted out of my all my head-to-head
cashy leagues.
So I've copped the roasting in the groove chat.
I've lost about 400 bucks overnight.
I'll be invoicing you for that, by the way.
But I reckon I'm in with the shot for the big money, mate.
This could be it and it will all be worth it when I pull it off.
Mate, when you win 50k at the end of the season,
you can just, you know, four, four hundred off that.
It's not going to worry you too, too much.
So if you do want to try, guys, of course you can't enter two teams.
You know, that's a donor team in a round one.
Just don't be like party.
Good with his finances, but don't enter four cashies
before you do it and give your money away.
They actually put it in the fine print.
Someone has sent me a screenshot when I blew up about it
and tried to petition Daily Telegraph to let me back in.
They do tell you, so don't try it if you're in any of the cashies.
You have tried, though, and, mate, we sat down and we had a bit of a look
through a squad for round one.
It'll be up on screen now.
And what you've come up with, what we've come up with for your squad,
mate, I put this together with you.
And at the end of the ride, I just sat there and felt sick.
I'm like, what I would give for this to be in my squad right now.
At Hooker, Harry Grant and Bailey Hayward.
In the front row, Paynehouse, Karen Climbertongue,
on the bench, Traimoon, in Tanya, La Paseca.
To our F, David Feeder, Helm Luki, Noah Martin,
on the bench, Jochen, Utavale, La Sadi, and Ryan Couchman.
Your halfbacks, Nico Hines, 131.
Well done, great pick mate.
Ethan Sand has got the pick over Dan Utkinson.
Well done again.
Cody Walker, 104.
You've got Braden Trindle on your bench.
What a huge pick, that is for you.
A visionary mate, what could I say?
At CT, Dub, Herbie Farmworth, the Trial Mitchell.
You're also nailed, you're cheap.
He's Tom Chester, Fire Marnie, Moses Leo, Saturday too.
And Jacob Kiraz, we're putting there for you as well.
They're on the bike this week, the dollies bet.
Holy heck, he looks good in Vegas.
So he's in there as well.
So he's got a little bit lighter on for CT,
this week as a result.
And your fullbacks mate, you nailed the three mid-rangees
in Tommy Turbo.
So Pong are far along though.
Tommy Turbo in the Flex.
One hell of a good looking team.
Could be the team that wins 50k this year.
We sat there, put it all together.
What do you like out of it mate?
Perhaps, you know, someone that you wouldn't have gone with.
Had you have picked this like the other 155,000 people
and you picked it before our mum.
I mean, I know a lot of people were pretty keen on him,
and it was a little bit tricky for me,
was someone that I was, I'm an hour and about before I start.
I know he's first year back, so I was sort of like, you know,
is he still going to be firing when he comes in and he look good?
So that gave me heap of confidence to put him in for, you know,
round two and get him started for sure.
Yeah, absolutely.
And like, you know, valid thoughts.
I had him in my school when I was really excited about,
but again, the fact that he hadn't played in a long time,
he came back and played the trials and looked good,
which I think was pretty reassuring,
I mean, for minutes, what is out, but look like
needed to get through injury rules.
In Vegas too, as well.
You never know.
God knows what could happen.
So the heath and leaky pick there.
And then in terms of, I know that you don't like a lot of these picks.
Who, who, we know you're diehard man,
the Ringo Seagal's fam.
Who do you hate for this squad?
I mean, I've been on this podcast before talking about Tommy's injury run,
and you know, I do it to death,
but it makes me nervous, like most super coach players,
putting him in there, but he looked good.
You know, I think he did have a bit of a hamstring concern,
a half time or something, and I went,
oh God, look at him, put him in, but I think based on that,
I am glad I put him in.
Not sure about Cody Walker, mate.
I think that's an overrated pick in there.
I think he's had a good week.
Well, he kicked the 40-20, and we're all saying he's the best super coach player alive.
Well, that was you backstage, mate.
But I'm not sold on Cody.
But yeah, Cody and Turbum still a bit on the fence about, not sure.
The beauty of it is, mate.
Like, say some of these picks go wrong,
and they will go wrong.
We've got a lot of them going off one game sample size,
but what we do know is things like a Noah Martin,
with Maddenux and Injury.
Yeah.
All of a sudden, his job's good.
It looks good.
Yeah.
I was no Zach Lomach at the store, Moses.
Leo looks good.
All these sorts of things.
Tom Chester, who was brought in as a bit of a,
a bit of a risky chief.
He had 62 in basin power stats,
and he didn't have any attack to that.
You just go, they're all locked.
So, mate, even if things do go a little bit wrong,
because of the big scores from round one,
players are going to generate cash for you,
and then you flip them anyway.
That's like a worst case scenario.
Yeah.
I cannot wait, and I genuinely mean,
because I've wanted to do this for so many years,
to see how this unfolds for you.
The longevity in it, I think, is going to be really good,
really interesting to watch.
And we'll have updates each and every week
of how the team is tracking,
and honestly sitting here wanting to have that team,
I just sit there and go, I think there's every chance
that you can run me down.
I've got a 1,270 points head start.
Did that last year, mate?
That's not an issue.
I'll tell you the other one as well.
If it does eventrate how we are expecting,
at least from week one,
with the high scoring games,
huge points scoring,
there's talk of regression to 2021,
super great scoring.
1,270 points isn't much.
No, yeah.
What we're doing down here three weeks is captain.
Yeah, we'll see.
Yeah.
Hey mate, for the people that are listening to me,
we're going to get a little bit more choice SCW all the time,
and sit there and go on team,
what are you talking about?
We don't get it.
From the man himself,
what can you do for the SC paper listeners?
Well mate, you've probably noticed there's a new kit on,
looking smart, looking smick.
So these, we've done the jerseys in the past.
You've probably seen Timmy in the white one,
and we did a little sort of navy one last year
and people have loved them.
But I thought, you know what,
not everyone goes to the gym.
Tim.
But other people,
it's fine.
But some people love their footy,
they're playing Oz Tag,
they're out there,
winter seasons coming up.
So we thought why not get something that might actually
be of some use to those guys.
So this is the hoodie,
anyone that comes, talks to us,
does a refinance, does a loan,
gets a car loan,
something, anything like that,
we're going to send you one of these.
So you'll have those,
and you know,
you hear it on the podcast every week,
but the big push at the moment
is interest rates look like they might be going up again.
So real big push at the moment
on making sure you're on the best rate possible,
and really getting the most bang for your buck,
sort of like picking your round two team
once the rates go up.
If you've got that sort of knowledge
and insight of how to handle it,
you can get ahead.
Yeah, that's it.
I like that.
So that's,
yeah, that's the big point in the market at the moment.
What are these rates going to do?
And whatever they do,
how can you best keep the money in your pocket?
Yeah, more importantly,
those jumpers are so freaking good.
It's worth buying a house.
Just get into my case.
You can't just rock up tonight.
No, if you're any of that around it,
ask just grab one of these light.
There is no monetary value on it.
You have to go through.
We'll collect his item, mate.
Collect his item.
Yeah.
So good stuff.
Hey mate, once again,
thank you for the support.
We will have you back on in the future.
For updates on this team,
as you try and run down the Kuma stallions this year,
appreciate as always.
Mate, and I will be signing all jumpers
once I win the 50 grand.
And yeah, they'll be straight to you.
Thank you.
Once the end of party for coming on
and supporting a C-play,
we can 20, 26.
Alrighty, hot topics are back
for the new season boys.
Pretty easy.
Normally when I'm through hot topics,
they're easy trade-outs
and trade-ins and all that.
There's around one.
So I'm just basically going through
the least of the most traded in players.
And start at number one,
Desi, catching a cold over there.
Noah Martin, 258 to RF.
116 points on the weekend.
Break evens sort of balanced out
and become a lot more relevant
after the two week sample size comes in.
So we'll talk more about those in detail from next week.
But Noah Martin, 250K.
The injury to mate in Nicholson.
With that score,
at 250K, with tri-scoring ability,
with the likelihood for big minutes this weekend again,
I think is a must.
He's a must.
Absolutely.
When?
Right now.
Get him in if you don't have him.
He's going to hold that spot.
Absolutely.
Based on what we saw.
Like Spice said,
he's pressed in 2.0.
There's no doubt about it.
He made like 50 tackles.
That's all you need to see, really.
50 tackles in a game like that.
Do you make that many tackles?
It was, yeah.
48 missed none.
Shh.
He's, yeah.
He just looks the goods.
He passed the eye test.
He passed the points growing test.
He passed every test imaginable.
He was a whisker from another try.
Off an offload as well.
He couldn't get away.
That would be another 50.
He was, yeah.
He's just a free 250K
that you're going to get in the opening,
you know, five or six weeks of the season
to your team value.
And that is a lot of money.
Mate, he scored like,
and it's not a one-off either.
Like, he scored something like,
where is I've got there?
I've got the statue somewhere.
I read it on NRL stats the other day.
It was 14 tries in 17 rings a bell.
I think it was 15 tries.
It's not ridiculous, anyway.
I freaking wrote this in my team analysis on site.
Anywho.
Yeah.
Obviously two tries on the weekend.
I think he cut last year was 15 tries in 19 games.
Wow.
That's right.
I had it on my notes from the bloke show on Monday.
But yeah.
Spy.
Am I?
Yeah. If I didn't know him,
I'd probably get him now as well.
Get ahead of next week.
Straight in.
Straight in.
Yep.
Yes.
The problem is who to trade out for him.
So there's a world where Susangi comes in and takes minutes.
Yeah.
And that, if I didn't know him yet,
I'll just be happy to say this.
So you will come in and take minutes, I suspect.
Because how I was going to play AD,
the only, like, just properly,
you'll come back from suspension, isn't it?
Like, Tim and Co could start this week at Senna.
So Susangi goes back to the back row, Martin.
Even if he plays 50 to 60, you'll still be there.
Does Simmi play in the middle at all?
Yeah, for sure.
Not to come through the middle end.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But regardless, it's not one you want to miss out on.
Whether it's this week or next week,
it does really happen.
Get it now.
And play him.
15 tries in 19 games in cup last season.
And then he also scored at the back end of last year for the Raiders
as well when given a start.
Or writing.
Number two, most traded in player this week,
is Caleb Pongas, 607K.
Boy, I'm going to put three players in one basket here,
because you wouldn't be trading countercune out just yet.
No way.
There are three, two mid-range fullbacks,
who look like great buyers.
Caleb Pongas, 607K with the score of 116 Vegas.
So far a long go.
511K, also 116 points in round one.
You add in Tom Traboyovich, who turned up
in the first week of the season.
104 points.
And that was in the wet against the minor premieres.
I'm not going to put him in there, category at the moment,
but even like, I ended up flicking Dry Gray
because of my Reese Wilds play.
But Dry Gray looked freaking unreal on the weekend.
I can't leave you any score to 60.
It was busy, yeah.
Regardless.
Everyone kept scoring before you get the ball.
Well, as you can buy any of those three guys this week
and you'll be fine.
At the same time,
there are so many value options at fullback
to start this season that have already started well.
You don't want to get the wrong one.
Any of those guys I mentioned could score 30 this week
while the other one scores 120.
I think you just call the jets and wait till next week, don't you?
Was it Ponga?
Far-long go.
And to Tommy.
Tommy's got a buy next week.
No need to get him now.
And a free look this week.
Let's make sure he's healthy.
Yeah.
With a buy.
Famous last words.
Yeah.
Famous last words.
What's wrong, Dezi?
You could get turbo this week.
You can no worries.
Buys are buy, but you could come out and smack 150
two games in a row and then go behind the April.
I think the sp-
We only got no score.
Yeah.
We only got 105.
Maybe two on 50s in a row.
In the pouring rain.
105 is not bad.
I think it's more to the point, Dezi.
And this is going to be the sort of major indicator
with a lot of these buyers.
All of them are great buyers.
There are so many great buyers this week.
We only have two trades per week.
Three if we choose to boost.
There's going to be a lot more than three good buyers next week.
You can't have more.
They're all going to change price next week.
Tommy Turbo is going to change price to round four.
You can wait till round four.
So if I get turned around to round three.
We're already at that point though.
This season is a bit different already.
We're basically at the point already where it's like.
Do you want to prioritize getting in Ponga and Turbo
or are you prioritizing cash?
It's already cash for us gone scenario in my head.
Round two.
Walsh.
It's good to come.
It's gone much faster than expected.
Well, full wax than those two.
Race Walsh today.
It's not not the only options available.
And these guys will make cash.
Ponga and Turbo are underpriced.
I was having to go in and cash didn't realize.
I meant if you get one of them then you're like,
I actually want to race Walsh.
I wanted Teddy.
Tommy's on the buy.
He's hurting out.
If free swallows comes out and puts one 50 on,
say the eels don't turn up again on Thursday night as they did in Melbourne.
Brisbane fire up for 50 on and Walsh goes 150.
Is here a must?
No.
Walsh.
No.
I'll score one 50 out.
One of them on must until we get a bigger sample size on how the game's going on.
So you wouldn't move on Tommy Turbo this week?
No, you wouldn't.
You wouldn't.
Oh, you're agreeing with this thing.
I would move towards Ponga over Turbo.
He had 50 receipts of the football.
Turbo and far longer.
How about 35 each?
He's getting the ball 15 times more than the other guys.
And he's ending sets with kicks.
Would you get Ponga or far longer this week?
Yeah, I would.
I would, definitely.
They look good enough to buy it.
I have no problem with getting those guys instead of getting someone like a Ryan Couchman
or a Trey Mooney or someone like that who's going to make good cash.
I don't mind that at all, but I will say Ponga played fresh and firing at Vegas against
the Cowboys.
Cowboys to Fancy is not very bloody good.
He did look good, but he played a lot of first receipts to start last year as well.
And he was awful for me.
I know it's hopefully a different KP.
And that's what I want to say.
But more than happy to see how he goes against the Cowboys in Manly.
It's a pretty reasonable matchup.
If you can do a job, I'll go sweat.
He is on.
If Manly restricts him to $45.50 a day, is he a slam dunk?
I think he is.
That's what I'm saying.
So let's see.
He's got an opportunity.
Let me...
And Sue and no.
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
All right.
Let me put it this way, because I think I know it's going to be such a big question for people.
So let's put Tommy Turbo in the round four pile.
Wait to laugh at that.
Bye.
Yeah.
If you were buying white, if you had a choice to imponger and far along this week, spy.
A, would you do it?
B, who would you be?
I wouldn't do it.
Yeah.
And Sue and her far along ago was on 21 and a half time last week.
He had two line break assists, based five.
And that's not saying he's not going to have a good buy.
I just want to see him in a game that wasn't last week.
That was ridiculous.
I agree.
Like, Parrot, I've never seen a team run so much out of gas.
So early in the season, it was crazy.
It's like watching around 27.
So I just want to say it this week.
It's hard to be very fired up after a loss.
Two weeks off as well.
I think it's the perfect time.
Just have a look at Sue and see what he's all about.
I think it could be really good.
I saw her an off.
Yeah.
I think he's the top five footballer.
The space is not good.
So he's a, he might be shades of racewalsh.
Patel has a race.
This is not that good either.
Like the last couple of years.
When he got, I think patty goki, though.
Yeah, he did.
Goki and very good ball player.
So he passed already short ball in the weekend was okay.
I don't think Parrot is so bad on having another look.
And as I said around K.P., I just think it's,
I'm not saying you can't do it.
If you want to get ponger in, that's fine.
I'm not going to knock it in.
I'll count.
I'm not going to go alone.
I'm a very happy one.
I think you're on spot.
Not every game is going to play out like you did.
Like, that was a free for all.
It was like just cash in where you want.
And with your dragons defensively,
we'll be better this weekend.
I think he's a good bye.
But again, I think he's another one where like,
put it to people tossing up, train ponger and far longer.
I could easily get 35 this weekend to the dragons.
Ponger, it's mainly comes out and turns up again.
And you're like, shit, I shouldn't have got ponger.
Yep. And I also want to make sure pongers go kicking.
Like, Sand and Smith, they're very good go kicker.
I think ponger will kick for the record,
but just another little thing.
Boy, I'm happy to have a look.
Boy, he's a big one this week.
One of the biggest trades made this week.
It's Daniel Atkinson out.
Ethan Sand is in,
Desi, Ethan Sand is 94 in round one.
Dan Atkinson was about 36.
Irving Vegas to earlier, Paul Dreyer.
Oh, no, definitely not.
Colonel Sanders, as I call him now,
be remiss to not call him that for the rest of the season.
The classy Colonel.
He knows the secret herbs and spices to get it done.
Yeah, I thought he looked maybe he is the secret herb in the spice.
He is the secret herb.
Get him in.
He looks great.
Atkinson, I was never completely sold on him.
I was always all over Sanders preseason.
I didn't see what everyone else was seeing atkinson.
I was a bit surprised that he was like 10% owned more than Sanders.
He's playing in a significantly worse team.
Sanders plays for a, you'd say a top A team, hopefully.
But yeah, he just looked like he looked the part.
He looked like he could just stroll in and take over
a Foggedy's duties instantly.
Spot.
Next three games.
Warriors in New Zealand.
Bulldog sharks for Sanders.
It's not easy going.
Like it's not as just a little too manly defensively.
Not that crash hot.
It could come out this way.
And Sanders could go 30.
And Atkinson gets 60.
And you're like, oh, I want to do this.
I'm on.
Yeah.
Bulldogs are a very good defensive side.
So he got it.
It's worth Melbourne.
I don't think he's going to be that good defensively.
And I haven't been for a few years.
Even with a grand final last year.
Again.
They're not the defensive side they once were.
No, absolutely not.
Insane all that.
Because I want to save three trades for next week.
I'd consider doing it.
I mean, with that tough run of Sanders coming up.
I mean, only already.
So it's easy.
Already got him.
So I'm considered it that hard.
But Sanders has a tough three weeks.
And you have just 30.
All of a sudden his process isn't going anywhere.
And we're going to want to get to one of these other half-axes
quick as possible.
It's a bit true.
I don't know.
We'll get torn on that if I was a non-owner.
Maybe it's a next week job just to make full Sanders getting it done.
There's so many next week.
I know.
That's why I'm lit.
I'm a bit torn on whether you're in an hour next week.
I have no intention of making that trade.
As a Dan I can see.
Oh, you're accent, yeah.
Not at all.
A bit of a waste potentially.
You know it on the headspot.
I can send who's a good ball-running half.
He played round-winding Vegas in an absolute grind against I,
with the best offense in the competition.
Still scored 36.
I'm not that bad.
Yeah.
He could come out and score 50, 60, 70.
Honestly, whatever it might be this week.
He can send his going over to New Zealand who looked very good.
Had a great win he entered the rooster last week.
The powerhouse attacking unit scored three tries or something.
Could score 30 points.
All of a sudden Sanders 94 from round one.
He gets for one price change.
And if I can take a score well enough,
he'll get that for two price change from the 30.
He's 36 drops out of the one game.
Put it this way.
There's every chance.
I'll probably trade out concern to Sanders next week.
And it comes back to what you sort of do,
Dezi, and that's I test.
And Sanders looked freaking outstanding.
Ball in hand, kicking game.
Gold kicked really well in the weight conditions.
Arkansas didn't pass my I test, frankly.
In Vegas, I didn't even look great.
Nonetheless, it is one game.
And if Arkansas comes out and now scores Sanders this week,
with that run to come, he said,
it's by for Sanders.
I'm just like, what a waste.
I think it would do my hand in a bit though,
if I was in your spot.
Because to Dezi's point,
you might get to next week and go,
all right, I'm going to Sanders.
Oh, we should have an extra trade for players.
I get it.
So it's a bit of a precarious situation.
I'm glad I put some milk in my side,
because that's half the reason I did it.
I said, I don't hate the move,
but for me personally,
I'm happy to watch.
All righty.
Number four, Moses Leo,
boys 200 and G,
that fonty small, 235K.
28%.
Oh, 40% on, I should say.
No, he's 28% on.
Sua is 40% on.
Most Leo 95 points,
playing center for the storm,
Dezi.
I mean, I think he's a buy.
Is it this week or next week?
Probably next week.
Wilson is huge on this, man.
Mr. Carlos, he loves it,
Moses Leo.
Yeah, he looked good.
He looked the part.
Wilson has a weird amount of Kiwi love about him.
I know he goes for the wires, but why?
For a Queensland country boy,
he loves New Zealand, doesn't he?
Yeah.
I'm doing this well.
So I was listening today thinking,
should be good to say him again.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I personally don't think I'll trade him in.
I just don't have the space.
All the other center wing is cheap.
He went well.
So it's like, it's really tough to find space.
You'd have to trade out.
Some one.
But I guess if he goes over for 90 again,
you're going to have to fly it out.
Maybe the Titans bloke.
He doesn't score.
But yeah, you definitely wait for next week.
Yeah.
Spa, I'm just going to wait.
If Kaleero flops again,
I'll have to downgrade there reluctantly.
If my money gets dropped, I'll make that trade.
I'm seeing the wait till next week.
I think if you've picked a dud center,
or someone doing it,
or a non-player, definitely do it now.
I know dud centers though.
But who really did it?
Who the Chibis went poorly?
I just mean they're not people that they started
with enough or something.
And there's the world where you'll get Leo.
But you're right.
Most people will probably be pretty set in the centers.
No one.
Chris Onas out.
I'll get Chris Ebby's.
I don't know how Eb went around one, but.
Yeah.
Bingo.
And you know what?
Floyd is good, like TBCT dubs,
et cetera, if you miss them.
If you've got a dud, see he'd have to move to him.
Do it.
If you don't, wait a week.
See how it goes.
I was talking to two boys.
Number six, Braden, Trent or 132,
a freaking masterclass.
It's a week too early.
Cody Walker lit up.
I'd much better on Cody Walker for his 104.
I think Cody Walker is a trade-in this week if you don't own him.
Ray and Trento play against the Titan too.
Yeah.
I hope they're about to back and they produce more this year.
They look good in trials, but so far, no good.
He gets a pen with Panthers who kept the Raining Premier's
Brisbane to nil on the weekend.
If he scores sub 50, which if I was tipping,
I would say he does against Penraith.
It just becomes a champion.
It's a one-triest rise.
All of it for 17k spy.
If he does against Penraith again,
I'll get him in next week for Pizzett, but not now.
He averaged 43 last year.
I assume that's probably down a few, two or three on the new stats.
It couldn't be sub 40.
I'm not rushing him in.
I think it's a silly trade-sweet.
Desi, I would get Cody Walker this week though if I didn't own him.
Yes, I got this one wrong.
I came out and said Cody was too old.
They belted him out in the preseason, but no.
He just looked the goods.
He was really annoying me how he weaseled,
like four-four-stropouts in a 40-20.
40 points just came out of nowhere.
He actually got...
He had one taken away from him.
I figured this out as well.
I think it happened last year as well.
They bombed one early.
They caught it two meters out and took him in goals.
I don't think that counts as a force for real.
That's rough, eh.
If that is like one of the hardest kicks to get right,
he's dropping a bomb in the mid from the line.
I could be wrong, clarifying with that,
but I don't think it counts.
Silly.
Anyway, we live and we learn.
Right up there.
Yeah, you're good.
Well, that'll teach you for having even your side,
seeing him cover up manly and taking him out as a result.
I've got purge you there,
but I'm willing to get purge you one more week.
Yeah, definitely.
And then get coded next week.
I'm telling ya, the Knights can defend.
Yeah.
I don't know if they'll still be doing around 25,
but they can defend.
Boys would do one more
and then would do a few quick fires, I think,
because we don't have all my...
Train moving.
You're both owners?
Yes.
Good for you, jealous.
442K, 94 points.
I've said in my article
that I think he's a good buy,
but I don't think he's a must-have that everyone is referring to.
Again, Cowboys Round One.
If they had 49 minutes, which is underwhelming, to be frank,
that being said, maybe that fledged sharp injury,
hindered this and sanded and coming on in the halves,
et cetera, maybe he gets more.
He was going well, but like the late try
after Dom Young passed back,
if that doesn't happen, we've got 30 odd points,
maybe tick over.
He scores early 60s.
Don't get me wrong, he's a great buy.
I absolutely wish I started with him,
but with so many great buyers around,
like we're already looking at going,
I kind of fit around couch when you hear,
what do I do?
How do I...
I'm non-healant.
I'm lucky owners, non-no-Martin owners.
Like there are a lot of players.
I'm going to sit back and wait for another week and watch.
I said laughing if you started with him,
but I'm having to wait and watch.
Do you either ask the options around,
just on face value,
and without looking at
who the other buyers are in the pack,
because he's front row and back row.
Yeah.
I really like him.
He's very reliable, I think.
He's busy, he's around the ball.
He offloads.
So...
The offload is the key.
That's the one watching him as a non-owner
that, like, the way the minutes played out
and even his workouts, like, solid,
he really looked to offload.
He had, I think, was three offloads,
and I just went,
oh, that's just such easy point.
So if he's got that license,
and we know they've been so tight on their attack
and boring the nights in recent years,
under O'Brien,
just looks like a whole book's gone into guys.
We have some of the best support plays
in the competition,
such as Caitlin Palmer,
get the second phase play going
and Traymoon looks to be leading it.
So...
If I had someone to drop,
and I was in your shoes,
I would get him right now.
That's the thing.
You don't need to force anyone out for his problem.
No one I want to drop,
and I need you to know Martin.
I'm just...
Yeah.
It's actually...
It's gone the opposite to normal.
You're like, sometimes you're like,
oh, God, where do I get my treaties?
Now we're like,
all these guys I want,
but I don't have anyone to drop.
Who should I get?
Too many options.
Still happening.
It's weird.
All right, boys,
let's do some rapid fire,
and get to a few of the hours.
Let's go.
Yes, no zero.
I'll give you a sentence.
One sentence a letter.
Um...
Spy Rowing Catchment, 235K.
Thanks, fans.
Please talk to me.
I want to get in now or talk trade soon.
That's one sentence that didn't stop.
Tell me.
Talk to me.
Do that count?
That was right, mate.
Dead?
Yeah, straight in.
This way?
I'm getting in here.
Interesting.
I need...
I'm going to a normal catchment.
I really do need science fans to talk to me.
Someone in the know...
It's a tell if he's still locked in for 50-60 minutes or like...
Through all boys, mate.
Yeah.
I will get the gods.
Because I want to...
I do want to do it this way to get ahead.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You're getting to...
We'll get to that later.
Um...
Spy Lattrial Mitchell, I sat him in my mission to get...
reached Walsh.
113 points.
Did hurt.
I can't do a sentence on him.
It'd be three.
But...
Walsh nailed it in his three count.
Well done, Malsh, by the way.
Um...
He's the most efficient scorer.
Nearly ever seen.
He barely touches the ball.
But when he does, he's liable to...
For about 40 points.
I'm with a try and a tackle bust and a line break and kick the goal.
But his work rate was still pretty down.
And I'm not taking too much from a Dolphins encounter that was 40-30.
I have a bike coming up soon.
If you start them, happy days, you're feeling good.
If you didn't, I think I'm more than happy to wait till after the buy
and see how he's looking.
Because there's a lot of good picks at center.
I think I'll end up with him after that.
He's the round four buyer for memories.
There's two more games we get from him.
Roosters Darby into, I don't know, hope that someone good.
I'm going to wait a couple of weeks.
Yeah.
He's a case of the round four buyer's awkward.
On any other year, you'd probably lock him in straight away.
But again...
He's still at left center.
He's the thing.
He's not fullback.
I think he's still a good selection, but I don't think you have to rush him in.
Daisy...
Uh...
No, I think Trill looks good.
I think he's a must-have.
He's going to be a top four set away in this season for sure.
For sure.
That looks just...
I agree.
Just rinsing.
And they're going to continue to rinse.
Even if they are letting in like 30-40 points a game.
So, I'll still be scoring 30-40 points every game, basically.
I could have 17 bunnies in my team.
Yeah.
I am.
He's very lucky to be on my side.
Just his injury history as well.
I'm like, if he's still playing around five and going well,
I can get him a bit.
Oh, there's just...
You're going to pay 700 plus K for him, though.
Because he's going to rise 80K pretty quick.
Only one price rise.
You'll get?
Yeah.
Because he's got the buy.
He's got an easy go of 80K with that one price rise,
with 113 off the rear.
It's 26K.
26K.
26K.
He might be six ideas.
I'm not supposed to pay it.
Okay.
All right.
That was the world's longest sentences.
Back to one sentence.
Hey, I'm Lucky.
404K.
Goodbye.
I want him as well.
Yeah, I'll do one sentence.
It's now or next week.
That's my question.
Yeah.
Someone knows the answer.
Yeah.
I don't know him either, but I want him.
He looks good enough to bring straight in.
Yeah.
You could bring him in this week.
If not next week, as we keep saying.
I think I'm just getting this week.
As we keep saying.
The thing with him, Lucky, is I think he's one
that you will definitely want next week.
Just getting this week.
That's what you're not yet.
If you're saying that, that's enough for me.
No, it was all any more or preseason.
I could lead a horse to water.
Lead a spider water, but you can't make him drink.
Unless it's a whiskey and saddened eye to 11.30pm.
However, it's not.
All right.
That might do us.
That might do us.
Let's go to the most traded out.
Scott Drinkwater.
We sat here last week, boys, post-vegas,
before the fullbacks went off.
And we said, maybe, give him another week.
With all the fullbacks popping off.
I don't think I even did.
I think I said to get rid of him.
And now, NREL physio is like,
I'd sell him based on injury.
Yeah.
What it is?
Yeah.
It's enough for me, Fizz.
If you're saying it, I'll be getting rid of him.
Dead.
Out.
Gone.
And again, not because he sucks.
He's carrying an injury and there's so many options.
Yeah.
At that price, you don't need to keep him.
You're getting cheap at some point.
That's all I'm saying.
Hopefully.
Jacob Leyban, 299k.
He's shut up.
Clem Cassidy, who...
She had a really good week, Clem, to start.
But, uh, no good on the Leyban front.
Yeah, shut up.
And I started him and played him.
Boo.
I just had a punt on him.
I was like...
I did too.
On the back of it.
Yeah.
I had Martin and...
No, Martin and Leyban.
He's one of them went off.
But yeah, he'll be...
He's gone already.
Yeah.
Boys, he played.
He did.
Not that many minutes.
About 45 minutes.
About 45 minutes.
Cut him.
How I see him, he came on and scored straight away.
Surely that's what he's believed.
See you, Leyban.
I was playing at Dan Utkinson.
Cooperby, 235k.
Josh Hane said.
I think it was post-game that he's going to ease him into minutes this season.
I think Cooperby is going to make some good money this year.
I think he's going to be a slow burn.
Unless he just goes this week's score.
This kid can play.
Uh, boys with the 2.5s round.
I think you sell, Des.
Two slow.
Yeah.
Um, I'm going to weigh him up next week.
After watching this week.
If he's looking okay and he bumps up to a 30-35, depending...
Do you have him?
I started with him.
I just took a...
It was my sixth slot.
I didn't really...
Because I missed the Melbourne guys.
Yeah.
I just had that slot to fill.
If he's going okay and there's no one I have to feel like I need to get in next week,
I'm having just to hold him for the buyers and I hope he's killing it.
Um, so he might just sit there and just score 30 for me up to then.
But it feels great by next week.
Sure.
I just pop enough for too much.
I think it's a decision to tie it right.
Next week's decision.
And you're going to Pizzett, 235K, 17-point again to Melbourne.
Boys, that's not going to happen every week.
Look, if you've got a 5-8 that went well, and you've got Cody Walk as you reserve,
like I just...
No one else.
I don't know.
I'm holding Pizzett.
I'm playing and playing.
Like while I was deciding, which I get, but he's fighting him for a non-player.
because that is playing. So if Cody gets hurt, I can at least play him that week.
He's also back up for that.
Like the Tigers under 90 and the origin guy.
What? He's just... I don't know. I've been asking why he did it.
He's like... He's an awesome logic to it, but that is mad.
I just think there's no one else so he can't do this just picked by default.
If Braden Trindle lights up again this week,
might try to get up to him and then Trindle goes up and then he can get straight to a gun.
Let him sit. Let him sit.
Last one, boys. Jesse Kohl, who in 332K.
Jould to our front row forward. 44 points on the weekend.
Spidey, did you start or did you brush?
I pulled... I had him in my side, but I didn't play him.
And I'm already probably going to move him to look at this week.
I just think he's okay and he's all right, but I think he might make a hundred grand.
I never really want to play him.
Taken up a spot I don't need.
I'm reluctantly thinking the same through no fold of his own.
You're okay.
Purely through... Like he's done his job.
44 points in 47 minutes.
That was entirely in base.
In a game with almost 70 points scored.
There was a lot of ball out of play with all the stoppages.
It's only because... I keep saying I need to move some of these two afs around.
It's time for the week. Everyone's popping off, so I don't know.
I don't have room for a 45-50 guy.
Yeah, I didn't side with him, thankfully.
Yeah, I'd be flicking him.
Thankfully, you're on that bag.
It's not bad.
I mean, yeah, if you said at the side of the round he's going to score 45 points.
Most people would have been like, yep, fine, take it.
But after what we've seen straight away, you've got to move quick.
Yeah, left behind.
Trade surely. He's not out of my team, but it's a close watch.
Part of it was kind of hoping around how I would just get benched.
I could just do that.
Well, I'd like no attacking stats.
Doesn't not like bashing tackles.
But insane that.
If you just knocks out 50 on every week in runs and tackles,
that's pretty good.
In a good attacking side, Jake's something in attacking side.
I know it's reluctant.
Now, fight.
Trade and skippers.
Four, and I'll reciprocate around two, spy what do you think?
If I trade, which I think I will with the plethora of options coming next week,
it's all I've got down at the moment.
It is Jacob Alabon to Ryan Kouchvin.
Almost picks himself, doesn't he?
He makes 70k.
He appears to be the pick of him.
I mean, I'd be a little bit annoyed if Kouchvin then plays 45 minutes or 40.
And Lassati pops off by a or a champ.
I can get one of them from Cooper by next week.
That's all right.
And that leaves me a bit of coin to go.
Calhoun.
Ilan Maliki.
60k in the bank for next week in a boost rate of rock.
So I think that's why I want to do it.
Get those two bikes in and clean slate ahead of next week.
That's my current thinking in Lassati,
I can find out and talk me out of Ryan Kouchvin for now.
Jazzy.
I'm basically doing the exact same trades, I think.
I think, well, I don't have Calhoun,
but I do have a flaglar up there,
who I may be able to just, yeah, turn into leaky skills.
Tommy Flake, they did all right.
They did all right.
47 leaky is significantly better.
He is, yeah.
But yeah, I think those are the two trades that I may end up doing.
Flaglar, yeah, I mean, he could go on to average 60,
but leaky is going to be, he looks like he's going to average 70
if he keeps up what he's doing.
Of the two, leaky's the man, for sure.
Yeah.
But like, I didn't mind Tommy Flake this return.
47 points again.
He played about 43 minutes, got through plenty of work.
Didn't, I don't think he offered, maybe there was one,
but he has a good offload on him.
Tommy Flake, there's some good passing at the line as well,
which I think he would just jad the odd little trice,
his to align, his from.
First game back in the NRL from two years off.
Obviously played the trials.
70 points, lots of stoppages.
That's a lot of work gone out the window.
I think it was definitely not a bad stint.
Yeah, I may hold off on it and just do the Ryan Kalsman trade.
Yeah, I'm going to that tiger's head.
Kals always game at like heart, so I may,
and I may swear me to just bring in leaky.
Yeah, yeah, to watch him.
For myself, boys, look, I'll update this on podcast
set the weekend, of course, in the SCP.
Subscribe, discord community, but I've got a lot to work out.
Again, it's more about who to sell.
If I gunned ahead right now, I don't want to do it,
but maybe like a coal-hoon down to Noa Martin,
and that is not a trade I want to make this week,
it is getting ahead of the park for next week,
where I'll almost certainly boost.
I may only make one this week,
because I don't hate or want to trade anyone else
in my team as it stands.
So maybe even just the one this week,
I'll boost next week in round three,
and I'll probably boost in round four as well,
but this week, I'll just kind of have to wait and watch a little bit,
not too many fires to put out.
I need something from Reese Walsh.
Spy, VC and C.
VC, Reese Walsh, Captain, Herbie Farmworth.
Yes. VC, Painhouse, Captain Herbie Farmworth.
VC, Reese Walsh, Captain Herbie Farmworth.
There you go. We had not discussed that at all, other.
Jesus, it was nice watching Herbie on the weekend, doesn't know.
I kind of only got his 75, but it was just like, it was just nice.
I feel like he's going to get much clean of balls as well.
Oh my, yeah.
Wake on wake.
Straight past, Captain Seas also, not a bad option.
Bounce back, they've lost things.
You know what?
Yep.
I look at my team at this part of the year,
and as it stands, like I'm playing Makacini and Firemani.
Yep.
I think they'll be pointing that.
You're going to play Chesto.
Oh, I got it.
Against the Tigers.
Mate, the Dolphins also cannot defend, and this is Suncorp Stadium.
Sunday 6, 15 PM.
I like both the plays.
Yeah.
Titans Lea, Upside.
This is basically just so high though, like 62.
It's one game, though.
Mate, you look at 18 runs.
He's just very zippy.
He looks like the upside of Firemani could get could easily score a double.
That top is set up.
So yeah, I'm like, anyway, back to my point.
VC Loops are so on early in the season,
because if I get the VC right,
you're talking about like a straight C.
VC right, I can drop Firemani out of my team.
Like, I've got Stephen Crite and start him,
and that's one little headache.
I don't need to worry about that.
I'll be dropping Saturday 2 out of my bench rotation,
like it's, yeah, you're right.
Early in the year, it's a good time to do it.
Which like, you know, I'm chasing the upside of Reese Walsh this week,
just because I think...
I'm actually going to set it up now,
because now I won't need a captain.
Let's do it.
Anyway, yeah, it's got to do us on that note.
Boys, thank you, Desi.
Strong as always.
Cheers boys, good luck this week.
You look fresh AF in that hoodie as well.
Finally, after seven years, I've got something else in playbook and merch.
You got a T-shirt last year, mate.
I did, but it didn't fit.
Should order a size bigger.
Just a quick update.
You should be going over the small.
It was bold.
Yeah, should be going over the small.
I've actually just bought Hopgood in his captain.
Wouldn't have had a loop option this week,
apart from the suspension.
So he's got to capitalize on that.
So yeah, Walsh, you would just be my VC
and therefore my captain,
boom, Reese Walsh.
I'm going to actually finish standard swatel.
Yeah, spend of kids to get home, too.
Not so long after to the pub.
Oh, I could proceed.
That makes a ton of rushing.
Right.
I was wondering.
I've got Snitzle in my head now.
I was going to say Reese Walsh.
He, last week,
with zero ball, zero ball,
put Jordan Ricky in an acre of space
eight meters out and he dropped it cold.
Yes.
Or van 20.
He put stags off a suite on the outside of,
I don't know, Lamotti,
who somehow tackled him one on one four meters out.
It's 40 points down the drain.
And he barely touched it.
Like he could,
I just feel like he's going to explode soon.
That's got to hold the foot.
If there is,
not saying it's early regression to 2021,
but if it's going to be a very high scoring year
and all these six games going to be happening
in this, these blight score lines,
Walsh will average 120.
Like he will go ballistic.
What we need to spy,
if he goes 35 against Paramata
in some sort of answers,
that breakeven is going to be 200 plus
ahead of the cowboys game with cheat.
Like you nearly have to sell him.
I'm not selling him regardless.
You know, the, sorry,
the only reason I sell him is if he gets 35
but looks doesn't get good food in all that.
If it's just somewhere,
it's like, how did that happen again?
I'm just holding him.
Hopefully this is a conversation we do not have to have next week.
Any who,
a big business need to hold the footy.
Spy, get into the footy.
All right, come.
Go to the park.
Also, a big thank you to Winston
Neville for jumping in.
The biggest goal you've seen on the planet.
Go and check him out on Instagram as well.
So thank you.
Mate, you've also been looking after beers
and breakeven's for us.
Thanks for tuning in, guys.
Have a great week.
