For the girls who want to form habits and feel good but don't want to commit to 75 hard or 75 soft.
After finishing 75 hard, I fell off a little bit with my routine, and I decided I wanted to get back into it. I miss working towards something and feeling as good as I did doing 75 hard. I don't want to commit to another 75 days, and I don't believe that challenge aligns well with my current lifestyle.
