30. Miho Shinke: The intersection of Web3 and personal well-being

DSide's guest today is Miho Shinke, an operational development trainer and consultant for manufacturing companies and NGOs across Africa, Southeast Asia, and Japan. Miho is distinguished as an ABNLP master coach, which she utilizes to empower individuals and organizations alike by amplifying employee engagement through psychology coaching. 

In the episode, Miho elaborates on how her training as a master coach in ABNLP merges emotional intelligence with logic, enabling better communication and cohesion between individuals. The conversation segues into how the ABNLP aligns perfectly with her current work at The Minglo project with Atrae Inc. Miho discusses how Minglo as a platform aims to nurture individual well-being within a communal context. The project focuses on individual fulfillment through application data collection that allows individuals to understand better the needs and motivations of the people they are engaging with.  

DSide shifts the conversation to how blockchain technology and Web3 can be implemented across the Minglo project. Miho discusses how offering lifelong data ownership and self-sovereignty over an individual's data set can generate the most accurate results for personal growth and fulfillment. She describes how Minglo is attracting various applications, spanning music, health, sports, and finance, to synergize and promote holistic well-being. At the same time, it allows the individual complete control over access to their data.

The platform's expansion plan is to establish a DAO that opens doors for users to sell their data, fostering a marketplace benefiting researchers, advertisers, and beyond. Towards the end of the episode, the two address the security concerns and use of KYC across all applications on the platform. They conclude the episode by examining the difference in cultural approaches between nations, why Vietnam is the ideal country for launching the Minglo platform, and how the Minglo platform can be leveraged for remote work.
