Passive aggression is when someone avoids saying things directly, like showing up late on purpose, staying quiet when they should speak, or making a point by doing nothing. I expect that from women sometimes, but when men do it, it makes us weak, soft, and more feminine. I want men to be direct and clear, even if the truth is uncomfortable.
