34. Confidence, Personal Power, & Magnetic Energy - Rising Above Judgement & People-Pleasing to Find Your Authentic Self

Imagine the freedom of living unencumbered by the fear of others' opinions, feeling rooted, grounded, and connected to yourself, your truth, and your exploration of life - where your worthiness is not a question, but a statement. 

What would you do? 

How would you act? 

How would you move?

As we end 2023, many of us are thinking about what we want to release and leave behind, and what we want to take with us and transform into in the New Year. 

Today's episode is a beacon and an ode to that- illuminating how to recognize patterns of people-pleasing and survival mechanisms and step into who you want to become - with actionable steps to move forward.

The path to "confidence" is often misunderstood and misconstrued. Many of us think of confidence as a type of extroversion, being able to take up space and be heard, seen, witnessed. 

But many times, confidence can be quiet. It can be simple. Being magnetic is not about other people, it is always about you. How you hold your space, speak to yourself, show up for yourself - is how you move into the world and reflect and receive energy.

As we close out this year, sit with all of the evolutions of yourself that have been present in 2023. Take some time to connect to your experience of evolution, and send every version of yourself love. 

Ask yourself —

What can you leave behind?

What did you love about this year? What do you want more of?

How can you show up for yourself in ways you haven’t yet?

List three things that you can do. 

What does it look like to prioritize yourself? How does it feel when you do that?

Think about the love you give to other people. What does your love feel like? How would it feel like to receive that love? How can you give it to yourself in new ways?
