You need to know your strengths and weaknesses, and leverage them in a manner that serves your goals and dreams accordingly. And remember, you don't have to be right; you must be willing to learn. 2. Listen and Lead - Where are you going? If you don't know where you are, it's hard to shift your direction. So keep an open mind. Listen intentionally, and then lead with a determined response. 3. Launch and Lift - Why do you want to go? When you attach the reason you do what you do, that's when your secret sauce is found. So attach yourself to your why, not the outcomes or results. And then it's time to shoot for the moon. Launch and lift yourself to another dimension. Create your now!  Tony Robbins reminds us, "The only limit to your impact is your imagination and commitment."
