35. Overcoming the Perfectionist Mindset and Focusing on the Process

And no, it’s not that I am encouraging you to settle for less – I want you to recognize that you must work hard in pursuit for excellence, and then accept whatever happens. Stop beating yourself up whenever outcomes do not meet your expectations. Waiting to only celebrate your wins is punishing yourself. You deserve more than that! Yes, you do!
