Luc Simmons & Nikola Stojanovic (Partners, 4Media London) share how they scaled and sold their agency to 4Media, what the acquisition process was like, and what it's like growing up in Serbia and the UK.

After meeting online, Luc and Nik partnered up to create a digital marketing agency. After years of running a successful business, they were approached by Eddie to talk about what it would look like to be acquired.

Now they run 4Media London, a European based team that works hand in hand with our US team to deliver incredible results for even more clients in the ecommerce space.

In this episode, they talk about their personal journey in the space and the process behind being acquired by a larger company. The guys also discuss refunds and managing client expectations, how to successfully launch a product, how to blow up a brand without good content, and the benefits of Email + SMS in 2023.
