#4. When it's time to pull over and ask for help with Ciara Rayshall

My girl, Ciara Rayshall, is our guest on the podcast this week! And she brought along one of the most adorable things she's ever made, if I do say so myself, her 6-month-old daughter, Kali. We talked being a mom in 2022, why it's so hard to justify doing nice things for yourself, and how we both struggle with giving ourselves permission to ask for help and the space to nurture our creativity. We talked about her poetry book, "In All the Ways", and about the turning point in her life that lead her to a unique and deeply personal relationship with God. Or should I say "Godbae"? Ciara is an actual ray of sunshine, and she has been inspiring women all over the globe with mantras, affirmations, and spiritual guidance and messages for years. I'm so honored to call her a friend and to share some of her story with you!
