43. Speak Your Truth & Protect Your Peace: The Energy of Alignment & Influence

You do not have to adapt to the energy in the room -- You can influence it. 

A wise person once said: “How you do anything - is how you do everything,”

So how do you use your voice, your power, and your energy, to serve a purpose and live an aligned life? 

& How do you stay true to yourself while operating in systems or places that don’t feel aligned to you? 

How can you protect your peace and find alignment and power through surrender?

By knowing what is in your control vs what is out of it, and knowing the power of your energy and it’s ability to attract like-minded people, places & things is your most precious resource.

This episode pulls together themes of power + influence in a way that fuels our soul, rather than our ego. It re-examines our self-responsibility and pushes us to consider how we can use our voice + establish a connection to our energy to live lovingly, boldly, and proudly in this outside world. 

At the end of the podcast, I give you an overview of a daily practice to check-in with yourself and find your alignment, starting small, and starting in the here + now.

1. What does it feel like to be aligned? How does your energy feel when you are aligned? To you + for others?
2. What are some things that make you feel good?
3. What can you do today to take action towards your alignment? How can you make a small choice for feeling good + a bid for who you want to be?
