Summary
我们提出了一种高效的交换群作用（commutative group action），适用于后量子环境下的非交互式密钥交换。我们的构建沿用了 Couveignes–Rostovtsev–Stolbunov 加密系统的布局，但我们将其应用于定义在大素数域 Fp 上的超奇异椭圆曲线（supersingular elliptic curves），而非普通椭圆曲线。由该群作用产生的 Diffie–Hellman 方案允许以极低的成本进行公钥验证，在实际运行中速度合理，并且在推测的 AES-128 安全级别下公钥仅为 64 字节，符合 NIST 的后量子安全类别 I（Category I）。
