77. Stop Intellectualizing & Overanalyzing and Start Living: Choosing Joy + Embracing Ease

Allow this episode to inspire a shift in your energy. 

Allow it to remind you that life is meant to be lived. That joy is a choice. That ease is only as simple as we make it. That thinking about your feelings or journaling about them is not the same as feeling them. That the tools for change in any moment are inside of the gift of your presence. 

This episode is for my fellow thought daughters, the introspective ones who love to see into their own psyche and pick apart the many caverns of patterns and shed light on their shadow, for those of us who are always looking for the lesson, trying to learn from life, who are committed to being a student of it.

It is a reminder of the power of your subtle energy and is filled with with inspiration from my own discovery with this subject, practices for you to reinstate ease into your life, and a discussion about what choosing joy actually means and how to push through the resistance that will inevitably come when you decide that joy is your priority.
