Adding to the mix of our talk is Max Roach shining with his percussionist styles that changed the way Jazz would be listened to.  Saxophonist Albert Ayler is one deep cat, open to Free Jazz and Avant Garde. All this timeless music brings a very versatile body of work to be acknowledged and appreciated for the signature grooves that came out of Impulse.
