In today’s episode, Heather Askinosie walks us through her morning rituals, favorite supplements and nighttime routine. She shares her thoughts about diet, caffeine, and how she keeps her frequency high no matter what life throws at her.

Welcome to Multidimensional. I'm your host, Christina Rice, aka Christina the
channel. And this is the place where we explore what it really means to be
multi-dimensional. All right Heather, tell me about your morning routine. I know I
know it is my morning routine is very long. Just because and it changes all the
time because I'm always changing the technology of what I'm doing. So I'll just
give you what my morning routine is now. I always wake up around five o'clock
just because I want to have that quiet time of manifesting and just from
training. So it's so long with swamis and things like that. That's the
ember to hour. So I will come I'll wake up. I will always I'll go I'll start
making hydrogen water and that'll get going. And then I will sit in front of
I have a biocharger which is you know that kind of rife to Tesla technology and
I'll run a program. And then what I'll do is I always there's a thing called
the artist's way. I will download three pages of information. I'll then go
and drink my hydrogen water with which I've added mineralization to at that
point. Then I will come back and I will do a 20-minute meditation because I
always go into silence. And then after that I will write down 10 things that
I'm grateful for. In the meantime my house is tricked out with I don't know
maybe 50 years. Frequency devices. I love it. And crystals. And so what I'll do
is when I'm sitting down that's when I will go into active visualization of
what's happening already as is. I visualize myself with the things that I that
I'm looking for as is. Then at that point I will then go and like the candles in
my house like incense offer incense do that whole shabies because I got a lot
going on with that. And I will have mantras going. I have mantras going on
probably for about two hours in the morning to clear the energy and to also
reprogram my subconscious mind. And then at that point sometimes I will do
depending on where the moon cycle is depending on what's going on with that.
I'll do things with that. And then usually it's about like seven o'clock. So seven
seven thirty. And then sometimes my business partner Timmy and I will then get
on the phone together and then we'll do group manifestations for energy
means and or what we want to align together. And so that's and then I'll go on
and do whatever for my day. And then you jump into work or no I will then
probably do some kind of movement. I'll either do something that I'm you know
moving around and then I will get into my work day which is very not a normal
day even at that. So every work day is a different day. Yeah with the people.
But yeah. So most mornings I do I have devoted I've been a meditator for the
last twenty nine years of my life. I remember somebody told me unless you learn
how to meditate you're going to self-destruct. And so I've done that for
religiously for twenty nine years. So what do you think is so weird about that
one or two? Just I just there's a lot you know what I'm saying and it you know
I I will do mantra. I'll do it varies but I do feel for me as somebody I have
to land in. I got a program in yeah I have to land into the vessel. I don't
think you should apologize. I have I'm a very particular person with all my
things as well. So that doesn't seem that crazy to me. And then I go into you
into my supplement program. Yeah. There's just you know and I'm a very into
water and the the alchemy of water. Okay I want to hear about these things. So
like favorite supplements. Oh wow. I'm I'm on a lot of different supplements. I
really into methylene blue. I think that's amazing. I very into mineralization.
I feel that that's important right now. And I just yeah and my supplements
change based on my blood my blood work. So because I'm always tracking that.
Yeah. It's always the track. What are some of the things that you like for
mineralization? Like are there any products or brands or anything? I'm trying to
think of the brand. The one that I just got is like a blue bottle with a white
thing and I it's a little drops. I love that company by the way. Yeah. Yeah. It's
not that one. I do use so core. I use so core for parasites because I think that
they're really good. I think their parasite program is very very good. Yeah. That's a
whole other conversation. That's a full moon conversation. Yeah. And yes. And we need
to be killing our parasites with frequency too. Yeah. And so yeah. So that's that. But I believe
that when we take active measures individualizing and showing up life shows up for us. It's
at just a mere 100%. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I am a big I've told you this like my big
mineral girl. I have so many different types which know what are you using? I have like
8,000 different things that I rotate through. But I don't know that I think anything is
like stand out the best. But on a daily like so. Oh, well, I like I love keenton. Yes.
Oh, yes. I love keenton. So I take those every day. So do I. Yeah. You take both of
them? Usually. Yeah. I take both of them. I take shilji. Love it. I love shilji. And
then I will use any type of there's a couple different droppers. Like if it's the cell
core ones or those forget the company. But it has a like a brighter blue label. And it's
like bio something. I use those sometimes. I know. But I and then I love like the Baja
salt. That company. Yes. They have minerals. And I just I'm a big
just OG just salt like a lot of salt. Yeah. A lot of salt. Yeah. I don't drink water
without salt without a ton of salt. And then I also take this couple of just like supplements
trace minerals that I take. So that's my minimum daily. Like that's my. So like at least
one of the capsules the droppers every time the actual salt my water and then the two
keentons and the shilji. Yeah. Her minerals. Yeah. And then if it's a whole day of channeling
I'm I got a quadruple that I got you know. Yeah. Yeah. 100%. You know. Now do you have
a nighttime ritual? I do. But this is about you. Okay. What's your what I was like your
sound so good. I love your night time ritual. Yeah. I just yeah. I just feel like what
is yours? Because that's a good one. Just because a lot of us have morning rituals. But
nighttime rituals are just so important 100%. And I just feel like those are really you
know to help to help kind of get back into the sleep mode and stuff like that. What do
you do lately? Once again, I will buy a charge again. And I definitely am into right before
I go to bed. I'm into taking a look at the day and doing a visual of it and then anything
that I want to change in it. I do a revision kind of kind of thing. I definitely am into
baths. I'm a big bath person. And just because I have to load that up with a lot of different
boron and salt and clay and whatever. Just to get the energy off. There's a lot going
on there. Yeah. I'm very into oils body oils and really into that. And I do listen to
megahertz music at night time too. And I do not do EMFs before bed because that jacks
me up. My system is very sensitive. I love that. Well, do you have a favorite body oil?
Is it called heromi? I don't know. I just found that at aeroan. Oh, okay. I'm like,
oh my god. I just I'm really into oils right now. So for some reason, do you do use the
bodyguacha? The big ones. Yeah. Yeah, those are pretty. I have one that's a smaller, but
that's so weird that you said that because I'm really, I think the length and the length
and all of that is like gitar everything. It is. And I was thinking about that today.
I'm like, I really want to get one of those large guashas because I feel like it's like
a diamond stone. It's like, it's a, you'll like the stone that it is. It's really good.
Yeah. I'll send it to you. Okay. I would love that. Yeah. Yeah. But that sets us up for
the everything. So it's just a rotation. I mean, right. It's like, there's not really
a lot of time to get, you know, to be doing other things. Yeah. Well, so my, I have this
question because well, so I don't have kids, right? Yeah. When you had kids that were younger,
did that affect your like mornings or it always like, because I have some friends who
with their kids, they're like, I just woke up earlier because I have to have my, have
many hours. And then other people who are like, just, it wasn't happening. Right.
During that time, I'm curious what that was like for you. So I look as, I might have
mentioned, I'm, you know, I got into Kundalini for really, I was hardcore Kundalini. And
they said, for 40 days, you need to wake up at 3 30 in the morning and do a 40 day
sod. And so I'm that person. I, you know, I, I did it. So with my kids, I have always,
that's my, that's, that's my thing. And if I had to wake up at 4 in the morning, I'd
wake up at 4 in the morning. That is, that's a non-negotiable for me because I've seen
me when I didn't do it. And my husband and my family would not, no one would want to
go around me. Yeah. I need it. So I just had to adjust. And, you know, even though my
kids are a bit older now, they're still constantly in the thing. So it's just, I feel to have
kids relationship, you just have to navigate it all. And to be on this journey is not the
easiest journey. I think it's probably the hardest thing to do to be honest with you. I
think it's, this isn't all like a minute's intense, right? And you're clearing karma. And
I don't want to do this, like come back and have to do all this. But you just suggest,
in like some days, I did it really good. And some days, I'm sure I was a train wreck.
Yeah. You know what I mean? But I learned to say, I was sorry to my kids and show up and
do those things and try to repattern that and just let them know that I feel like kids
watch and learn from what they see, not what they're told. Yeah. Yeah. I 100% agree. You
know, I like, I like asking people about these things for a number of reasons, you know,
because sometimes they'll get more into like time management with certain people. But the
other part, it's like different phases of life, you know, and I am happy to share all of my
routines, blah, blah. But a lot of people are like, well, you don't know kids and pull a lot.
I'm like, okay, well, here's all my guests will tell you what they do if they've had kids
or they, you know, so I think everybody's just different what you need, you know, and how
you, how you, how you move through different phases. And yeah. Yeah. But I feel like kids help
me. I mean, I know how to have time. Yeah. And so you just, you learn that. Yeah. But
yeah, we all have different phases and different learnings and different, we're all different.
That's what makes us so happy. 100%. Yeah. I had one of my friends, she told me she had at
the time, it was like four kids under four years old. Wow. And she's always just so chill
and happy. And she was like, Christina, she's like being an entrepreneur and juggling multiple
companies will train you the best anything could for parenthood. Oh, yeah. And that gave me
like a lot of peace. She's like, she's like, because it's a lot of the same time management skill.
She's like, so, because she had already been juggling multiple companies. And so she's like,
I just applied the same things with my kids. And so I'm pretty chill because it's kind of like
having just four more companies. Yeah. That's how you know. You learn how to say it really well.
Yeah. Yeah. So yeah, it's I always like to hear that part. But as somebody who is so
frequency aware, I'm also curious about your diet. Well, diet's key, right? Yeah.
Diet's key. And it's interesting with diet because I've been, that's a whole other thing,
you know, like I just feel that not one diet fits all. You have to know your,
you're internal. There's tests for all of that too, right? But I'm very I'm I'm I don't do a
lot of sugar. Sugar for me and my nervous system are not friends. So, but I'm very yeah, I watch
my diet just because for me, I got a lot to do and I'm very curious people person. And I have to
have my energy. That's yeah, that's it. Yeah. I it's more about just sustainability. What does that
mean for you though? Like like I just I look I have all kinds of people on the show who are like
biohackers and frequency people and some people are like I'm like medical medium plant based.
Some people are like I'm carnivore. Some people are like I'm you know, it's like everybody has
their thing. Right. So I'm curious if you have like your thing. I've gone through things like I
was a pie vegetarian for 10 years. Then I became a carnivore for 40 days where that was
gnarly. Yeah. I learned a lot because I wanted to see it. I wanted to track blood test. So I mean
I'm looking for whatever. Then I've gone. So I definitely feel for me personally, I like to have
more testing done on what's right for me just because that's a better formula. Yeah. It's a little
bit more of a gauge. So that's shifting. I do think the blood type is always a good you know
barometer. It's not that there's it's not like that's the end all there's so many other components.
But I could tell with certain foods that I eat and how it makes me feel or not make me feel.
But for me when I'm calm and I am present and I'm not in my own head like analyzing what
somebody and I'm just like present that for me is the ultimate. I just want to be I want to get
along with my family and my friends. I want to be present. I want to be open. You know, I want to
listen. I want to show up. I just I want to learn. 100% you know, like that to me is that
that's a good biohack. It's my heart open and my overly like what's going on here.
And as long as I can you know check those off for me and then if there's certain foods that
tweak me out on that then I'm like you know what maybe adjust. I'm choosing I'm choosing these things.
Oh yeah. I totally agree. I mean my everything I do everything I drink I eat myself whatever is
going to affect my ability to do what I do. But I'm like but I'm not I used to be hardcore with it
but nowadays it's like it's all moderation right yeah you know because that's that's its own
mind trip too. No I agree I mean I have probably tried every insane diet out there you know
and I'm a big believer in experimenting on yourself. Yeah. I'm a big believer in that. Exactly.
Are you how do you feel like caffeine? I love the ritual of coffee. Yeah. I love the smell of it.
I love the ritual of it. Probably I'm like I did a silent retreat for 10 days and I wasn't on coffee
and I felt completely different. I have to tell you it was awesome. But I I like coffee. I mean
I'll have a cup but I'm not like a multiple cup in the morning. Maybe every now if I'm in a
social event and I'm with friends and we're having a good time I'll have something in the afternoon
but yeah. What coffee do you like? I like to like grounded I think what we get I get something
that what is it? Trader Joe's or something like some big gourmet thing but I'm going to turn
into a coffee. Okay but I do appreciate like I saw what you did over here and I do appreciate
a good barista. Yeah. Like that whole thing with coffee in the scent and when it has a really good
I mean it's it's an experience and I enjoy it and savor it. Yeah. But but I do think it it
probably isn't the best for my nervous system but but you know whatever. Yeah. We talk about
coffee a lot on this show. Yeah. Also because I love the ritual and I but I'm not drinking
I'm drinking coffee. Like I have it on a special occasion. Like what you just made I'm sorry
that was beautiful. Yeah. It's my favorite activity but like you did it really really well. Thank you.
So I make it for everybody but I love that with every it's like cacao like yeah it's it's a
love language for me everybody always wants to make them cacao like I'm very in with with the
lattes I make or the cacao or anything if it's a match up it's like even just any kind of random
it's just my love language because it's like a potion I'm creating for that person. Well
different ingredients and you nailed it. Yeah so you know and he's more he's fun because whole
hot sugar. Yeah. Yeah. You're a fun person. It's like you know like if it's for me I'm like I
I can't I won't be functional if I have all that. Wow. That was beautiful. I actually wanted to
take a picture. Yeah. Well I'll send you a picture next time because you make it so much.
But yeah I'm always just I'm always just curious about it. But I do think it's all like
like for me I'm so sensitive to a lot of things but I can't like I'm not going to live my life
like insensitivity. So I want to find the things that move the lever the most for me and like
live my life right and like those other things it balances out you know. Yeah. So well and now I
can probably do anything because I'm just gonna we're in frequency again. Yeah I love it. Okay well
that wasn't that wild. So thank you for sharing. I mean yeah I mean I did an edited version.
I'm trying to keep it somewhat clean but yes. Okay. It's good. Oh good. I'm glad to hear that.
Yeah. Okay. Okay. Perfect. And then is there any time that you like connect with these
you just have them around on? I have them around like I'll put them in I'll sit in between I'll
put four of them around and then I'll sit in the middle of them. Okay. And then I will
meditate. Get me in the in the field. Yeah. But I have them all in my house and my house is
fine. It's fine. Yeah. It's fully vibing at all times. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. It's good. It's good.
I love it. It's like a little yeah. Chamber of vibes. The frequency chamber. Yeah.
