Jenny is a bodyworker, energy worker, menstrual doula and yoga teacher specializing in womb yoga therapy. Her life has been an incredible journey of healing and transformation that’s led her to study music, philosophy, consciousness, quantum physics, natural childbirth, birth and postpartum doula work, kundalini, yin and vinyasa yoga, meditation, reiki, shamanic energy work, various forms of bodywork and manual therapies, astrology, sobriety, self-inquiry practices, and deep personal and collective understanding of the feminine archetypes, rites of passage and seasons of life. She currently offers individual and group online mentoring for women to help them navigate the unique story of their life using the menstrual cycle as their map. In addition, she facilitates several women’s circles in her area and sees in-person clients in Lancaster, PA.
