It's certainly is like some crazy 40 Chess to, you know, say that there's one of a 10% chance of annihilating humanity.

And that's what you have to do if you're going to work in the executive. That's what Article 2 says. So when you look at some of the bigger ticket items for fraud, you know, you're looking at Medicare fraud in California, people who are illegal people who aren't even like human beings. They're just like a completely made up, you know, shell of a person. But unfortunately, the city of California is not actually helping us fight back against that particular fraud. We know that there are hundreds of thousands, maybe more illegal aliens in Illinois, New York, and California, who are on Medicaid. That obviously is billions and billions of dollars to provide health care to those people. So the basic fraud that exists is the big programs in states that have allowed themselves

36:40to be overrun by illegal immigration. Another very good example, and this was shocking to me when we came in and started doing this work, is the way the SNAP program, this is the food stamp program that ensures that low income Americans have access to food that they need. Obviously, one of the most important things that we do in the federal government is make sure that, you know, poor kids can eat. But that program is rife with fraud in part because the way it works is, you know, California bills us once a month for the cost of their SNAP program. It's seven or eight or nine billion dollars depending on the month that we're talking about. What happens is the federal government wires nine billion dollars to California, no questions asked. So it's not an exaggeration to say that we have no ability to know who is even on the SNAP program, whether they're a real human being, whether they're a legal resident of the United States of America. And when we go to the big blue states and say, why don't you help us just confirm basic eligibility, we get totally pushed back. We get no cooperation on this basic fact of good governance, confirming eligibility for

37:45federal programs. So my guess is that if the number is seven hundred billion dollars, a few hundred billion of that is in the blue states and we could deal with it just by checking eligibility criteria or working on innovative ways to force that, but it's actually legally much harder than it should be to force the blue states to comply with some basic anti-fraud initiatives. Well, I should it be difficult. I understand. If you give them the money, you shouldn't be able to monitor where the money's going and have it not done and what have you. Interesting. I've been given this to that information. I always said nine billion to California, but I wonder where that money's going. Right here President Trump says, just like I delivered on the great, big, beautiful bill, which everyone said was impossible to pass. And the seventeen hundred and seventy six dollars to our great military warriors, I will get the five thousand dollars for adult citizens if the Republicans win the House and Senate.

40:47They didn't even state, quote, money paid does not have to be paid back much to the benefit of entities that truly hate our country and have been ripping it off for years. Likewise, the Supreme Court's decision on birthright citizenship is a complete and total disaster for America and has already led to massive corruption with respect to citizenship in our country. The damage done to America is incalculable and they know this just as everyone else does. It is an irreparable and unrecoverable harm. The court's inability and unwillingness to do the right thing for our country will go down in a very negative way in the anals of history. This Supreme Court is bullied and caged by the radical left into making decisions that have set America back at least 100 years.

They are merely a shell of their original selves, a court that is costing the United States trillions of dollars with shockingly bad rulings that are of such magnitude that it won't be easily possible for our country to recover or heal. It is a court that will go down as having rendered some of the most destructive, hurtful and damaging decisions in our country's history. It is not easy for me to write this criticism of the United States Supreme Court. It will likely cost me dearly for years to come.
