A call that changed me

About this episode

TW: abuse & violence

I just got off the phone with my grandma and the first thing I thought about was: let me sit with this moment... and then I was like, "I have something to talk about on my pod!!!".

So here we are. In this episode I talk about how I was able to release attachments that I held onto for almost two decades.

Doing the work doesn't mean that everything magically gets better and all the "bad" feelings simply go away. No, doing the work means we have the knowledge and the skills to hold space for said feelings, and to relieve our minds and bodies from having to feel them over and over again. To let go of the need to recreate scenarios in our heads or experiences outside of ourselves to perpetuate those feelings and hold ourselves back from freeing them!
