We are still watching that investigation into a shooting on Madison Avenue near 28th Street.
Apparently there's some kind of a heated chat which turned into some extra heated jawbone
and which turned into some heat.
Some guy ripped out a gun and started shooting.
This happened during the lunch hour police sources say this was not a random shooting with
some guy running around firing at people.
This was targeted apparently.
In fact the victim and the shooter were called on camera speaking for a minute before things
went south.
The victim is the 49 year old man shot twice in the torso taken to Bellevue.
They think it's going to be okay.
There is no hide nor hair of the guy who shot him but they're still looking.
1010 Wins was out there earlier says they appear to be fruit or produce of something on
the ground all around the place where the shooting happened makes you wonder if a pair
of street vendors got into it.

A man accused of shoving an 83 year old guy onto the subway tracks meantime causing his
death a week later has been indicted.

It left 83 year old air force veteran Richard Williams on life support.
Tragedy died of a traumatic brain injury nine days later.

on a Sunday morning at the Lexington Avenue 63rd Street subway platform when authorities

the wooden walkway is shaky and dangerous and there was a lot of graffiti Jose Quevis of the South
Shore Conservation Society has been trying to clean it up for years we have emailed them escalated try
to follow the chain of command and as of today we have received zero response he says the
Nassau County Executive's office has not given their group approval to clean up the preserves that's
