We'll start the show with a brag. There's a pulley system escalator is being fixed the same escalator that I brought this up about what was it a week ago less than a week ago. And it's being fixed again today with a full pulley system chains and everything. I'm telling you Gill. You can charge whatever you like you think dare is actually breaking down that bill and being like, I don't know. Let me compare. You think you can give them a better deal with a new Kelly Billeen.

1:00Yeah, like one dollar better. One dollar repair service. All right. You got that out of the way. It did brag corroborated. We need to fix our sports book cameras so we can get every angle. Will will join us here this hour. All of his bets college football, pro football, major league baseball, whatever he's got. Yesterday we did the AFC power rankings. That went so fabulously well. We'll do the NFC today. One through 16. We're pretty similar on the AFC. All things told Tim Murray will join us to college football week one is thoughts zero as well. 2:04Oh, how to good start. Um, 10, uh, tennis had eight plays yesterday. Eight six went to conclusion because there was rain in New York. So two are still pending. If my goal yesterday with those eight plays was to have as close to a wash as possible. That's exactly what I accomplished. The six that concluded went three and three and made five cents zero point zero five units. Nice. About five cents, but you get it 5% of a unit. Um, and then the two that are pending. So the winds were on sockery, your boy Moe Fees, who used to play it. You played Moe Fees. Mawnfields, let's go, baby. And then the third one was on Artor Gaia. I don't know how you pronounce that. Gaia. The losses were the losses yesterday where let me see if I can remember Knutzen. Um, the first one was a Kornnava where we were on air yesterday and the third one was I can't remember.

3:04But anyway, they went three and three. We barely won anything at all. And the two that are pending are both tied. One is one set of piece. The other is four to four. That's Magdalena Frecht, four to four against Yvaviyovic, Danny's girl. And then the set of piece between the hamburger, Ostapenko and our girl, touch out on Maria. So those are pending. Those will conclude today. Today, there are six additional picks in, uh, in addition to the two that are pending. Like how many matches from yesterday got rained out that are going to be pushed today? Uh, a few, a few on the men's side didn't even get to start. Okay. So we have the remainder of the first round, the stragglers from the first round, both partial and full, which are just a few matches today. And the second round begins today. And in the second round, what we have is three on the men's side, three on the lady's side. Jacob Fierneley on the men's side plus one, 17 versus Tomas Martinez of very Lloyd Harris, South African, South African, Lloyd plus one, 95 versus Stefano's Titsapas. And then James Duckworth will go back to the James Duckworth.

6:06Take it all into Noscow and then Katie McNeil is Kelly set. Okay. We did this on August 10th. I don't know why I did it on August 10th. I was just coming back from vacation. Well, I can tell you why because I like got down a rabbit hole of this travel between the Niners and the, uh, and the Rams. And so I just vomited it out the first day I got back from vacation. So next week NFL season begins this just in special numbers game investigation reveals the NFL begins on Wednesday, Super Bowl rematch between the Seahawks and the Patriots Thursday the next night from Melbourne, Australia. That's Melbourne, Australia. It is the Niners against the Rams. And because the Niners and Rams decided to attack this approach this different when it comes to travel, starkly differently based on their team's philosophies. Um, I thought it was pretty interesting. And so I, by the way, Rams favored by three and a half in Melbourne and Melbourne Cricket Ground Thursday night, our time. Um, and this is, I mean, Niners leave today. So this is, this is what inspired us to rehash this is as a Drew Maxwell producer, perhaps

7:10number 11, hmm, let us know the Niners have gone. They they have traveled. They have started their journey. They are on their way to Melbourne. The, and the Rams aren't doing it till right up before game time. So first of all, I did a deep dive on historical international series, which the NFL started in 2007. And I wanted to just sort of get a, get a, get some sense if I could, I don't know, it's going to take me forever to do it. I did it. Is there anything to teams that travel early versus teams that travel late to the international games? And specifically, I threw out the Brazil game and the Mexico games. Um, and I just focused on Ireland, Germany and England. I know it's not Australia, but that was the closest I get to time zone shifts. Right. So after throwing out, I had to do the research of each game who traveled when throwing at all the games where the teams traveled on the same day and arrived on the same day, landed with 26 qualifying games, 26 games over the international series Qualifies in 2007. Straight up the team that goes earlier and my definition of earlier is at least one day

8:12earlier, teams that travel earlier, 14 and 12 straight up, 17 and nine against the spread in favor of the teams that travel early. Yeah. All right. Yeah. We're not a trend show, but I just thought I'd throw that out there that took me forever to, to figure this stuff out. Yeah. That's 17 and nine, though, man. Ever since they started doing it, doing this, we, we kind of all, we at least, I mean, look, I don't, I'm not going to say here and say we bet every one of these, but kind of from the beginning, it was like, man, that has to be an advantage, right? Now, before you race to bet the, the Niners who are already on their way to Australia, know that these two franchises, their, their individual franchise history with the international games, again, the ones in Europe, the Niners had one in 2010 and one in 2013. They traveled earlier than their opponents, both times. They won and they covered both time. So the Niners, I know it's a long time ago, but at least they have this muscle memory in that, in that building, as they like to say, of traveling early. They believe in that philosophy. The Rams have had four international games in Europe.

9:13The first two times they did it, they traveled early. Guess what? They lost and didn't cover both times. And then they switched and they said, we're going late. We're going right up at game time. We're going to power through jet lag. Mm-hmm. We're not going to adapt to the time. We're not going to acclimate to the new time zone. Guess what? They went two and a, were two and a against the spread. So this is why these two teams have arrived at this conclusion. And in fact, the Rams, if you're wondering, okay, so I get it, the Niners are going, when are the Rams going? So the game is Thursday night, hour time. But remember, that's going to be Friday morning, Melbourne time. So the Rams, I'm going to do this by Pacific time zone because both of these teams are obviously Pacific time zone teams. The Rams are going to leave 5 a.m. Wednesday next week, hour time. They're going to arrive 9 p.m. hour time Wednesday night. Let's say they'll get to bed 11 p.m. hour time. They'll have breakfast 8 a.m. hour time Thursday.

10:15The game hour time is 5 35. But it's a really Friday morning over there. So the Rams are, and remember, when we first did this August 10th, the Rams actually did a test run. Do you know like the old couple that lives next door to you and they're like their events downtown and they're scared to go so they do a test run the day before. So the Rams this off season actually had people from their organization fly from LA to Melbourne and back. Can you imagine in the office, hey, you guys go to Melbourne and come back, let us know it goes track the when and how much they felt the effects of the jet lag. They came to the conclusion that the best way to handle it would in fact be to prepare at home flies close to the game as possible, let adrenaline carry them through the game and then fly right home and rest up on the back end. For a week two game, the Rams that is is money night at home against the Giants. I mentioned also last time I've never been to Australia, the closest I've come, I went to Korea several years ago. We had some jet lag on the way that when we arrived there, but the real bad jet lag was

11:15when we came back. So I believe that the real effectiveness and I know the Niners play the dolphins so they get the best of it the next week. I just think that it's going to affect the Niners more after this game regardless of opponent. I think it'll be a point spread situation for us. I think that's the betting opportunity, that's my instinct on it. As far as this is concerned, I kind of think the Rams are playing it right, man. Yeah, I don't know if Will Howard drew out. Or is like really the future of this franchise. I'm a some root. But, but like Mike McCarthy at the I mean, he's got to worry about his career too, right? Like this is I would hope so to answer your question. I don't really know that he will though. That's what I'm asking. I think it's a valid question. 15:23Like I'm either doing what the Niners are doing, what the Rams are doing. I'm not doing anything in between. So I'm very fascinated to see what the results are with this. And then like I told you off air, I really hope the Rams are smart enough to put their social media team on. I mean, these, the hotels got to be set up, right? For their kind of secluded blackout curtains are set up for them to sleep the one night that they're going to sleep there, right? That's got to be pretty cool. I hope they give us some insight into that. Jesse Welch just want to take a moment to remind everyone that in the month of Red Sox one, they lost their first game of the month before going on a win in the next month by in the rest of the month by landslide. It's not necessarily contradictory. They're just focusing on different things. Rams laser focused on sleep schedule, body clock adjustments, 49ers more focused on hydration and nutrition coming off a long ass flight. He says. It is interesting. And Jared still, the reason that I know is Jared still in our chats as Gil, the host of a numbers game on beastly did a great breakdown on this week. It was a month ago, actually, fascinating as you said, how they arrived there conclusions. And then he analyzed the betting outcomes. I'll see if I can find it because I think he recently reposted it. I didn't. It was all his time. I couldn't. It took me a while to find it. My favorite part, we talked about this after we did it. There's an episode of Silicon Valley where they kind of do this too, but these businesses that just have so much money, right?

Turn around and fly back on the private jet. That's why I picture it. All right. The one pairing that is not pictured, which if you could find what are the red socks first of the Phillies. That's immediately the one I would bet. And again, Garrett crochet is going to be a bullpen part for the red socks when he comes

19:30back here in late September and then into the postseason, the red socks have already said he's going to be part of our bullpen a bullpen that already includes Garrett Whitlock and are all this Chapman. So this is a 2015 Kansas City Royal situation when they won the World Series, except it's not Herrera Wilson and Holland. It's in whatever order crochet Whitlock and Chapman. And as Jocheon pointed out yesterday, the added benefit of crochet is if your starter sucks is getting beat up early, you can just bring in crochet then too. If he hasn't been taxed yet. I'm just getting literally better figuratively speaking. I like that the best 55 to one on the red socks versus the Phillies. Again, the Dodgers versus the red socks. Also not. No, that's 12 to one Phillies versus the Yankees. What's the Phillies Yankees? Oh, 35 to one. The one point out I thought Ryan Penaed abroad this up. I know he's a fan. This is why he spotted this, but he pointed out that not a lot of, we don't have a lot of cups on the screen, right? It's only Yankees versus Cubs. Anything involving the Cubs, they're kind of that next tier down. So you'll find like 50, 60, 70s usually. The reason that the Phillies, the reason that 55 to one is actually a better number than 40 to one. I'm glad it's 55 to one. I was just guessing 40 because I thought they'd try to screw this a little more. Yeah, I am. But the reason it's a Phillies leading you somewhere to, yeah.

21:32The reason it's 55 to one is the Red Sox and Phillies barring some big change in the next three and a half weeks. They're both going to have to play a best of three. Yeah. And so that's the, that's the stumbling block and all this. That's the fly in the ointment and all this because any team, by the way, it's good. Plot of the Dodgers too. It should be pointed out. They may be subjected to a best of three of them. Mine, their peas and cues here down the stretch. What does that mean by the way? Mine, your peas and cues. That's the real reason why a Phillies Red Sox, any two teams that are likely to have to endure a best of three or to go through a best of three, it's the famous Billy Bean quote. My blank, my shiz does not work in the post season, right? What it all means by that is there's not enough sample size for money ball to manifest. There's not enough sample size for anything to manifest in a best of three of baseball. Anything can happen. You believe her with the, with the brewers. What? What? The first can, yeah, yeah, what's more, what's the crush of that again? I forgot. Just just this team, the way that they beat you up through the regular season, just does

22:36not translate with the home run, starting pitching into the play. Yeah, I think there's a degree of that. It's one thing to manage 162 games. 24:37Yeah, we used to get even more information than we talk about. I mean, how much of it like we get so much info on that stuff that we just, we didn't find that entertaining. So we didn't bring it up. But yeah, it's it is pretty wild. But to win the Superbowl, Kansas City, three states right in the middle of the country, Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. The Rams and, you know, in California, Arizona, the Raiders in Nevada, the Broncos throughout the Rocky Mountain states, right? Like it's just exactly what you would expect. Minnesota and Green Bay dominating the North, the only sort of random one I can see, you know, Cincinnati and Ohio and and Kentucky skins in DC Eagles and in Pennsylvania. The only random one Montana. Any guesses who you think Montana has went into Superbowl? They don't have a team, obviously. Well, I'd go, I would go Raiders. There's a strong Las Vegas connection, but they're, but the Raiders are so bad this year. They did not go with them. They went with the Dallas Cowboys Buffalo bills. That's like the only anomaly here because they know what a good quarterbacks like. That's what they, they just know they know up there.

27:41thought I was asking for like a kid near something. I mean, it's just, it's every time with her and everyone else is nice and one of her co-workers said, good for you. We can't stand her basically. So, wow, I think I feel, I feel vindicated. I want the video and audio. I feel like Will was pulling the first faster. He was up at the desk doing like a 17 leg parlay and she was just speaking the truth. She was just not happy with it. No. No, she was in the wrong. I would have been vindicated. That video would have gone viral and I would have, I would have been vindicated. I'm not, like, I don't, you know, I don't clash with people. I'm not confrontational. I'm nice to be, you know, I don't, I don't give weighters and bartenders a hard time. I just, I get along, you know, for the most part with people, I think is you guys probably realize so this was overall good guy. I feel vindicated. I feel justified with this. Yeah. And you know what, I'm actually going to go first three under two and a half too, just because enough times recently, I go under the two and a half in the first three and that loses, but the first five under a solid project to go half unit on each. But I like the pitching matchup. Noah Cameron for the Royals has been red hot. His last seven starts one good one, one bad one and five where he's basically just been unhittable and Perez for the Marlins outstanding stuff. I know he can be a little bit inconsistent, a little bit up and down, but great numbers in terms of his velocity, exit velocity. I know the weather's working against me.

29:44It seems like a little bit with the wind and the temperature, but four and a half. And that's a key number in these first five. So often it's three to one or two to two and that half run is the winning run. So under four and a half in the first five and under two and a half in the first three is a place for me, both plays for me. There you go. Marlins Royals will split in those bets. 30:46You got to take care of business against the Rockies. You got to take care of business against a pitcher like Sagana who's going for Colorado. His advanced numbers are awful, expected the RA, exit velocity, all that stuff. Rodgers been up and down, but more good than bad. I would say, especially recently. So I'm going to lay a run kind of a synthetic here. If you don't have the minus one, you could just have a unit on the money line, half a unit on the run line. It comes out to about minus one 25 minus one 30 or so. Always tricky handicap in these games and cores, but I think Baltimore gets it done. And hopefully they get it done by a couple of runs or more. These are games you kind of have to bank here for Baltimore. Gats to. Gats to win situation for the Orioles if they plan on it, getting to the postseason. All right, let's go to college football. I sort of asked the standard question. And you learn anything from week zero. Let's start there. It's hard to bet week zero. It's hard to bet week one. And we could talk ourselves into hey, we know this team and we we turned into couch scouts about, you know, this team to return, offensive, line town, all this stuff. We haven't seen these teams play. These teams don't have preseason.

31:47It's newer pieces. And I think I think it was Todd Wichnet who says this off in our group chat goes, you guys are out of your mind trying to bet this stuff pre flop, especially when we haven't seen these teams. So, you know, when it works out, it feels great. But when you lose, you're like, man, you get that feeling of it's a bad feeling. Is it better? Like, what did I just bet on? What did I just lose on? It's one thing to lose. It's another to lose when you just you don't have any idea what you were betting on. You just feel like, you know, there's more, it's more guessing than betting. So that's, that's kind of usually my takeaway from week zero week one. And it's kind of kind of coloring my approach here to week one where less bets is better than more bets. Fewer bets is better than more bets. Don't force it because you don't want that feeling of, man, what did I just bet on? And by the way, like logically, Todd is correct, especially when it comes to college football, right? The change from year to year now. So I get it doesn't. Todd is always right. I would say Todd is always right about everything. Wow. Let's not get crazy. There's a few things he's not right about tennis politics. There's a whole bunch of stuff. All right. 32:49When Georgia plays Tennessee state, you just got to throw out the records. How are you playing this 46 and a half? You're going to spread this. You're going to, you're going to hear this stat all week and you probably already have Kirby smart against teams when he's a big like 38 plus point favorite. He's an O and 13, O and 14 against the spread. This might be the chance to break that Tennessee state last year. Gil and Kelly lost a firm in Linda Wood, UT Martin, all by 20 plus points. Georgia might be able to just line up and the ball off and try to run out the clock. And when 56, 63 nothing by accident, I'm going to go against the trend here. I'll lay it with Georgia. OK. Semifinalist team with Chambus and with Lacey, the running back. But I think Louisville's pretty live in the game here. And I'll take a plus the points. All right. 42:02After that, they started losing close games. They started losing players. They were a disaster by the end of the year. But I think they're a little underrated now. Grandin, I bet them under four and a half wins because that schedule is about the toughest schedule I've ever seen. Anyone have in the NFL. It's just week after week. It's 10-11 when team. It's crazy. But I think they're going to be a sneaky ATS team here. And 10 and a half is a lot of points in week one. 10 and a half is a lot of points. You know, anytime, Charger's starting to get beat up here on the offensive line a little bit in camp. 10 and a half is going to be a play from here for for me a year in an on Arizona taking the points. I know you're not betting them outright. I know you're just taking the points here. But can we just let our mind drift to an outright Cardinals win here? And the implications of that. One from Survivor's standpoint, the carnage immediately. Because most people, the majority of the highest picked team will be the chargers for sure. And also just from a Charger's perspective, because we're all sitting there saying, oh, the first two games are super easy. And then it's a gauntlet. Can you imagine that they actually lost one of those first two? Jacobi percent shows up, gesture. Yeah. That's fun. And it was a few years ago.

43:03I think it was the bangles we talked about. It was a big talking point all off. These well, they got an easy schedule. They start with this was probably two years ago. The Patriots, they start with the commanders. They like lost all the games. They were supposed to win. And so it's the NFL man. Yeah, you think it was the bangles. It feels like it happens with the bangles every year. This is it's you said let our minds drift there. I'm sitting over here thinking I'm like, it's whether it's not that game. It'll be another game, right? Yeah. I love this season long bet you're making. I've been talking about this in different forms throughout the summer. Please share. Seahawks plus two 15 to win the NFC West. I think everyone needs a reminder. They won the Super Bowl. Yes. This is about the most leapt on Super Bowl champion. 44:04There seems like there's some issues. And look at their schedule. You mentioned they start good 49er team Australia. They travel. Then they play the Giants. Short week on the road against the Broncos. Then they play the bills and the Eagles. That's their first five games. So if you like the Rams, I think the chance to jump on them is in the middle of the season. Once the schedule maybe beats them up a little bit. And I know the 49ers, you can't dismiss them. That's still a good team. And they had a home game to win the one seed. But plus two 15 to win the NFC West. Seems a tad disrespectful here. So I'll take that number. I do believe the single biggest topic sentence of the NFL off season is. It has to do with the Rams love. And I get it with Garrett and Donald at the top of that list.
