A review on solar panel tariffs

The U.S. International Trade Commission is set to review the effects of the tariffs on photovoltaic solar equipment that were implemented in early 2018. Plus, the EPA proposes setting no financial assurance rules for the petroleum and coal products manufacturing sector under the Superfund law. And, the agency's Inspector General will release a report on whether EPA ran afoul of two executive orders in its 2017 proposal repealing glider truck emissions rules.
