In this episode, I sit down with Doctor of Physical Therapy, Lars Stevenson.  Lars works closely with Justin Kavanaugh and acts as the lead Physical Therapist for AthleteHQ.  Lars has a deep fascination with the human body and its adaptability, which has shaped his career journey as he learns over the years. With a background as a strength and conditioning coach, Lars has trained athletes of all sports at all levels, from middle school all the way to the Olympic stage. Now, as a physical therapist, he focuses on helping patients and athletes alike bridge the gap between rehabilitation and peak performance. By applying a holistic approach he is able to optimize health at every level - physically, psychologically, and philosophically.
