ADHD AF TITBIT: Neurodiversity & Language with Dr James Brown

It's Neurodiversity Celebration Week so to celebrate, us Neurodivergents have got our Neurodiverse heads together to discuss the language used to describe our Neurodivergence! Get it? Basically, what do all of these words mean?! Is there right and wrong when sharing our own lived experiences and explaining our ADHD?
If you prefer 'Neurospicy' or refer to yourself 'as ADHD' rather than having or experiencing the 'disorder'/ 'disability' / 'condition'... Dr James Brown and I celebrate you! The language police can do one! Say what you like, just try not to be a joy thief and show respect to the differences within our diverse community!
