And it's especially as you get older, supposedly dehydration is like a big deal when you're older.

I can't speak for, I mean, this is where we live.

I don't know if that's a case in other places where they might be.

I'll just get a bottle from the, from the pallet in the garage when they're walking around with plastic.

A little less, so or environmentally conscious, but still water.

And the sleep thing is, I'm sure everybody wants to get a good night's sleep.

I make myself a list.

I cross the things off.

I don't let things simmer.
